DJ's North

If you want a packed dance floor that will last all night - Hire Shawn as your DJ! One of the most important things to us was having a dance floor that was packed from start to finish and that is exactly what we got! It was amazing - he played all the songs we requested and the genres we loved. He made sure that the next song was perfect for the mood of the dancers. When I last minute changed the last song to end the night, he was right on it. (PS Bohemian Rhapsody is THE best song to end on if you want to keep the party going into an afterglow). We had a acoustic dup that played for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and formal parent dances and Shawn worked great with them and let them use his gear. Everything worked out great! Shawn also made his rounds to all speakers and made sure they were comfortable with the mic, confirmed the pronunciation of their name, and let them know when their speech was coming up. We didn't even had to worry about it, which was great. Shawn was thrown a curveball a week before the wedding when my dad called him up and let him know he would be surprising me with a song on the wedding day and bringing his own piano. Shawn made this happen without a hitch or a mention to me. It was the most perfect surprise moment! All in all, I would highly recommend Shawn - he is great at communicating prior to the wedding and fantastic at pumping up a party during the big day!

Our dance floor was constantly full with DJs North! Our guests enjoyed all the music and its one of the the things they are still talking about after the wedding. DJs North was very professional, responsive, and great to work with! Highly recommend!

Shawn was an incredible DJ at our wedding. He knew exactly where to set up, he made all of the announcements that we needed, and kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night. I gave him some songs I loved and some I hated, and then he took some requests on the wedding night. Everyone kept commenting on how great the music and dancing was - thank you, Shawn!

Shawn did an exceptional job in making our wedding reception amazing!
