At first I was very pleased with the work they did as videographers for our wedding. We received our highlight video a week after our wedding. We got married August 22, 2020. Howev...
er, we have yet to receive any of the other videos from our wedding that we paid for. I messaged Darren back in December and he said he mailed them out and we should have got them. I told him we didn't and he said he would order another and have it sent out. I messaged him every month asking for updates and he would say he was still waiting on the order, then he said he couldn't find the ceremony video, then he said he couldn't find any of our videos. It is now almost the beginning of April and we still have nothing. He has said multiple times that he "can't find any of them". My mom contacted him 3 weeks ago and was told the same thing. He asked to give him time to look for them, but in 3 weeks there has been no updates and I'm to my breaking point. Darren also made the comment that it said in our contract the videos are deleted 2 months after the date. However, nothing like that is stated in our contact since we still have it. So I have no hopes that we will ever get our videos. He said he would "make it right" but nothing has been done yet. This isn't a day we can recreate and we most definitely haven't got what we paid for. I have waited and waited before I said anything but I'm to my limit and tired of waiting on something I know I won't be getting.
Best video ever thanks to DMZ Productions!!
DMZ Productions was such an awesome addition to our wedding day. They were efficient, kind, organized and affordable! They were well-prepared throughout the whole day and worked we...
ll with other vendors to create a team feeling. My husband, Kevin, and I are SO excited to get our video back and could tell just from the day how good it was going to be. I would absolutely hire DMZ again and highly suggest you do the same for your wedding!
The best decision we made for our wedding. They were incredibly talented and so prepared for our day!
We found Darren on another website. We messaged him, met with him a few days later and immediately knew we wanted him for our wedding. He was fun, professional and really helped us...
feel calm the entire process.
If you’ve never considered a wedding video before DO IT. So worth the money!
We hired DMZ Productions for our wedding based on a recommendation from a friend. First off, they provided DJ and videography services, so we saved a lot of time looking for separa...

We can't rave enough about the quality of work they do and attention to detail they showed. We feel as if Darren and his crew became a part of our family. We've already recommended them to a few of our friends getting married.
They work hard, are professional, but also know how to keep things fun. A must hire!!
We had DMZ for both the DJ and Videographer for our wedding on this past November 17. Darren and his team did such an amazing job. The video came out so amazing and captured the p...
erfect highlights of our day. And as the DJ, he did such a great job there too. He kept the dance floor full and everyone very much enjoyed all the music played. We did get to choose the music and Darren went off that playlist, but he did base all he played in accordance with what we picked. And MCd very well for the things happening during the reception like speeches, flower/garter toss, the walkin intros etc.
I knew Darren previously so having him as another friend to be involved in our special day was a very special thing. We loved having you Darren! You did such and amazing job! We can't stop watching our video!!
They were amazing. Handled everything like a pro and were so easy to communicate with. During the wedding he made everything go with the flow and was incredibly relaxed- great for ...

e was so friendly and personable and really helped make our wedding day perfect. I'm so glad we found Darren.
I've been waiting to write this review in hopes of hearing back from Darren, but we have not. We booked Darren over a year in advance to our wedding, About a month out from our wed...
ding, we reached out to him again since he had yet to contact us about music selection, coordinating, how many people we needed to provide meals for, etc. He never responded to my messages, but did eventually return my husband's attempts. He kept pushing things back saying he'd get something to us. First he said Monday, then Tuesday. When Wednesday passed and we received nothing, we knew we needed to terminate our work with him. Since then, we've been waiting for our refund back. We've received nothing. We've attempted to reach out to Darren in a variety of ways, multiple times.
Based on our experience, I would recommend going elsewhere for DJ services. They seem to have taken on too much production responsibilities and do not have time to give everyone t...
he attention deserved for their wedding day. After a whole month of contacting them via email, calls, texts and Facebook messages, we received no response until they finally told us they had to cancel 6 weeks before the wedding, leaving us with no backup options.
It's been over a couple weeks since the big day of our wedding and our guests (and even the staff from our wedding venue) have still been telling me how amazed they were by the cre...
ativity and fun brought to our wedding by DMZ Productions. Darren Zancan and his team have a system that really brings everyone together as a newly married couple and as family. When our friends and family talk to us about the wedding, they always mention that it so much more fun than weddings they've experienced in the past and I truly believe we were fortunate to have found Darren to help us organize and personalize a wedding from states away and make things both simple and eloquent. He is very imaginative and genuine and we appreciate all the work that made everything come together so well.
Darren was beyond amazing! He officiated our wedding and we received soooooo many compliments on how great he was! He was extremely easy to work with! I had a tough time finding an...
officiant but then multiple people recommended Darren and I'm so glad I listened!! You won't be disappointed! I only wish I had him video our wedding too!
