all my worries to rest from the very second I met her and continued to do so through the entire experience. DeeDee was unaware that I had already chosen her (based off my research/reviews) when I went to my initial consultation but she still treated me exceptionally well. She was up front and honest about the handling of my dress, showed me the bustling options and was able to give us a very reasonable estimate by the end of the appointment. My dress was very intricate with a lot of lace and beadwork so I was expecting a far higher estimate. One of the biggest reasons I felt so comfortable with DeeDee was her extreme attention to detail. She not only took pictures during the consultation but recorded herself talking through the changes for the dress on her iPad in front of us. We never had to worry that she interpreted things incorrectly or would get confused in her own notes later since we were able to hear her recording them and knew her and her seamstresses had the most accurate information at all times. Scheduling was a breeze with DeeDee and they were all so flexible with me being an out of state bride. Each fitting of mine was on schedule and the dress was perfect every single time. I loved that DeeDee was the face of her business and was not only handling every appointment of mine but was enthusiastic and complimentary as well. She was full of advice and tricks that I would have never thought of, like the front of the dress being slightly lifted to account for the grooms feet while dancing. I was very pleasantly surprised that I received far more than just a wedding seamstress. On my final fitting, DeeDee took the time to make sure everything was perfect before I walked out the door with my dress. She made sure that things were secure when I bent over, danced with me to make sure I could move in it and that the groom would be able to do so as well, taught my mom how the bustle worked (which was cleverly color coded) and even taught me how to sit in such a form fitting dress. My dress fit me like a glove and was handled with care. The lace and bead work looked as if it hadn't even altered the dress. I would highly recommend DeeDee and her staff to any bride looking for alterations.
