From our friends in their 20s to our grandparents in their 80s, everyone was delighted with the fantastic mix of music and the energy that DJ Chad brought to the event. Not only was Chad amazing, but working with DJ Nick, the owner, was seamless. We highly recommend DJ Chicago if you want to give your guests the time of their lives. :)

My dad even said he thought the floor of our venue would collapse with the intensity and number of people dancing during the wedding. At one point we stepped outside to say goodbye to a guest who was leaving early and the Gil even came to find us after he realized we'd stepped away to tell us us one of our favorite songs was on- it meant so much to us! The dance floor was full from the minute it opened to the end of the night, and we had the best time. Absolutely would recommend to another couple looking for a wedding DJ.

During the planning process, Nick and his team were always so quick to respond to any questions or requests, and the planning meeting during the month of our wedding was extremely helpful in making sure both sides knew what to expect. Our wedding DJ, Gil, absolutely CRUSHED IT! Gil had the dance floor going all night long, and we received many compliments about how awesome the dance floor and music were. The mix and selection of songs (as well as utilizing our must play songs) was absolutely perfect. Our wedding had some unique Assyrian dances at a couple different points in the night, and Gil made sure to incorporate those songs exactly when we wanted to and for the perfect amount of time. Our venue was unique (Bridgeport Art Center- Skyline Loft), and we heard that there can be audio issues because of the building. There was not a single audio issue the entire night though, because Gil made sure he had all the right equipment including a microphone and speakers that worked perfect in the venue. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing we did not need to worry about the microphone not working during our vows or for the music to stop at any point during the night. Thank you to Gil, Nick and the entire DJ Chicago team for helping to make our wedding day & night so unforgettable!

No gimmicks, focus on the couple, nothing cheesy, just great music for a great party. They genuinely did take the time to get to know our tastes and what we wanted in a wedding DJ. We wanted crowd-pleasing music for a wide range of genres and ages, and did not want to have the DJ run through a playlist of our personal music without regard for the vibes of the guests. Our DJ on the wedding day was Gil and he was fantastic. He executed what we were looking for perfectly, and we were so happy to have guests saying it was the best wedding music they had ever experienced. The dance floor was completely packed until the final song at midnight. Nick and Gil were both so great to work with and made our wedding so much fun. We could not be more grateful to them, and we highly recommend DJ-Chicago to any interested couples.

He was so communicative leading up to our wedding and was so helpful the day of. He made sure we knew what was going on, who had the mic, and made sure we liked the vibes of the music. He let my husband and I request songs if we wanted to but I didn’t even need to because I feel like he knew exactly what to play and our guests had the best time! I love to dance and the music at our reception was very important to me. I was absolutely thrilled with the wedding DJ’s performance! Gil exceeded my expectations. He seamlessly blended a diverse playlist, kept the energy high, and masterfully transitioned between songs. The dance floor was never empty, and his ability to read the crowd ensured a memorable night for everyone. This company is a MUST to book if you are looking for a memorable party that will last in your guest minds for years to come. Multiple guests told me how our wedding was one of the best parties they have been to in a long time and it was mainly due to the music that was going all night. Chad made our night he is simply amazing. Working with both Nick and Chad to prep for our wedding was so easy too - they both truly have a passion about what they do and it shows through their preparation and delivery. They listened to us perfectly on the vibe we wanted and delivered with flying colors.

I'm so happy we chose DJ-Chicago (wedding websites labeled as $$) which was amazing quality for the very reasonable price! Cannot recommend these guys enough! Owner Nick was so professional and organized, very flexible even the 1-2 weeks before our wedding when speeches were still very up in the air! DJ on the day of our wedding was Chad who we truly LOVED both as a person and as a DJ, he couldn't be a nicer guy and perfectly mixed our song requests with his choices that kept the party going! Highly recommend hiring DJ-Chicago, you won't regret it!!

Music was one of the most important aspects of our wedding day, and we had songs that we absolutely had to hear, songs we would like to hear, and songs we did not want to play at all. Nick did a great job respecting these choices while weaving in songs we hadn’t considered, all of which were a huge hit! Our family and friends are still raving to us about how they’ve never seen a dance floor so packed from start to finish. We can’t recommend DJ Chicago enough!

hared a Spotify playlist of a few songs we liked as suggestions and he was super receptive. He has a clear outline of what songs are needed besides the obvious ones like first dance (ex. Processional song, recessional song, entrance to reception song etc.) and has some great suggestions for songs if we didn’t have one that came to mind. Day-of, Nick was incredibly professional and kind and did an excellent job with the songs, announcements, and transitions. Everyone was out dancing the whole reception and he nailed all of the names with pronunciation. 10/10 would highly recommend booking with DJ-Chicago and specifically Nick!

My now husband had for years been compiling a playlist for cocktail hour / dancing, and Nick & Jordan (who DJ'ed our wedding) were enthusiastic to put together playlists that fit our tastes and vibe. Jordan also read the energy and crowd well and added in some songs of his choosing that worked perfectly.
