Dolce and Biscotti Fine Italian & Gluten Free Bakery

Dolce and Biscotti has THE best cake I have ever tasted. I found them when I attended another wedding who used their cakes, and I knew that I needed to use them for my own wedding. They are helpful and accommodating. The cake looked exactly like what I had pictured. Most importantly, it was delicious. I had guests asking me where we got ours from! I just wish I had more left over so I can keep eating it!

Nicest people, most delicious cake and cupcakes for our wedding! I want a very simple, and that's what they gave me! Perfect! It was delicious, stay delicious for a couple of days because we ate it for a few days! They were great to work with, delivered to the venue, and made sure that we were very happy with what we had ordered! Great cookies cakes and pastries too!

We love Dolce and Biscotti Bakery! Mary made the most beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding day on Saturday June 16, 2018. It was EXACTLY how we envisioned it- it looked like something off of Pinterest- it was absolutely stunning! We met with Mary at her bakery about 6 months before the big day and we were able to try several different flavors of cake and frosting. We decided on a 2-tier wedding cake, with each tier having it's own flavors, and then we also had 2 sheet cakes, each with their own flavors. We had about 150 guests at our wedding, and this was more than enough cake. And of course, my husband and I took the top tier home to save for our anniversary next year! All of the flavors we chose were delicious, but the one that received the most compliments was the Bailey's chocolate cake with Guinness frosting... this one is to die for! Mary and her team do amazing work, and I am so lucky to have had them be such an integral part of our special day!

Although most guests typically say that wedding cake is less than satisfying, many of our guests have mentioned how delicious and marvelous our cake was from Dolce and Biscotti. I would certainly recommend this bakery to future brides and grooms, especially because the cake tasting session was so much fun! The bakery offers a wide selection of fillings, frostings, and designs.

Mary and the bakers at Dolce & Biscotti were amazing. Our original baker closed and it was left in my mom's hands to find a replacement since we live in Colorado and couldn't exactly go from bakery to bakery to find something. They took the time to help my mom get exactly what we wanted. The cannoli filling was amazing and so were the cupcakes we ordered. I can't wait to taste the cake on my anniversary.

From the moment I spoke with Mary, the owner, I knew that this would be where we would have our cake baked! She was so professional and made sure that whatever I needed/wanted worked for us! We sent her ideas before we visited the bakery for the tasting. She provided us with several flavors of cake through cupcakes and cups of frosting. We sat at a cute table in her bakery and she gave us waters and some paper to write our thoughts down. All the fillings, cakes, and frostings were to die for! It was a hard decision, but we decided on a delicious cake with a strawberry filling. The design was EXACTLY how we wanted it and envisioned our cake. I also loved that I called two days before our wedding date to see if we could have a large order of Italian cookies alongside our cake and it was no problem. Great price! Great service! Great detail! Our guests were pleased, and so were we! They are awesome, and also support the military strongly, which we loved!

I couldn't have asked for a better cake for my wedding. It was delicious and exactly what I envisioned!

The highlight of our wedding. We're both sweets people so we needed a wedding cake that looked nice but tasted amazing! Kayla at D&B delivered! Even our venue manager said to us after (and unprompted) that our cake was one of the best he's tasted. And as a bonus, they make you a 1 year anniversary cake the next year so you don't have to eat year-old frozen cake. Perfect!

We went in for a cake tasting in January for a May wedding. The owner let us try several cupcakes with different flavored cakes, fillings and frostings. We ultimately decided on a scaled down ceremonial cake and 2 sheet cakes. The flavor of the cake was phenomenal and the service was excellent. My guests raved about the flavor of the cake on the day of the wedding. I couldn't be more pleased and I would surely recommend Dolce and Biscotti to anyone looking for a great wedding cake!

We chose Dolce & Biscotti because it was the best tasting cake. We were not looking for a sculptured piece of artwork for decoration. We were more concerned that it tasted good. They certainly delivered! When we met a few months before the wedding for a cake tasting, they were very accomodating. I love the unique way they suggested to have both choc & vanilla in each tier. We chose a 2 tier cake. First tier had raspberry cream in the middle of a vanilla cake layer & a chocolate cake layer. (We liked the idea of the 2 different cake flavors in each tier). We asked for a stronger raspberry flavor & she ran to the back, mixed it up then came back out to us to ensure it was what we wanted. Our other tier had choc mousse between a vanillla & choc cake layer. We wanted it covered in plain white & no fondant. We asked for scrolling around the middle but it was missing when it arrived :( Thank goodness our florist placed lots of flowers around it & on top. It was beautiful & sooo delicious! We also ordered a few plates of italian cookies- YUM!

Our wedding was a small gathering of immediate family so we only needed a cake for 20 people. Dolce and Biscotti were fantastic, they treated us the same as if we were looking for a cake for 200! The cake was gorgeous, and tasted delicious!!! We highly recommend them (and go there often for other baked goodies).
