I absolutely loved having DJs of Charleston DJ for our special day! DJ Taylor was so informational and helpful and was very fast at responding! DJ Kegan was a 10/10 he understood our vibes and was such a huge help with figuring out the music, and everyone enjoyed their time on the dance floor!
DJ Malawi (Infidel) was fantastic at our wedding!! From the ceremony through the last song, he matched the vibe and kept the party going all night. He even accommodated a few special requests from us and went out of his way to make us happy. 0 complaints, 100% would recommend hiring him for any event!
DJ Infidel and the DJs of Charleston team couldn’t have been better for our wedding! The platform that DJs of Charleston uses to share song recommendations with your specific DJ was easy to use, and they had great options for add ons like additional lighting, fog, photo booths, etc. DJ Infidel was super engaged with us during every planning call and really cared to understand the vibe we wanted for our wedding music. He was incredible at keeping people on the dance floor and playing music that exactly fit the vibe we were looking for. The night wouldn’t have been the same without DJ Infidel and we were so lucky that we had him for our wedding!

My husband and I had DJ Taylor as our DJ at our wedding and I could not have asked for anyone better. Taylor took the time to speak with me before the wedding, asked what I wanted played and what the vibes were, he was very nice and funny. On the actual day, Taylor took care of the set up and did not worry me about anything. Throughout the reception he played songs that everyone vibed with while also making sure everyone was having a great time and laughing. I would recommend Taylor to anyone, wedding or not.
DJ Taylor from DJs of Charleston was absolutely amazing!! I got so many compliments the night of my wedding and the days following about how great our DJ was. I even had some friends who said they wish they would have known about him for their own weddings because he was way more fun than the DJs they had booked in the past. He knows how to read the crowd and engage with the guests. He also kept the party going all night! You seriously won't regret booking him, I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Charleston area!

One of the events was a huge block party for my housewarming, which involved 255 homes, and I’d say almost 300 people showed up, including families with kids of all ages. DJ Bekster handled the crowd brilliantly, keeping the energy high and the music flowing seamlessly for everyone—kids and adults alike!
Her ability to create the perfect vibe, no matter the crowd, is unmatched. She played a mix of fun, family-friendly tunes that had the kids dancing non-stop, while still balancing it with the kind of music that kept the adults entertained and having a great time. We had DJ Bekster for our DJ from pre-ceremony through our private last dance. She was incredible. We loved working with her and she was able to take our song list and add to match the vibe for each time. We wanted to get everybody out on the dance floor and keep it going for the most amount of time, and she did that. Not only did we love her but our guest can also not stop raving about how great the transitions were. Everyone agreed that she is by far the best wedding DJ anyone has ever experienced. Living in Charleston, we had the opportunity to attend several events where Taylor Coppin was the DJ. At face value, Taylor was at all times professional, talented, and above all else, maintained an infectious positivity that brought an elevated energy out of the crowd. Getting to work with Taylor behind the scenes, the experience was all of these factors and more! Taylor made sure to consistently check-in with us throughout the planning process, scheduling some one-on-one meetings over the phone so that he could better understand our vision for the atmosphere we were hoping to create. Additionally, his response time to any of our questions or concerns was almost immediate. I could not recommend Taylor and his team more for anyone who is looking to have all of their guests compliment them on how great the party was!

A DJ can make or break a wedding, and DJ Bekster definitely MADE ours exceptional. She set the perfect tone at every part of the evening (from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing). All of our guests raved about how great she was and we had the most fun every minute of the wedding! I could not recommend DJ Bekster or DJs of Charleston more; they were a dream to work with and made our wedding so special!
Music is a huge part of my husband and my life - so when it came to booking our wedding DJ we knew we needed to find someone who matched our energy. TAYLOR DELIVERED! He exceeded beyond our imaginations. Pre-wedding, Taylor and the DJ's of Charleston provided a super easy to use platform where we were able to provide our initial input on music, timeline, special notes etc. And while we gave suggestions and let DJ Taylor do his thing, if you're "type A" - this platform will be your best friend. Wedding day, not only did Taylor coordinate and show up early to provide the sound system for our saxophonist at our beach ceremony (which we could hear the music from the getting ready suite), but he was vibing hard with the saxophonist that really set the tone for the evening. The reception and afterparty were some of the best hours of the night. Our dancefloor was overflowing the ENTIRE night with all ages of family and friends. All our guests have continued to compliment how awesome our DJ was and how great the music was from dinner thru the last song (which he surprised us with one of our new favorite songs that will forever remind us of our last song). Taylor - thank you for all your hard work and for most of all having fun with us. We feel like we gained a friend from this whole experience!

