fun to work with, obviously enjoying interacting with brides, grooms, and their moms. We changed our 150 chair covers with burgundy sash and table runners order a couple different times, and she was not fazed. We chose full service, and both the delivery and take down were exactly as when promised. This lady and her husband are very busy though, so when you schedule your wedding, set up what you need from Dana as soon as you can, keeping in mind that there are only so many Friday night times for rehearsals and chair and table runner set ups for a Saturday wedding. The quality and appearance of the satin chair covers and sashes and runners made our wedding as elegant as we had hoped. And Dana improvised tying sashes together to block the center aisle on all 4 sides, so the aisle runner with petals was left undisturbed until the wedding party entered. We could not have asked for a better wedding rental experience.
