The sales team answered all our questions quick before we booked and even after. The driver arrived on time and was very helpful throughout the service. The limo was clean and well kept. The cost for the service provided was worth it.

I had a fantastic experience with D-Lux and would highly recommend them for any transportation need! My husband and I booked 4 D-Lux shuttles to assist with transportation on our wedding day. The entire quoting and booking process was easy and smooth - they were willing to work with our budget and needs. On the day-of, the shuttles were very timely and my guests really enjoyed the experience. I will definitely keep D-Lux in mind for future events!

We were very hesitant to hire a shuttle for our wedding to be honest. It was something extra we looked at adding on two weeks before the wedding. We are SO happy we did it and SO happy we went with D-Lux in particular. They were amazing. Accommodating, friendly, detail oriented, personable and a great value. We heard so much positive feedback from our guests about how happy they were to have the shuttle and how helpful the drivers were. D-Lux is the best! If we could go back, we’d hire them again and again!

My wife and I were part of a large group that used DLUX at a winery wedding this past weekend. Way more fun and convenient than a bunch of individual ubers all the way out into the countryside. Very nice and spacious interior, easy to book, and everyone had a blast! My favorite wedding transportation ever!

D-Lux - these guys are great. My wedding was in Celina, TX in December and we used D-Lux transportation for all our guests. Leading up to the event, they were quick to provide different options to accommodate all our needs, from the quoting process, to the different vehicle options, to all the logistic information and following up numerous times before the event. We ended up booking 2 D-Lux Charter Buses that ran as a shuttle from the hotels to the venue and back. Prices were affordable and they were so easy to work with.

I used D-Lux for my bachelorette party as well as our wedding and had such an amazing experience! I was always impressed with how punctual the drivers were. There was a ton of timelines to coordinate - shuttling the bridesmaids, then groomsmen, then 80 people to and from the event. It was a lot to coordinate and I was impressed with how punctual they were for each time slot. The rides were super nice and fun to be in, the drivers are great and the team helping you get everything set up make it so easy. I highly recommend using this service for anyone looking for professional, punctual and amazing rides to shuttle groups around!!

We used D-Lux for the Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Reception and the next day for a large wedding (200 guests). Shuttles transferred hotel guests to and from all the events including during the day and late at night. The wedding party used two limos also from D-Lux. D-Lux provided outstanding service. Always on time and with very personable drivers. They understood our needs very well and were very flexible. Our guests have commented on how the shuttle service made the whole weekend work. We would certainly use them again for another event. They were wonderful.

D-Lux was so professional and amazing to work with through the entire process, from booking, to the day of. They were proactive in providing me the driver's information and were on top of it when it came to staying on time throughout the day. Their entire fleet is brand new, and the party bus we used to transport guests from our hotel to the reception was the nicest I've ever used. I would highly recommend them!

I love this company! And will definitely use them again in the future! I had 3 of their shuttles pick up and drop off our guests including myself and the groom from hotels to ceremony to reception and back! They have such an amazing fleet of vehicles to pick from too! My guests were happy and got everywhere on time. The drivers were professional on time and made sure no one got left behind. I found D-Lux from a facebook group for Wedding Professionals and they came highly recommended. My couple decided to book a shuttle at the last minute and D-Lux was amazingly helpful! They helped me determine how many shuttles I would need and we secured everything online with a direct link. I loved how they showed you what the inside of the shuttles looked like. We had to change the drop off location multiple times and they were incredibly helpful with the followup through text messaging as well as email. Everything was very easy to pay for. And they were super flexible when my couples wedding got delayed by an hour due to a brush fire. They had sent me each of the driver's information so it made it super easy to contact them and let them know about the revised time for pickup. And....there were no hidden fees or charges! Will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my clients

I used D-Lux for me and many bridal party last month and the service was great. I hadn’t heard of D-Lux before but decided to give them a try based on the reviews here on The Knot and they did not disappoint. They are prompt with sending you an email and text with a quote of what your requested service would cost, and then confirming it was fairly easy. The day of the wedding I received a text with the name of my driver. He was waiting outside the hotel lobby at the time specified and had a sign with my last name on it for extra clarity. They are pricey (my husband + groomsmen took Uber Black and saved some money), but the service was extremely professional and it helped ease my mind on my wedding day.

D-Lux was amazing to work with! As an event planner, transportation is one area that I worry about the most. It is hard to clearly articulate when and where guests need to be picked up, if the driver should wait for all guests or leave at a certain time so they are not late, and if the driver should plan on one trip or looping between two locations. But with D-Lux it was truly seamless! The driver came ahead to time to drive each route ahead of time. We also texted all day to make sure we were on the same page in terms of timing! I would highly recommend their services to anyone who does not want to worry about transportation anymore :)

Where do I even begin… I am so grateful for finding Swoop last minute from a friend after the my previous transportation company cancelled on me just THREE DAYS before my wedding. My wedding was 2 hours from Dallas and everyone else I called in the D/FW area would not come out. D-Lux agreed with no hesitation. I was a little worried at first because of the short notice but the day of they performed without any issues. It was flowing on it’s own and I didn’t even need to think about it (as I was so occupied with million of other things running through my head). From the last minute solutions they offered me when I was in dire need, to them being able to respond to my emails and frantic calls and then performing beyond exceptions on the day of. I highly recommend using D-Lux for your Wedding!

D-Lux Limos was the perfect limo company for us! They were not the cheapest option, but the prices were still competitive. We booked their 22 passenger party bus and also 2 coach buses for our guests. They arrived on time and everything was clean inside and out. I was impressed with the friendliness of the drivers. I’ve already recommended them to my best friend getting married next week! Thank you for making our memorable day so much easier!
