She even helped us out with the hotel we stayed at in Orlando before flying to Jamaica and parking while we were gone. When we on our way home, we had several flight delays and Karynn was there for us answering questions for us when we called. Last year we took a weekend trip to Disney World. I called her before we booked anything and told her what we wanted. She took care of all the details. 5 stars isn't enough for Karynn and her fantastic customer service.