We can very confidently say our wedding weekend would not have been the same without dj Taylor! We hired DJ Taylor for our welcome party and our wedding. He was absolutely incredible. He was engaging with us and our guests. He played such a great mix music back to back nights, and kept the dance floor packed. Even older guests who don’t typically dance were on the dance floor for our wedding- and we owe that to Taylor! He made our wedding so fun. He’s passionate, caring and his team is awesome. He sets you up with an app to indicate any specifics you desire- we pretty much left everything up to him and his expertise and he surpassed our wildest expectations. The DJ did not read any of the notes that detailed the exact time each first dance should be stopped so the entire songs played and we had to awkwardly wave at him to stop the songs from across the room. He not play the first slow song that was requested and filled in music that was totally different from the rest of the music we selected. We had a conversation during the consultation where I stated I did not want any country music to be played and I also left it in the notes, but several were played during dinner. The music we selected for the cocktail hour and dinner was classic rock and easy listening and somehow Cowboy Carter made it on that list. What good is an app where you can detail important things for the DJ to read if he doesn't actually read the notes? The club remix of songs were also a big disappointment, several guests complained to us. I am really really disappointed with this service

We had attended a wedding that Taylor DJed for two of our best friends in October and we knew we HAD to have him. The energy and professionalism he brought to their day was beyond anything we had seen, and we have been to a lot of weddings together.
After getting Taylor’s information, he blew us away from our initial meeting all the way through our last dance on wedding night in Mexico. We were on the same page the whole time and Taylor’s communication was the best of all our vendors. With all of the craziness that comes in planning a wedding, we never once had to worry that our sound would be on point and the dance vibes would be immaculate.
Everybody who was able to get on the dance floor was throwing down, and nearly everyone stopped us over the course of the weekend to tell us it was the best celebration they’d ever seen. None of that would have been possible without Taylor’s preparation and entertainment skills.
Our cousin and his fiancée are getting married in a few months in Vegas and already asked about getting Taylor’s information so we can keep the train rolling.
We could not have a higher recommendation for Taylor or DJs of Charleston as a wedding entertainment service. They were truly the centerpiece to our celebration.

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Taylor was absolutely the life of the party! He even stepped in when the flower girl got nervous and they were best friends all night! It was adorable! DJ Bekster was sent from HEAVEN! Our previously contracted DJ cancelled 3 days before the wedding and DJ Bekster used her free weekend to DJ and celebrate with us at our wedding. She is the most energetic, genuine, professional, personable, considerate (I could go on for days) DJ in all of Charleston. DJ Bekster made our wedding day absolutely perfect.
Cocktail hour was a whole vibe and she kept the reception dance floor packed the ENTIRE night!!! Our guests OF all ages were literally yelling for an encore because we couldn't get enough. The speakers, lights, mics, DJ Bekster herself... all so incredible. Her knowledge of music and wide variety of songs played was amazing. DJ Taylor was truly unbelievable! Not only was he a gem to work with, his energy, professionalism, and overall vibe (including his playlists) were immaculate. So many of our guests told us how amazing he made the whole day for them as well. Would HIGHLY recommend booking him for your wedding/event!

We had DJ Taylor for our wedding, and couldn't have been happier! He was so fun, so involved in making the crowd have the best time! We got so many compliments about the energy at our wedding, and it was all thanks to DJ Taylor. We cannot recommend him enough and are so thankful he was a part of our day.

