He arranged several meetings with us to make sure we approved of the signature songs. He even made our wedding parties feel included in this process. One of our favorite elements of working with him is that he provides SO many different services. Not only did he play great music, but he also made our announcements in a timely manner and provided cold sparks, and fog which made our first dance look amazing. He came with his own uplighting as well. He is the real deal. We will most definitely work with him again on our future events. 10/10 recommend.

A DJ is so much more than just the music, they are responsible for keeping the energy up throughout the night and reading the room which is exactly what DJBabyFace does. He spent extra time making us personalized mixes for a surprise choreographed dance we wanted to do during our reception and there were several times throughout the night where I noticed the song that was playing and felt like it fit perfectly in the flow of the evening. DJBabyFace also went above and beyond with communication throughout the whole process. We truly felt at ease and very comfortable with him during our Zoom calls. He was incredibly professional and asked us very thought provoking questions about what we were hoping to create when it came to music and energy for the night. As a very detail oriented person he was incredibly responsive to all of my VERY long emails about playlists, ceremony songs etc. If you're looking for a DJ PLEASE book DJBabyFace. He will go above and beyond for you and is not only an amazing DJ but also just an all around awesome human and one of our favorite vendors for the wedding day.

our mid-thirties, we had more retirees and kids in attendance than guests in our age range, so we’re concerned about finding a good balance that everyone would enjoy. Calvin delivered. I think every single guest was dancing at some point (and I mean everyone- my husbands grandmother, my 3 year old nieces, and my uptight bosses). He also listened to exactly what we wanted. I found a slow version of our first dance song, as well as a pop-punk version, and asked him to fade into the up beat one to start the dance party directly from our 1st dance. He didn’t just fade into it though, he completely mixed them into each other for a seamless transition. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. I could go on and on about how great Calvin was, but long story short- hiring him was probably the best decision we made during our wedding planning experience.

So unexpected. I was in tears. He really aims and SUCCEEDS at making your day most special.
