After purchasing my ring, I decided to resize and through the whole process of sending my ring back to them and receiving it again, their communication was excellent, and they took care of my ring in a timely and efficient manner. Jayne from Do Amore made this stressful process so much easier! I requested a custom ring based and Jayne had her team make a CAD drawing to show me what the ring would look like. Then when I received the ring in about 3 weeks later, I asked for a modification to the ring and Jayne and the team worked super hard to make things perfect. I received the ring 2 weeks later. Absolutely exceptional customer service from these folks - I can’t remember the last time I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write a review. I wanted the asha setting (and marching band) but with 6 prongs rather than 4, for a more classic / Tiffany look. Not only was that no problem: they responded immediately, it was a very human / natural interaction, they were willing to communicate via text (I dislike email), and they even proactively reached out to me to make sure my band was the correct size (I like my band .25 larger so it moves independently behind my solitaire). The diamond is stunning and the setting is very well done (the thing I was most worried about). Highly recommend/def will shop there again. Random tip: platinum is SO worth the extra money. White gold yellows / shows scratches / needs servicing - few years ago I tried a platinum band and I’ve never looked back - gets more beautiful every year (that is assuming you LIKE that look and don’t want a really shiny ring forever).

We ordered the fantastic fingerprint wedding bands for our anniversary. One yellow gold, and one platinum. The only thing we wish that we had gotten the bigger rings the fingerprints are so clear. Customer service was excellent. This is my third purchase from the website.

My experience at Do Amore has been the smoothest fine jewelry purchase journey I have ever had.  Initially, it started with googling about Oval diamond selection as the shape is less straightforward compared to Round diamond. I had first heard of Do Amore 5 years ago through a friend and have since purchased 2 rings from them: my engagement ring and a custom wedding band! Both purchases went so smoothly, truly above and beyond what you would expect from an online jewelry purchase. When my fiancé and I were picking my engagement ring, they answered dozens of questions that I had for them via Instagram and email, sending me example photos, reference sizes and talking me through the entire selection process. When my fiancé purchased the ring (their Mae band with a round moissanite stone), Do Amore noticed that I had a particularly small ring size (3.5) and took the time to email him after he ordered to let him know that they can offer quarter sizes if he'd like to be more specific! Designing my wedding band with them over the past couple months has also been a dream. After my engagement ring, I knew I only wanted future jewelry purchases to be from Do Amore, but I had my heart set on a specific wedding band style that they didn't offer on their website. I sent them a photo I found on Pinterest of a particular ring, and they designed it for me! We've sent many emails back and forth over the weeks of very particular questions/changes that I had, and they addressed every single thing with the most care and enthusiasm. An additional detail that I super appreciated about this design process is that I initially requested that my wedding band be made with moissanite stones like my engagement ring; however, they reached out to me and let me know that while they believe moissanite is a beautiful alternative for engagement-ring-sized center stones, they believe that diamonds truly have a better visual for wedding bands. I really appreciated that they took the time to point this out to me! I could've unknowingly just purchased the moissanite band and they still would've gotten the sale, but they really wanted me to have the most beautiful wedding band possible. I love both of my rings so much and my fiancé knows all future jewelry gifts need to be from Do Amore as well ;)

I decided to go with Do Amore to customize a ring for my fiancee after doing research for a while to find the best option for an engagement ring. The process was easy and seamless, and they also rushed the making of and shipping of the ring to get to me before the proposal date I had pre-planned. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Do Amore and it is absolutely stunning! I wanted something simple, elegant, and timeless and their yellow gold Mae ring with an oval .5 carat absolutely fit the bill! Plus, with the purchase of one of their ethically sourced rings, you're also helping provide clean water for those who don't have access. On top of it all, they have amazing service with free resizing, replating, cleaning, and stone tightening for life. We just purchased my wedding band (the Twist ring!) from Do Amore as well and couldn't be more pleased.

The rings are great quality, there were so many to choose from, and they fit a variety of budgets! They shipped quickly, and the packaging was high quality! We were grateful to find ethically sourced wedding bands from a company that values water sustainability!

I came across Do Amore on a diamond marketplace and decided I'd reach out directly. A real human being picked up the phone on my first call and we had a fairly extensive conversation about my plans as I already knew exactly what I wanted design-wise. After that call we corresponded efficiently via email over the coming weeks — with their founder Krish, one of their representatives Hannah, and a gemologist on staff, Corinne. Corinne was very helpful in finding me real-time inventory that met my desired specifications. We had to look at stones at two separate occasions as inventory changes rapidly and I needed some time to settle on my final specs. She was extremely patient, thorough and helpful with identifying completely colorless, eye-clean stones. I sent them a visual of what I wanted along with descriptions of specific details I wanted to change — e.g. the prong style — and they had the setting custom made by one of their partners. Once I picked the stone and made the deposit, they got started on designing the setting. I had the 3D CAD files four days later, and manufacturing begun. I had the custom ring in hand 20 days after I initiated the order, which was extremely fast, as this included the entire design and approval process, the logistics of getting the stone from overseas, the quality control checks, etc. It's also worth noting that I did a decent amount of shopping around, and Do Amore prices their stones very fairly and competitively. Most importantly: the ring looks incredible. We're very happy with the outcome and their team.

