We had such a great experience working with DMO Films! Our sneak peek was so great and we loved working with them on the day of the wedding. They came highly recommended to us from our photographer who has worked with them numerous times at past events. So happy we chose them for our wedding!!
We loved working with Matt as our videographer for our wedding at the New Haven Lawn Club in June 2023! Matt was very communicative, professional and always available to discuss any questions/concerns. In the month leading up to our wedding, he sent us a very detailed questionnaire to ensure that he had all of the details ahead of our big day, and we felt like nothing was left out! We will cherish our wedding video for years to come - it is so high-quality and we love sharing it with our friends & family. We would highly recommend Matt/DMO Films to anyone looking for a videographer!
Choosing Matt as our videographer was the easiest vendor decision we made for our wedding. Matt was responsive, kind, and explained the process to us in our initial call. He showed up to our wedding day and captured everything we hoped for. He worked well with our other vendors and was friendly to all our guests. When it comes to the final product, we are so happy with the memories he captured. The short film he put together is beautifully done and so special for us to watch and share with friends and family. We love being able to relive the ceremony, toasts, dances, etc. Would definitely recommend Matt and DMO Films to capture your special day.
I was lucky enough to have a preview of DMO Films work at my sister's wedding in 2018. The final film was absolutely beautiful - I still tear up when I watch it to this day. Fast-forward to getting engaged in 2020, and Matt was the first vendor I reached out to for availability. He was a "sure thing" and I knew I couldn't trust anyone else with this important decision.
When COVID disrupted our October 2020 wedding plans, Matt could not have been kinder to us. Throughout our postponement, Matt would check-in with emails like "how are you guys holding up?" and "we may have to wait another year, but it'll be worth it and you'll have the best day!" His uplifting notes touched our hearts and reassured us that no matter what happened, everything was going to be okay.
When it finally came time for the big day, Matt and his teammate Anthony setup their equipment so quietly and efficiently I didn't even realize when they officially got to work. They were such a fun and happy addition to our day - mingling with guests, swiftly blending in and capturing every detail. When we watched the film for the first time, the quality was unbelievable.. it was like watching a movie of the best day of our lives. What I love most about Matt's work is it's storytelling in it's most natural form. There's no special effects or trendy filters - it was us and our loved ones experiencing the day in a series of special moments that unfold so magically.
There is no one better than DMO Films. Matt is highly engaged, expertly communicative, and unbelievably talented. We are so happy with our film and have received countless compliments on his behalf from friends and family (and some strangers..) who have watched it. Thank you for giving us an artifact of our marriage - we couldn't imagine having our day without you.
I knew we wanted to hire Matt after watching all of his samples films on his website and feeling the emotions of each and every one. We loved that Matt himself would be there on the big day and that he would be the one filming and editing. We are beyond thrilled with the highlight film we have from our wedding this past August. We have watched it numerous times ( more times than I would like to admit) and have shared it with family and friend who were there and those who couldn’t be. I would highly encourage anyone who is getting married to definitely hire a videographer, it’s my favorite thing we have from the wedding day. I would highly highly recommend Matt and his team. After the whirlwind of the big day you want to be able to relive it. The way he magically captures all of the little moments of the day bring me back every time we watch it. I remember how I felt each and every time and I am so thankful for that. DMO will blow you away!!
DMO Films is the best of the best. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt and Anthony. For starters, I was originally supposed to get married in June of 2020 and when I had to move our wedding date to 2021, Matt was so understanding, kind, and flexible with the changes. On the day of, they were great to work with and blended right in to capture every moment. Our highlight film turned out INCREDIBLE. The song choice was perfect and the best parts were chosen from our vows, cards, & speeches. I have watched it over and over again, and it's truly a video I will forever cherish. It made us, our family, and friends cry with tears of joy. I really feel like I was given an invaluable gift. Getting to relive our day is priceless and I'm so thankful we hired this amazing team.
If you're on the fence about hiring a videographer, my advice is to DO IT and to hire DMO Films. Truly worth every single penny. You won't regret it!!!
I cannot say enough good things about DMO films. 1st, the guys are AWESOME to work with, so fun and easy-going. They stay in the background but get all the good shots! I did not notice them at all (which is a GOOD thing)! Our video is beyond incredible & captured all the feels of the day. Getting a wedding video by DMO is an investment you will never regret.
Matt and his team were terrific to work with. Friendly, professional, and sincerely excited for our daughter's wedding day. Their work was top notch. They captured the day/night beautifully and so unobtrusive throughout. If there were more starts, I'd highlight them as well.
Matt and Anthony were wonderful! They were prompt, so sweet and friendly and felt like one of our friends just hanging out on our special day. Matt was extremely easy to reach out to during the planning process and just down to earth - very my speed :) We recently received our Short Film from Matt and I must say...I was a loss for words and have watched in 20 times in 3 days. He and Anthony captured the most personal and emotional moments of our day and told the unforgettable story of our day in a ten minute short film. From the music, the shots, the captured words of our closest friends and family and most importantly capturing the moments of our loved ones that couldn't be there. Matt is gifted at what he does, and you would be so lucky to get to work with him on one of the most important days of your life!
Matt and his team at DMO films are the absolute best! Throughout the planning process Matt was so easy to work with, and the online “portal” made making payments, communication and requests so simple. On the day of our wedding he made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I never felt like he was” in the way.” We love the Drone shots and just got our teaser back a few days ago and it looks amazing! Thank you for making our wedding day so special and capturing moments that we will forever have to look back on!

