Beyond Incredible - DJ Valentina is the Absolute Best in the Business!
Having worked with DJ Valentina for both professional corporate events and now our wedding, I can confidentl...
y say that her work ethic, professionalism, personality, and genuine care for her craft are completely unmatched. She is a true artist who meticulously curates her performances to fit the exact vibe of each event, ensuring the absolute best experience for everyone in the room.
For our wedding, she truly went above and beyond for us in ways we will never forget.
When planning our wedding, the music and dance floor were the absolute highest priorities for us. We are a couple that loves to dance, and we knew we would be out there all night long. DJ Valentina made sure we weren’t alone! She read the room perfectly and kept every single generation out on the floor from the moment the music started until the lights came up. Our guests are still talking about how much fun the music was and praising the seamless blend of different eras and genres.
In fact, my uncle left us a message on our audio guestbook saying, "Thanks for including music for some of us older folks out there, it was a blast!" Hearing that meant the world to us, as we wanted every single guest to feel comfortable letting loose and having fun.
Meticulous Attention to Detail (From Start to Finish).
DJ Valentina treats every single moment of the night with the utmost importance. Cocktail hour and dinner music are never an afterthought for her, and her attention to detail during the planning phase was incredible.
Cocktail Hour: The moment we walked in, the vibes were already through the roof. People were laughing, smiling, and having a blast.
Dinner: I asked for a "summer golden hour" vibe, and she delivered it flawlessly. The atmosphere was so perfect and guests were literally getting out of their seats to sing and dance together during dinner!
Unmatched Professionalism & Heart:
I truly cannot say enough about Valentina. Not only is she at the absolute top of her craft, but she is also just an incredible human being who cares deeply for her clients. To give you an idea of her dedication: she actually hurt her back the morning of our wedding, and we didn’t find out until the very end of the night! I felt so awful when she told us, but she insisted that she wanted to remain completely professional and ensure we didn't experience a single ounce of stress on our big day. Looking at her high-energy, flawless performance, you would have had absolutely no idea she was hurt.
No matter the event, Valentina knows exactly how to curate the perfect ambiance. If you want a DJ who is professional, deeply caring, and guaranteed to deliver an unforgettable night, look no further. Thank you, Valentina!

ance floor. She CRUSHED.
DJ Valentina 🪩 is a true professional and talented performer who curates the vibe based on the couple’s requests and also the energy in the room. Everyone was absolutely raving about her and we are still getting texts saying that we had the most fun wedding people have ever been to, which I majorly credit to the music, lights and vibe she created! We even got her out on the dance floor grooving with us — it was just THAT fun.
Worth every penny. Could not recommend this icon and wonderful human being enough. I cannot wait to have an excuse to work with her again! XOXO

to get everyone on to the dance floor. She didn't disappoint! The dance floor was flooded all night with people of all ages and backgrounds. DJ Valentina found the perfect balance of songs everyone loved, without just playing the wedding "top 40." The music changed quickly, keeping everyone engaged. We got so many compliments from our guests! DJ Valentina was also super professional and easy to work with throughout. Thank you!!!

ls! We provided Valentina with some of the specifics we wanted - like integrating a bicultural playlist for our American and Indian family and friends and some other general guidelines - but we let her choose most of our playlist. Valentina delivered in her ability to read the room and engage with us and our guests to create an unforgettable reception experience for our special day! All our guests loved Valentina and the energy she brought, even for those who normally remain on the quieter side. We are so happy that we could have Valentina as our DJ at our wedding reception. Thank you, Valentina!!

e floor packed all night. Valentina’s eclectic DJ style caters to audiences of varying ages and musical preferences, bringing a cool club vibe to the table with her mixing skills while keeping things classy and appropriate for the occasion. Her creativity, seamless mixes, and transitions created a musical journey that resonated with everyone, making our wedding day truly special. Valentina’s professionalism, flexibility, and passion for her craft were evident throughout the planning process and on the day itself. She listened to our preferences and incorporated them flawlessly, ensuring that the music reflected our personalities and love story. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to make our wedding day extraordinary. We also LOVED her assistant, Eneida, who is a joy to work with herself! Valentina is a true professional and a master at her craft. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking an unforgettable musical experience for their special event!! You’ll be dancing all night long! A+++++

