While we wanted someone with a good personality, we didn't want the DJ to be the show but rather facilitate the event by emceeing where appropriate and fading away into the background where appropriate. Friends recommended Roger Mabie of DJ Tunes of Florida. Roger provided music for our event (from prelude music for our wedding through the end of the reception), microphones for the ceremony and toasts, and some lighting to complement our event. He met with us two weeks before the wedding to finalize the details, and he did a good job. If you're looking for someone who won't steal the show, won't charge an arm and a leg, and does a good job, contact Roger.
