DJ's @ Work

We could not have been more pleased with Tim and his team on our wedding day! It was fun, energetic and he played everything we wanted to hear. He worked with my wife and I to figure out our preferences with the flow of the party. We wanted it it work so that we could get the speeches and traditions out of the way to start so that we could have fun and dance the rest of the night. And dance we did! My wife may have left the dance floor twice for a drink of water or a breather, which is exactly what she wanted. So many of our guests came up to us and commented about how great Tim was and how he played the greatest songs. Again, words cannot express how easy it was to work with D.J.s @ Work and how happy we are to have had such a talented team to make our wedding day go without issue. Thanks!

We hired DJs @ Work for a New Year's Eve wedding and we are so very happy we did! Jamesy was unbelievable, he kept the dance floor packed throughout the entire time and was wonderful to speak to leading up to the day. We continue to receive compliments on what a terrific job DJs@ Work did!

We hired DJs @ Work for our Photo Booth at our wedding and I couldn't be happier with their service! The Photo Booth was SO SO SO much fun and all of our wedding guests had a blast! Despite the rain we had they set up under a tent and were so cool and down to earth about the whole thing. I would use again and highly recommend to any one!!!

DJs do not get better than Tim. Every single person at my wedding raved about the music. He is not only super talented and knows how to read the crowd and play what they want, but he is the nicest man on the planet. I would recommend him for any event. They made our wedding! Thank you Tim!

FIVE STARS FOR TIM!!!! Tim at DJs at Work came highly recommended from many of my friends when we started looking for wedding DJ. After going to 2 weddings with him as the DJ we KNEW we found our man! Tim is so friendly, warm and welcoming, even if you just meet him it feels like you've known him forever! He is so energetic and loves what he does, and it shows. He was by far one of the easiest vendors we hired, I knew from the very start we would be in good hands and we would not have to worry about a thing, and I was right! Everything went off without a hitch and everyone had a blast. He will do EXACTLY what you want him to do and will play exactly what you want him to play, which is my mark of an excellent DJ! Can't wait to see him again this week at another friend's wedding, we all love him!! Thank you, Tim!!!!

We went to a wedding last September, and Tim was the DJ! I knew right away that we needed to snag him for our wedding on 12/19/15! What I loved about Tim was that he played to the crowd! After talking to the bride and groom he connects their vision to the music. The flow of the night is amazing! Tim has a strong command of the night, and runs the show in a way that's so much fun for everyone!! He let's the music do the work. I loved how he played music to get some of our older guests onto the dance floor during dinner, because it made them feel comfortable to get out there again when the party was going full tilt after dinner! Our guests, from my college friends to my 91 year old grandpa, everyone had such an amazing time! We're Irish, and Tim did a beautiful job of working in some traditional music that our guests really connected with. At the first wedding where I originally saw him, the bride was Irish and Indian, and the groom was Italian, and he did an awesome job there too! He's all about playing to the audience. The DJ might be the most important wedding vendor, and Tim did a tremendous job with the responsibility! We highly, highly recommend DJ's at work!!

There are literally no words to describe how amazing these guys are, how amazing it was to work with them, and how amazing they made our wedding. We got married the Saturday after Hurricane Sandy. Getting married in the aftermath of the worst storm we have seen in decades, was NOT an easy task. We were worried about several things that week; our wedding, and our friends, and our family that were so heavily affected. DJ's at Work was located a block away from the water in Broad Channel, so we were very nervous for them. When my husband reached out to Tim (our DJ), all he responded back was. "We'll see you Saturday man, we are ready to kill it." They endured so much, and all they were worried about was alleviating our fears of dancing to an ipod, and wanting us to know that we would have a fabulous wedding. The dance floor was PACKED all night. People are still coming up to me to tell me how fabulous our DJs were, and how they didn't stop dancing. People even told me, "they usually don't like DJs at wedding, but they loved mine," haha. Both the older and younger crowd did not stop dancing, AND our guy friends & cousins who never dance, even danced! We had an after party, at the after party another DJ (Timmy's brother, James) was the DJ. He had come along to make sure it did not repeat any of the songs from the reception. The dance floor just kept on going! They were simply just AWESOME!!

Best DJ!! People are still talking about how good the DJ was. He kept the crowd dancing all night and was able to read the crowd and adjust the music accordingly. My husband wants to have another Big party just so he can come and DJ again. We were absolutely thrilled with our decision to use DJ's at work!! Definitely highly recommend!!

We witnessed the awesomeness of the Tubridy family at a wedding we attended and jumped at the chance to have them play our wedding as well. They were awesome. Fun, attentive, just great. We also used their new photo booth service and were thrilled all around.
