Jeffrey was responsive when asked about various aspects of what we were looking for, and had a long meeting with us to walk us through the process of figuring out what we wanted. During the event, we had a few last minute changes where we had told someone one thing and the DJ another, and he was able to quickly and smoothly accommodate the changes so that you wouldn't have even known anything had happened! He was very personable with everyone and during the evening did an excellent job of keeping everyone involved. The set list he came up with based on our music tastes was awesome and so incredibly us that we asked him afterwards for a set list so we could forever remember what was played! He even added in a few fun things to do during the reception, including a version of the newlywed game that was a blast! I would highly recommend this group for anyone planning a wedding in the Jacksonville area, and Jeff himself would be a great choice for your dj!

ill keep saying how good he was. We really wanted to make sure we got a dj that would get everyone up and dancing all night and that definitely happened!! He was also so awesome at making sure everything went smoothly from our ceremony to our last dance! If you want a dj that will get the party started and keep it going then Jeff is your man!!! 😊

or dance lessons. He basically stood behind his DJ stand the entire night. I have faith in the company, but I wouldn't choose nor recommend Dion as your DJ. I was very disappointed in the way the company handled my complaints.

id a phenomenal job of organizing everything during a thorough session prior to the wedding. He played every song we requested, and people were obsessed! He really got the party going and even stood up on two chairs and taught the dance moves, which was awesome. You don't realize how much more the DJ actually does until you're at the reception...he basically governed the entire night's timeline! It was perfect. Oh- and he did a really fun activity with everyone since we had a buffet, called 'name that tune to eat' (you have to be the first one to run up to his booth and name the title of the song he's playing and if you win your table gets to go eat) and it was a huge hit! Thanks so much for making our night the best party ever! :)

There was not a time that the dance floor was empty. He had some really great and fun ideas for the reception. We did a sing -a-long, which my husband and I had both forgotten about until the music started. It was so fun! I will always remember what a great DJ we had and how pleased we were with everything. The day of the wedding, we had so many people coming up to us telling us how amazing the music was. Both me and my husband believed the music help make the night. And we were right, I don't think the dance floor was empty at all the whole night. He started the dinner with some nice love songs to get people in the mood. Then after dinner Jeff has some oldies for the older crowd. And as the night went on went on to each generation of music. Still after a month people from the wedding are still talking about the music.

We had glow sticks at our reception and really wanted to have a serious party so we went with d’land. Our music taste is a little different and we really like EDM (electric dance music or house music) so we discussed this with the DJ and gave him an entire print out of songs we wanted played. He ended up playing one song from the list. That was a bummer because we already told most of our friends (who like the same music as us) that we would have that music.. and we didn’t. The party was still going all night and the songs he played were crowd pleasers so everything ended up working out.. just wish we had our music. I would still recommend them.

If you are looking for a DJ that gets the crowd moving and doesn't just sit behind his booth, then this is the guy for you! I can't wait to have more events in the future just so I can hang out with him again! It was expensive but worth every penny - now that the experience is over, we would have paid DOUBLE to have him! one really well. Our wedding was not the traditional ceremony, we put a little hip hop pizazz into it and he was supportive of it and helped us get everything we wanted. He has some secrets up his sleeve so be ready. He kept the night going, and we had the whole night planned out and stayed he made sure we stayed on pace. He made the night so fun and memorable. We still talk about it! My husband and I want to throw a party just to have him dj for us again!

couple. He has been in the business for a while and even gave some tips on the wedding. The Love Story he does was amazing. Everyone at the wedding loved it. He kept us updated on the timing of the wedding made sure everything went the way we wanted it to. He made sure the music we wanted to hear was played and guaranteed any music we didn’t want to play was no played. I was really impressed on how much he wanted to get to know what we wanted from our wedding and tailored what he did to meet our needs. From the first meeting to the note in the mail we got after the wedding, he was very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend D'land entertainment. Also…when we met with our cake vendor before the wedding, she even commented on how great Paul is and how we are in good hands.

I can’t thank Jeff enough. He was worth every penny and I would have paid more knowing what value he brought to the event.

e around. Our MC/DJ was top notch! Jeffery is an upbeat professional; he listens well and is very organized. All of our guests were impressed with the uniqueness of our reception. Jeffery even got out on the dance floor to motivate timid guests. We have guests telling us three weeks later how much fun they had dancing. One guest said, “I haven’t danced like that at a wedding in years!” Many told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. As far as sound quality and lighting equipment, it was high quality! Overall D’Land Entertainment is a great value and with dazzling service.

y of. Then they re-scheduled for a less convenient time for us where we both left work to meet with them. Then when we were 35 minutes into a 40 minute drive to meet with them, they called and cancelled the appointment. We chose to use someone else.

a certain guy, sent the contract, I signed it (with his name on it) and then call me and tell me he booked something else. They were more than happy to accomodate me for another $2,000.00. Horrible ethics, intergrity and just plain bad business.
