Dolce Amar Sweets To Love

Raffaella and Dolce Amar did an amazing job on my wedding cupcakes and cake! They are an authentic Sicilian bakery with beautiful creative vision. We got 5 different flavors of cupcakes and everyone loved them!

Wow! Dolce Amar really brought our vision to life! The cake tasting was so fun, and Rafaela really brought our vision to life. We had a three tiered wedding cake with ripples and small berries and greens. It was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. We also had a different flavor cake in the back so there were two options. The guests absolutely loved the cake, and we have the top tier saved for next year!

I can’t believe Dolce Amar doesn’t have more reviews on here! We had so much fun at our tasting meeting and Raffaella did a great job with our wedding cake. She also made the donuts for my surprise donut board at the rehearsal dinner. Wedding cake and other wedding goodies aside, Dolce Amar is a great bakery and I highly recommend it for other items as well! It was such a great every time we went in because it gave us an excuse to try more of their items!

Raffaella was the sweetest woman ever to work with! Desserts were absolutely amazing and we couldn’t have been more pleased! She was so flexible and we knew immediately we wanted to work with her. We were very untraditional and wanted a big variety for a dessert table! We knew we were doing donuts from our venue as take home favors so the dessert table we wanted to support a local small bakery and make it extravagant as we were not doing a cake. She has the best bakery! She was so thoughtful and kind! Everything was great. We unfortunately just didn’t get any dessert, HAHA! We had asked our venue and Raffaella to set aside some for us to enjoy at the hotel knowing we wouldn’t have time to eat during the wedding. We set aside a Tupperware and labeled it but unfortunately it never got accomplished haha. BUT all our guests RAVED about the desert saying it was all amazing! We left boxes for guests to take home knowing we over ordered and there wasn’t even a crumb left everyone was SO happy eating their desserts and taking them home to enjoy! Wish we could have joined but know from our tasting that it must have all been spectacular! Highly recommend! Please support small local businesses!
