nline booking process was extremely easy.
Communication leading up to the wedding was a bit challenged, as it was hard to get responses over email or get someone on the phone, but rest assured, the week of they were extremely communicative, even sending email and text updates every time the shuttle arrived at a new location.
Our guests commented on how the bus seemed brand new, and the driver was on time and courteous. Don't fret about the lack of communication leading up to your event – they delivered when it was time!

original shuttle plan fell apart fairly close to the date. They had plenty of shuttles to stop at multiple hotels and parking lots to pick up all of our guests and then navigated our steep driveway with ease. All in all (including a shuttle to get the bridal party to/from the rehearsal dinner 45 minutes away) they provided a great service at a great price and made things much easier for us!