I used Rarecaret.com to find a lab-created diamond and ended up selecting one from Do Amore. Before I purchased the stone I called Do Amore to ask some questions. The Do Amore representative Hannah answered all of my questions and even gave me a quote on a setting that was way cheaper than what I was originally planning on spending with a local jeweler. The ring was STUNNING when it arrived. I loved it so much I thought about keeping it for myself rather than giving it to my now fiancee! Hannah worked with me throughout the process to make sure the custom design was exactly what I wanted. I don't think you can get a higher quality product or service anywhere (online or in person) and the price also can't be beat. Literally not a single complaint, it's too bad I only need to buy an engagement ring once in my life because I would definitely use them again!

I was looking into getting an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I came upon Do Amore and loved the sustainability and giving ethos of the company. I found the Jolie ring and fell in love online. I did however need help choosing a stone. Contacting the company was very easy and Hannah got back to me ASAP. After looping in the gemologist we found the PERFECT stone for the perfect ring. Very impressed with the ring, the service and the cause. After purchase they shared the details about the well our purchase help support. On such a special milestone it makes us feel good that we supported a great company and cause while getting an amazing product. P.S. I know Charity Water the partner of Do Amore to be a solidly run/great cause charity.

After extensive research for the best place to purchase an engagement ring, Do Amore was a no brainer. I could not find a better price for the same quality diamond anywhere else, and the social impact that the company provides further solidifies my decision. Customer service was not only quick to respond but also very attentive in getting me the ring by the time I needed it. Their pieces come with lifetime servicing which includes free resizing, which I will need to use to scale down a quarter size. The support team has been helpful in the process of getting the ring back to them to resize. This leads to the one downside of purchasing from here, you must ship the ring for any servicing or repair, which makes it a higher turnaround time than bringing it to a local jeweler. However, I would not take it to a local jeweler as it voids the warranty. The company offers discounted insured shipping labels but depending on the price of the ring can still be expensive. I advise going with an insurance company that has shipping coverage as part of their policy which will greatly minimize the cost of shipping. I still give Do Amore 5 stars due to both the quality of service, product, and the impact they have on helping reduce the global water crisis. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality ring.

I can't recommend this company highly enough! I emailed them with a half-baked idea for a complicated interlocking ring set and not only did they entertain my slightly insane scheme, they turned it into a pair of rings even more beautiful than I had imagined. Going to school in west Texas, I became very familiar with the oil realm/knew lots of people in that field. What I didn’t know is the amount of water that pours out to waste before you hit oil, Krish’s story shed light on that. I’m one of those people who buys the red iPhone bc when it’s the same price and goes to a great cause... why wouldn’t you?! That’s what this felt like to me, except you can customize everything and work one on one with people who really really care. I must have emailed 100x with Corrine, Krish, and Hannah when my fiancé and I were looking for the perfect stone and then setting. We ended up going custom and they were so quick and responsive from start to finish!! We will DEFINITELY be purchasing the wedding band from them and cannot recommend them enough. Even with the amazing mission and website that looked legit, the options of ethically mined diamonds/lab diamonds (which I knew I wanted ethical/traceable or lab) and the great reviews, we were torn over making such a big purchase online. My main reason for choosing Do Amore is their sustainability approach and the environmental impact the company as a whole is making on our planet! In my opinion it was above and beyond what any of the other companies were doing for the rest of the world. I had absolutely no experience with jewelry. I did not know how sizes, values, styles, gems, bands or anything worked at all! Allison was extremely nice with helping me understand the ins and outs of what I needed to know and very patient in helping me provide them with the right information to custom make the engagement ring! We had about 65 emails to and from each other before I received the ring. In addition to that, I have been in contact with the business owners (Krish and Hannah) themselves who helped me with further maintenance, resizing and reinforcing the delicate product that was created at my request! They have been very reasonable, accommodating and understanding. I highly recommend working with them to choose that one special ring to mark that special milestone in your life!

Do Amore has been great through this whole Coronavirus ordeal. I ordered my engagement ring with time to spare before I planned on proposing, but then Coronavirus came along and shut down their manufacturing. After working with Jase (one of their customer service reps) he sent me one of the rings that they use for pictures (which happened to be the same ring with a different stone and different ring size) that I used for the proposal. They have been nothing but accommodating and helpful, and I look forward to possibly using them again for the wedding bands!
