ility is a big deal and a big decision! The way that Dan runs his business made me feel confident even before I got our wedding photos back that they would be the level of quality I'd hoped for. He was extraordinarily professional beforehand, making sure that we were all on the same page about exactly what we wanted and hoped for from our photos, and how the day would flow. He also has a great talent for working with family and friends, corralling them for photos and navigating the more delicate dynamics of a family with divorced parents and step-family members, which I truly appreciated. He even got a picture of my mom's side of the family, which had about 50 people or so, just siblings and first cousins. That's something my whole family will cherish and pass down forever. And THEN, after all that, we also got BEAUTIFUL photos! Dan truly captured the day how I envisioned it and how I experienced it, and that's a skill and a gift. I'm very grateful.

The day of he was so good at directing and working with our families, he kept things moving along and everything went smoothly. curate our wedding day timeline around all the unique requests we had for photos the day of the wedding. Dan was extremely organized and professional, he met up with us a month before to make sure we had a cohesive list of all the groupings of family photos that we wanted organized into the allotted photo time. When it came to the wedding day Dan, and his second shooter Chris were really nice at making us feel comfortable since we aren't very comfortable in front of the camera. Dan and Chris got every shot we envisioned and captured the day perfectly. We did about 3 hours of first look, couple photos, and family photos before the ceremony, 30 more minutes of family photos during cocktail hour, and about an our of dancing photos into the reception overall from 2pm to 10pm 8 hours worth of photos. Dan processed the photos so quickly even during the busy season and we got a link to all of the photos to an online album, a flash drive with all the photos and 25 photos printed out too. I couldn't recommend Dan enough his experience and knowledge for the profession really was outstanding and the photos had a lightness and quality to them that was perfect, thanks Dan!

Dan went to the church and reception venue the week before the wedding to scout out good back drops for the photos. On our wedding day it poured rain, but that didn’t matter; he was still able to come up with creative indoor and outdoor shots to work around the weather. He did such a good job at directing and posing us. Besides posed shots, he got some incredible candid photos as well. The quality of the photos is amazing, and you wouldn’t even know it rained because he edited the lighting so beautifully to make them look nice and bright. I was also extremely happy with the amount of photos we got; there were so many and it was the perfect mix of posed and candid shots. Overall, Dan made it such a fun and stress-free experience. We laughed and had fun the whole time. I will cherish these photos forever!
