My wife and reserved DJ Snick for our wedding reception almost two years in advance due to rave reviews on The Knot and Yelp.
Unfortunately, my wife was unexpectedly diagnosed wi...
th stage four colon cancer and we had to cancel our reception three months before the scheduled event. We requested a refund of our retainer and DJ Snick informed us that we will receive a refund at minimum one year from our refund request date. I don't even know if my wife will still be alive in one year from the refund request date.
DJ Snick and I exchanged multiple emails that were text heavy with legal jargon. DJ Snick required medical documentation of my wife's cancer diagnosis before agreeing to a refund. None of our other vendors required medical documentation and respected our privacy. All our other vendors offered words of care and support then (venue, florist, wedding planner) immediately refunded us and/or set up refund payment plans.
In a time of life crisis, my wife wife and I would have appreciated more empathetic communication and professional customer service. We needed timely follow through of services, instead of cold email communications, intrusion of privacy, and a vague ambiguous timeline for our refund which we are hopeful to receive May 2025.
She’s incredible! DJ Snick was so easy to work with, professional, and talented. She played so many different vibes, and transitioned so seamlessly. I had so many people come up to...
tell me what a great DJ she was. Hands down the best dance party I’ve been to!
DJ Snicks is the absolutely BEST!!!! She is a fantastic DJ, knows how to read the room and keep the party going, and is dedicated to creating the unforgettable experience that WE w...
anted. She was 100% professional, responsive, and accommodating every step of the way and made us feel totally comfortable and confident. We had the best wedding we could have hoped for, and largely in part because of Snicks. Our guests are STILL raving about it. Definitely hire her for your special day - you won't regret it. Thanks Snicks!! <3 <3
DJ Snick At Night is a gift to the world. My fiancé and I were going through the immigration process. As such, we only had about 2 months to plan everything for our wedding. It's w...
as important to us to have a DJ who'd be able to capture our aesthetic and reflect the tastes of our guests (multi-generational mostly black and Latinx). The process for making the reservation was thorough, the prices were fair (appreciated the options), and on the day of DJ Snick and their team executed wonderfully, working extremely well with the other folks working the party (coordinator, photographer, etc.) DJ Snick made our dreams come true. Thank you!
DJ Snick is beyond AWESOME! Totally accommodating, read the crowd well and played all the tunes we wanted to hear. Very much professional and great value. Couldn’t ask for a better...
Dj on our wedding day! Will definitely hire for future events. Thank you DJ Snick!
Snick and her crew were a pleasure to work with. They were able to handle all of our AV needs and made sure all of our requests were upheld on our special day from speeches, to mus...
ic, to even playing a video. Snick kept our guests grooving all night. I'd hire her again in a heartbeat!
My husband and I did a lot of research before settling on a DJ for our Wedding Reception. DJ Snick was exactly what we were looking for. She had mad style and a great attitude. She...
even set up during the Reception dinner to save us some money, and she did it so discretely I never noticed! She was also so kind in accommodating our song requests, and those made by our guest, both in advance and during the Reception. DJ Snick knows how to read a room and keep the people on their feet! All of that for a very reasonable rate. I couldn't be more happy with our choice of DJ. If I ever need a DJ for an event in the future, I know who to call.
What bass is to a band is what DJ Snick and her team was to my wedding reception.
DJ Snick and team (her manager, Carlina, and lead dancer, Christina Wiseman) kept our wedding re...
ception on point and was key to facilitating the evening.
From our first introduction as Husband and Wife to the cutting of the cake to leading us into our first dance, etc., DJ Snick and team is where it's at! I trusted her (and her team) and they came through for us. I am very happy.
Our guests were also quite happy, especially when it came to dance-time! DJ Snick knew what to play to get EVERYONE (from all age ranges and stages in life) up and dancing on the dance floor. We loved it!
My husband and I are very happy that we had the pleasure of DJ Snick at Night and her team to host our evening and we can't thank them enough. If you are considering hiring a DJ for your special event, we highly recommend DJ Snick at Night!
Bottom-line (if you want details): DJ Snick was very accommodating of last minute changes, she took my calls when I was concerned over details or when I couldn't make up my mind, and she came through for me and my beau - regardless. We could not have picked a better DJ to host our special night.
Thank you DJ Snick (and team)! You guys are amazing!!