Matt and his team are the absolute BEST. The entire process was professional and seamless and I could not be happier with the results. We had out teaser back a week after the wedding and the full trailer withing 2 months and they were both absolutely perfect. I can not thank Matt enough for his great work and will definitely be recommending him to all of my friends.

When my sister got married 10 years ago, I knew that I wanted the same videographer she had. Matt Fink/DMO Films was our first vendor to book for our wedding and I probably would have changed our wedding date to one where he would be available because Matt is that talented. Not only do I know that Matt and his crew have talent, but he filmed the entire day beautifully and was respectful and funny and just simply amazing. The guys did everything we asked for and more. We could not be happier with our wedding film from Matt! My husband and I knew how important it was that we chose the right person to capture our special day. Matt and Anthony were there for me on the most important day of my life they were personable and fun to be around I found them on YouTube and it turned out they knew friends of mine it's a small world and I wouldn't have imagined having anyone else be there that day. Matt was very sufficient with emailing me back right away since I was a nervous bride and I wasn't sure what was going on I never was married before so I didn't know how to handle anything and Matt had all the answers for me I did all my payments on the Internet through his PayPal account that he would send me through email and everything was just very Convenient I received my wedding video finished about 13 weeks after and it was absolutely incredible I have no other words and I am someone who has a lot to say and Matt left me speechless I think it was a week or two after the actual wedding where I was able to preview a 15 second clip of the video that you put together with a song and I washed it every hour of every single day and got complimented on it from everyone I know
There truly aren’t enough words to explain how amazing it is to work with Matt and Mo. They’re professional, easy (and fun!) to work with and brilliant at what they do.
They don’t just cut and paste video clips together. Instead, they tell a love story in the most beautiful and moving way. My husband and I are so lucky to have a highlight video that weaves together the perfect moments matched with the perfect “sound bites” to tell the story of our day. I smile, laugh and cry every time I watch it.
What’s even better is that we absolutely loved working with them. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Matt made everything easy for us. On the morning of our wedding, they fit in seamlessly with our friends and family… helping to make us all feel relaxed and at ease. And throughout the day, they were literally flies on a wall – you barely knew they were there, and yet every once in a while they’d be there just when you needed them to make you laugh.

Even before my husband and I got engaged I had my wedding already planned in my head! After a year and half of planning I was able to live out all of my dreams. Thanks to Matt and Anthony we will be able to watch all of these moments for the rest of our lives over and over again. They captured every detail of our wedding day, from me getting my hair and make up done, my husband and his groomsmen getting ready to our first dance and many, many more events. They put together the most wonderful highlight video that told the perfect love story. Matt also made us an Instagram video that we got to watch on our honeymoon a few days after the wedding! That was such a nice touch that we didn't even know was going to happen! We will cherish this video and all of the footage for years to come, and will someday get to show our children and grandchildren our special day. Both Matt and Anthony captured every moment of our day, but blended in with the entire crowd as if they weren't even there. They were both so professional and the entire process from our first meeting, to our final video was easy and enjoyable. Thank you Matt and Anthony for capturing the best day of our lives, so we can re-live it over and over again!
Matt and Anthony helped make our wedding the best day of our lives! They were so friendly and easy going and really communicative leading up to the day. My Mom keeps telling me that they were the best because she, "didn't even know they were there!" Their aerial droid shots of our ceremony were breath taking - those alone were worth every penny! As cinematographers (because that's really what they are - they are more than just a wedding film crew) they made us feel so at ease while filming and I think it's going to come across beautifully in video. They were so easy to talk to that we felt we had met before, even though that was the first time.
A few days after the wedding Matt had asked for our instagram names and wedding hashtag. We weren't sure why but then he posted an instagram video sneak peek that still makes me and my maid of honor cry when we watch it. Everyone was commenting that they couldn't believe he posted it so soon and how amazing it was! Those 15 seconds are more than worth it because it shows DMO's caring, customer focus and passion for what they do. We never asked for that Insta-sneak-peek, that was just DMO going above and beyond.
They were recommended by our photographer so they worked together with her very well. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I wish I could tell every bride to hire them. We will definitely be calling them again when we have an occasion for it!