We had a 200 person wedding and everyone came up to us at the end to compliment her and how amazing she was. If you are newly engaged I would recommend you reaching and booking her! We cannot recommend her enough!!!

eam and knew that music was one of the most important things to us! We wanted to make sure all of our guests would enjoy themselves and dance. We were truly blown away by DJ Valentina's energy from the first phone call we did. We told her that we were not looking for any of the typical "wedding songs" to be played and instead wanted modern music and even a bit of Ukrainian mixed in. DJ Valentina delivered beyond our dreams! Everyone raved about her and we are so beyond grateful to have worked with her. My husband asked if we could go see DJ Valentina perform just so we could experience her magic again, since we're not ones to sneak into a wedding!
Thank you again, DJ Valentina, for the memories. We're forever grateful to have had you as part of our big day and are grateful to stay in touch with such an amazing person!

going to be able to make it a party for everyone. It felt like meeting a celebrity meeting Valentina for the first time - she was so kind and got everyone’s energy going. 5 years ago) we knew we wanted DJ Valentina to emcee and DJ our wedding. If you're curious about her style and energy, just visit her instagram page, @dj_valentina - you will be blown away. It was very important to us to attempt to book both female vendors and musicians, artists, designers and entertainers of color.
We knew that going into our wedding day, anything could happen (and boy, do we have stories!!), but we also knew that she would help make our evening very special, and did she ever.
First, DJ Valentina provided excellent sound support for the ceremony, which took place outdoors, about 150 yards from the actual reception building. The wireless mics were crystal clear and she provided comfortable volume for the attendees.
Second, as a musician myself, I had a surprise planned for the reception - an acoustic serenade for Danielle. DJ Valentina and I briefly discussed the plan a few days prior to the wedding. While cocktail hour was taking place on the patio, she setup a single Bose tower with a wireless mic for the serenade. We did a very quick and discrete soundcheck while Danielle was mingling. With a simple, "you got this" and a hi-five, I felt really good about making this work. In my opinion, the surprise was a big success, and I could not have pulled it off without the diligent help and support she provided.
Third, DJ Valentina rocks! While we gave her some ideas of our musical preferences, she began reading our crowd as soon as they arrived. We have a diverse range of friends and family and she had everyone dancing with a multi-genre mix while sprinkling in all of our favorites - the more Whitney, the better! She even snuck out from behind her DJ booth a few times to hit the dance floor with our guests - everyone loved it!
Lastly, DJ Valentina is the consummate professional and an amazing talent. She is incredibly fun to be around - people gravitate to her. She is also so reassuring, before, during and after the event. And most importantly, you can just tell that she loves people - she is a kind, positive force.
Thank you, DJ Valentina! Book her now. We made up our minds 2.5 years ago and are so happy we did.
DJ Valentina got the party rocking! We had two families from different cultures (white American vs Dominican) and she seamlessly weaved our requests and song choices smoothly to ke...
ep everyone dancing the whole night! From Bruce Springsteen to T-Pain to Bad Bunny and bachata, she played it all. She took our requests and "do not plays" into account, and any songs she added were exactly the vibe we wanted. She has an incredible skill for feeling the vibe of a party and the music personality of the group and plays into that!
DJ Valentina is AMAZING! Our guests didn't leave the dance floor once. She crafted such an amazing vibe during cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Couldn't recommend her enough!
We highly recommend DJ VALENTINA!!!