Taylor was incredible. He played everything we asked for and then some. His energy and presence was above expectation. I truly recommend him for any event that someone has going on. He knows how to work a crowd and get the party jumping.

We had the pleasure of working with DJ Taylor for our wedding and we could not be any happier! Taylor was personable, a great communicator and so much fun. He was extremely accommodating for some special requests we had and was so kind, helpful and just all around awesome to work with. We were concerned with having a small wedding that it wouldn’t feel like much of a party but DJ Taylor had every single person there on the dance floor the entire night! I think it was the first time I’ve ever witnessed my brother and father dance! Every single one of our guests expressed to me after just how much fun our DJ was. Thank you Taylor!!!

Could not recommend this group more strongly!! They were extremely attentive to our requests, asked highly insightful questions about the flow/order/vibe of the reception, and absolutely brought the house down. Becca was timely with responses, always available for questions/help, and brought so much great energy to the entire experience, which really helped calm our chaotic minds leading up to and at the wedding. We have a very wide range of music preferences (KC and the Sunshine Band all the way to Young Joc and Natasha Bedingfield) and Becca delivered in SPADES!

I could‘nt have asked for a better DJ! She kept the party going all night and got everyone involved and was amazing on keeping us on our time table (which with everything going on is a HUGE help) she also noticed a lack in a videographer and took some videos for us that nobody was expecting but it was very much appreciated!!! Truly a six out of five stars

DJ Beckster quickly became more than just a DJ to us, she became a very good friend! She made our wedding planning process so easy! She cared so much about us, our wedding, our vision and making it absolutely perfect. And she did just that!!! I cannot even count how many of our guests commented on how amazing she was that night, and we agree...SHE IS BEYOND AMAZING! She was always there to help us during the planning process, she made a mashup for my dad/daughter dance (which was incredible) and offered endless advice when we needed it! I could not recommend her enough!!! My friends are already wanting to bring her to their home states for events!! She was our ultimate hype woman and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way!! BOOK HER!! Best decision we made!

Hiring DJ’s of Charleston was single-handedly the best decision we made during the wedding planning process! Taylor is absolutely amazing, he not only crushed it from a hosting perspective but he put on hit after hit from a song perspective that got everyone out of their seat the whole night! We had at least 10 guests come up to us and say Taylor was the best DJ they’ve ever heard at a wedding. If you’re looking to have the best night of your life and a dj that really brings the party to life you NEED to hire DJ’s of Charleston immediately!

I don't even know where to begin! From the moment I met Taylor I knew I wanted him as our Dj. If you are looking for someone to really start the party he is your guy!!! He is extremely accommodating, Easy to talk, and communicate with. He even had our photographers dancing on the dance floor. I've had multiple people after our wedding tell us how much they loved our Dj. One thing that stood out to me as I love to laugh is he is an Amazing entertainer as well. Thank you so much for everything. You truly made our night the best and most fun wedding many of ever been too.

DJ Beckster was the best for our wedding!! She played songs that we wanted and she made sure to play the songs that we didn’t want. The dance floor was full all night long and our guests raved about the variety of music since we had people from 15- 70+. She was easy to work with and went with our wishes. Will definitely be recommending her to any of our newly engaged friends or for any party!

DJs of Charleston provided entertainment for my wedding. Taylor DJed and did beyond what I could ever ask for!
He met with myself and my wife with plenty of time as the wedding approached. He was extremely accessible and made the process so easy. My wife and I just gave a general picture of what we wanted for music and they killed it! My wife didn't even sit once to eat our food she was on the dance floor the entire time. Top to bottom DJs Of Charleston was amazing. They provide an atmosphere where everyone has a great time. Not only was the music amazing but the overall atmosphere of Taylor interacting with the crowd really set the tone for an unforgettable day. The dance floor was packed from the moment the music started until we shut the venue down!
I can honestly say DJs of Charleston will be the best decision you make. Book them for your wedding or any party/event and I guarantee that you will be blown away.

From the ceremony, to the last song at the reception, DJ Taylor had everyone engaged and having an absolute blast.
