Dan contacted me numerous times before my wedding to discuss the ideas I had and the main shots I wanted to get. He listened to everything I said, but also gave so much helpful feedback and suggestions. Dan went to the church and reception venue the week before the wedding to scout out good back drops for the photos. On our wedding day it poured rain, but that didn’t matter; he was still able to come up with creative indoor and outdoor shots to work around the weather. He did such a good job at directing and posing us. Besides posed shots, he got some incredible candid photos as well. The quality of the photos is amazing, and you wouldn’t even know it rained because he edited the lighting so beautifully to make them look nice and bright. I was also extremely happy with the amount of photos we got; there were so many and it was the perfect mix of posed and candid shots. Overall, Dan made it such a fun and stress-free experience. WOW, we had such an amazing experience with dmpfamilylife. We got to work directly with Dan who is super friendly, kind and a magical photographer. When searching for a wedding photographer, we were referred to dmpfamilylife from a friend that had used him. We was well priced and went above and beyond. Prior to the wedding we had phone conversations, exchanged emails and he even came onsite to check out ideas of what types of locations we should use for the day of the wedding. For the day of event, he showed up EARLY (yes, not on time but actually early) he was very punctual and we even got to take more photo options than we talked about. He was open to any ideas that we had and he was really great. During the ceremony and reception the mother of the bride mentioned that he was so great, and didn't even feel like he was there. He did great at taking candids on the dance floor and got a lot of great photography. We highly recommend!!

Our favorite photos were the City Hall pass throughs (especially the silhouette under the archway) and the "secret garden" spot on the side of the Art Museum. Dan makes photos available via online gallery, mobile app gallery, and a USB that comes beautifully packaged in a keepsake box with some complimentary 4x6 prints - such a lovely touch! Updated: We got our photos back just about three weeks after the wedding (so fast) and they are PHENOMENAL. He captured every single moment of the day/night. Everyone we showed is amazed at how perfect the photos are! We are so happy we chose DMP for our wedding. Plus Dan treated us like family before and after the wedding!! Dan is AMAZING! We just had our wedding this past weekend, but we know the photos are going to be phenomenal. He made us feel so comfortable and natural, we could not have asked for a better photographer. That is when I saw Daniel's ad on Facebook for a micro-wedding which is exactly what we needed. We hired Daniel to capture a few getting ready shots, the church ceremony, and portraits of family/ friends and my husband and I after. We got our pictures back in less than a month and they turned out extremely beautiful and better than I ever could have imagined. In the 3 hours we worked together, he managed to capture the most beautiful, perfect shots. I absolutely love the quality and lighting of his shots. We walked down the street to a "park" and he used his skills to capture such beautiful shots with the trees and lighting and the background that i didn't even think could be possible. Daniel is also great to work with and super accommodating! Def recommend. Wish I could use him for my delayed celebration!! (but already locked into another contract)

We can't recommend Dan enough! Due to COVID we have rescheduled our wedding twice and Dan has been patient, flexible and reassuring that we'll have the perfect day next year. He did our engagement photos and made it so fun and we loved the photos! We have enjoyed working with him so much we referred my brother to him for their wedding this summer and they were blown away by his talent, energy, and professionalism. Dan was extremely helpful in helping figure out our photography needs for our atypical wedding.