we were going for during each part of the wedding. She was prompt, set up all of her equipment quickly and brought great energy to the day! We wanted a pretty large array of music and she nailed it! She was able to read the room and got everyone from all ages out on the dance floor at some point in the night. The dance floor was never empty and our guests were super impressed and had the best time ever. We cannot thank DJ Valentina enough and highly recommend her!!
DJ Valentina is incredible. We hired her for our wedding. She truly listened to our vision and executed it flawlessly. She was also flexible, working with my cousin who played live...
music, our officiant, and even our coordinator to make sure everything ran seamlessly. We wanted to do our first dance outside despite weather warnings, and she worked very hard to make sure we could dance outside and then seamlessly transition inside before the rain! She was so kind, clearly loves her job, and was dedicated to seeing us enjoy our wedding night. She kept the dance floor full the entire night, and even came out from behind her setup to dance with me at one point! All our friends and family were commenting on how fun she was and how great the music was - 10/10 would recommend.
DJ Valentina was absolutely phenomenal!!!! I cannot say this enough, every single person could not stop commenting on how good the music was. She just understood us! We didn’t even...
have to give much guidance and she read the room PERFECTLY. She kept the dance floor going ALL night even before dinner!!!! You’re LUCKY if you get Valentina for your wedding. Incredibly lucky! Not only are her talents unreal- but she herself is the nicest and most fun person to be around when it comes to “working together”. Highly recommend, do yourself a favor and book her :)

ust wanted everyone to have an amazing time with music that would excite both our age group (mid 20s) and the older generations as well.
When our planner recommended Valentina, she seemed like a perfect fit! From our first phone call we could immediately tell she knew the exact vibe we were going for. She also was able to provide an amazing open-air photo booth and up-lighting, both of which we knew we wanted.
When it came to the wedding day, I cannot put into words how FUN and LIVELY she made that dance floor. Her ability to mix music (so that songs blended into each other), read the room, and just keep the excitement at a level 100 was unreal!
Without a doubt the one piece of feedback we heard from guests over and over was "Oh my god, your DJ was INCREDIBLE!"
In addition to the amazing dance floor, Valentina was also so great at MCing the event! The way she announced our wedding party and us just got everyone so, so excited to celebrate.
I could go on and on. She is just an unbelievably kind, attentive, stylish, and TALENTED DJ! Hiring Valentina for your wedding will be the absolute best decision you could ever make.
There's no one like her!

our meetings leading up to our day assured us it was going to be exactly what it was, our best night! We had a New Year’s Eve wedding with a vision that she really made happen for us with memories to cherish forever. So detailed and eager to please! We can’t recommend her enough! Amazing vendor and beautiful person!
If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. Valentina is so much more than a DJ - she is a true artist. Her love for music and for people is a perfect blend. We absolutely adore...
her, and so did our guests. We received compliments all night, and we still do a month later! Her presence was so natural - it felt as if we had known her forever. She knew exactly what to play for each moment of the night. You can tell she loves what she does - she has such a gift. She easily builds fun relationships with guests, and it makes the night even better. She is a joy to work with. Our wedding wouldn’t have been as special as it was without her.
If you are looking for a sign to work with Valentina - THIS IS IT!!!

he best at what she does. She came highly recommended from many of the vendors we worked with and from family, as well. While she did take into account the things that we asked for in our reception music, it was nice to be able to sit back and trust her expertise. Valentina is incredibly skilled at reading a room and figuring out exactly what types of music should be played when. Many of my guests commented to me throughout the night how incredible the DJ was and were excited to find that she was willing to take requests. Our wedding was a non-stop dance party which is exactly what we wanted. DJ Valentina kept the dance floor packed and everybody had an incredibly fun time. We can not thank her enough for bringing so much joy to our big day.
If you're in the market for a wedding DJ, I cannot begin to recommend Valentina and her team enough!
Throughout our entire (and delayed) wedding process, Valentina was with us eve...
ry step of the way to make sure our wedding day was perfect. On the day, Valentina was at our venue early, making sure the uplighting (which looked AMAZING) and setup were exactly as we discussed. She provided excellent music for our ceremony, and coordinated with our venue stuff/wedding officiant to make sure everything went smoothly, all without even knowing she was there!
During the reception though, our guests CERTAINLY knew she was there. Whether it was through dinner or all through the night, DJ Valentina kept the dance floor packed, and we literally had so many of our guests come up and tell us how great of a time they were having because of the music! We also had some peculiar specific music requests (Portuguese/Jewish songs) and Valentina integrated those into the night seamlessly!
Simply put, if you're looking for an amazing wedding DJ, you can do no better than Valentina.
A must have for your wedding!!! DJ Valentina knows exactly how to start a party and keep the dance floor full the entire night. From the very beginning of our planning process, we ...
knew that Valentina was the total package. She is accommodating and truly one of the nicest and most genuine people. As a couple who would not describe themselves as well versed in the music world, DJ Valentina took out few requests and perfectly curated a set list that exceeded all of our expectation and left guests wanting more. I would never use anyone else!!
Have you ever experienced a situation where you look around a dance floor and you see more empty space rather than people up on their feet? If so, then DJ Valentina obviously wasn’...
t your DJ. From the first conversation I had with DJ Valentina, the passion and joy that music brings her was palpable, and this never wavered through to the last song of the night at our reception.
We hired DJ Valentina for our ceremony music, lighting, and reception, and she truly made the night magical. From getting my aunt who was adamantly against dancing on the dance floor within minutes, to checking in with my husband and I to make sure the vibe was what we were looking for, Valentina is a true artist with her work and the energy was exactly what we were looking for. We have heard from all of our family and friends how the party was one of the best they have ever experienced, and the variety of music that Valentina selected read the room so perfectly it seemed effortless (though we know it was not). In addition, the beautiful uplighting transformed our space from a tall ballroom (Providence G) to a romantic, intimate, club atmosphere that became more and more beautiful as the sun set.
It is no surprise that DJ Valentina is one of the most coveted DJs in the area; our wedding planner was giddy when hearing we were working with her as she had been waiting to meet her. Her professionalism, her true artistic talent, and her ability to make a room feel alive made our wedding the best day of our lives and we will be forever grateful. If there is any question in your mind of which DJ to pursue for your event, look no further than DJ Valentina.

nd make for the best energy for a guaranteed unforgettable night Our family and friends are very into dancing & entertainment and DJ Valentina was the first vendor we had booked. In fact my husband and I picked our wedding date based on her availability because she is just that good! I went to two of my friends' weddings with her performing and we knew we needed to book her. For our Cape Verdean/Portuguese American wedding it was great to have a Cape Verdean DJ that was able to effortlessly mix all of the music together. There was dancing before dinner even arrived at our tables and the whole party danced the night away. Everyone had a wonderful time and we most definitely have DJ Valentina and her assistant to thank for that! 10/10 recommendation! Great talent, great person to work with! We love you
Words cannot describe how amazing DJ Valentina was at my wedding. She went above and beyond to cater to our musical needs, even when it was a little off beat! Most DJ's will say no...
to certain requests but Valentina worked it and made our musical dreams come true. Everyone was on the dancefloor the entire night busting moves! If you are looking for a DJ who is capable of pretty much anything and doesn't hesitate to meet your requests, book DJ Valentina for your wedding or event!
My guests - as well as my groom and I - were absolutely in love with Valentina, her outfits, and her DJ-ing!!! Planning was such a breeze with her. And even though Valentina does 1...
00s of weddings / events a year, she truly makes you and your guests feel like you have 100% of her personal attention.
Our requests were a bit complex, but she handled it all seamlessly. Background music for our Hindu ceremony, top hits for our cocktail hour, playing our first-dance soundtrack which was only available on YouTube, and importantly, keeping all our our wedding guests dancing straight into the night with a mix of top hits, throwbacks, bollywood, you name it!!! Additionally, Valentina handled all the logistics of setup with our venue / coordinator directly, so we didn't have to worry about any of it.
I also loved that Valentina was extremely flexible and excited to accommodate our own styles, but also made her own suggestions based on her experience. It was such a pleasure - I want to have another party asap just to party with Valentina again!
When we started planning our wedding I was nervous about booking a DJ because I didn't want anyone "cheesy". My sister had attended a wedding where DJ Valentina was the DJ and reco...
mmended that we check her out as soon as possible as she heard she booked up quickly. My husband and I stalked her Instagram and instantly loved her vibe; ultra cool Rhianna look and energy. We felt so lucky that she had our date available and booked her over the phone the second she said that she was free. Throughout the entire wedding planning process every time a vendor asked us who our DJ was and we told them all we heard was "oh my gosh, you guys are going to have the best wedding", "you guys are going to love her, she is the absolute best", "oh you guys are so lucky you got her, she will keep the entire party dancing all night". She not only lived up to the hype, she far exceeded all that we even could have imagined or hoped for. She kept us on the dance floor the ENTIRE night, including our parents and their friends. Throughout the wedding people kept coming up to us saying how they had never been to such a fun wedding and asking who our DJ was and how we found her. After the wedding several people reached out asking for her information because they had so much fun and liked her so much. She was so lovely as a person, so accommodating, provided excellent guidance and advice when it came to first dance and dances with our parents. If you have the chance to book DJ Valentina do it without hesitation. If you aren't engaged yet but know that you will be soon, book her. You know she is good when all the other vendors in the industry were giddy to hear you got her. We had high standards and she truly blew those away and then more. Best EVER.
Valentina was one of our best decisions!! Our venue recommended her as I was having a difficult time researching DJ companies that didn't feel personal. I went to her website and f...
elt the vibe and got very excited! She sent me a worksheet for all the songs we wanted played and we chatted about them a couple days before the wedding to clarify everything. She knew exactly the part of the chorus to play for certain songs and did a phenomenal job. On the day of she just looked so cool and classy, her DJ booth was completely white and was so elegant and chic. The monogram she designed for our reception looked amazing, and the uplighting color she had matched my prominent wedding color perfectly. It elevated the look of the room even more! From the time the dance floor opened to when the reception ended my husband and I barely left the dance floor. We just had so much fun. She played a really good blend through dinner and into the night. She really takes your input and makes it perfect. We had SO many compliments about her I can't even count! With her we knew exactly what we were getting with no guesses or what if's. She is a master in that booth! One of our best decisions for sure! 3 weeks later and people are still talking about how much fun they had and how the DJ killed it! Thank you Valentina, for helping us party our way into our new marriage!!

ith safety restrictions. I don’t know why I even worried, she kept everyone’s mood lifted and everyone had a great time while safely socially distancing on the dance floor! She was the talk of our family and friends - who all said she was phenomenal. We loved DJ Valentina!
Valentina was GREAT! She was definitely one of our favorite vendors of the night. I asked her to be vocal with the audience and she did a great job. I also love that she's a badass...
woman, and you USUALLY see male DJs. Our wedding was at the Providence Public Library which is a funky space, with different rooms so we really needed to rely on Dj Valentina to keep things flowing smoothly, and she did just that. I also appreciate that a couple of times throughout the night she checked in with me subtly and quickly just to make sure we were happy with the music-- and we were! Also, we made it very clear to her that FUN and partying was super important to us, and she made sure to keep the energy up and read the room. The only reason this is not a perfect 5 star review, is because one of our songs on the *must play* list she didn't play until the second to last song so it read as our last dance when I really just wanted it as a middle of the night song. But that's me being picky, most people I don't think would care about this. BUT everything else was great. If I could give 4.75 starts I would. I would 100% recommend her.

When my now-husband and I became engaged in late 2015, one of the first decisions we made was that we wanted DJ Valentina to DJ our November 4th, 2017 wedding. We are so glad we ma...
de that decision! Valentina was extremely responsive to all of our e-mails/questions regarding our big day, and met with us twice to discuss exactly what kind of music and songs we wanted during the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and all of the "big" moments. When we weren't sure exactly what we wanted during our cocktail hour, she immediately offered suggestions based on what our (somewhat vague!) ideas were. She knew exactly what to play throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. Two months later, my husband and I are still hearing about how phenomenal our DJ was! If you're looking for a DJ that knows how to read a crowd, keeps in touch with you during your wedding planning, and is passionate about what she does and your big day, we HIGHLY recommend DJ Valentina!

edding day, she was absolutely flawless. From the way she presented herself with her fashionable dress, to her fabulous MC skills, "pump up skills" and perfect song choices, we had the best night of our lives. She was calm and took control of the evening so that we didn't have to worry about anything. We left a lot of song choices up to her and I'm SO glad we did because she is a true professional and knew exactly what worked best!
BOOK HER NOW! You won't regret it!

Her mixing was flawless (also got many compliments from guests on her skills) and song selection could not have been better!! She played just enough of each song and kept the dance floor moving!
Her energy is what you want at your wedding: relaxed, confident, fun! The set up was perfect, and we thank her for making the day FLAWLESS!
