Owner and operator Annette Bonacci began working in the wedding industry as an event coordinator in 2021. Since then, she has been passionate about helping couples add an authentic touch to their long-awaited event with delicious ice cream goodies. In addition, Dolce Darling caters to all kinds of special occasions, including birthdays, corporate events, wedding showers, and anniversaries.
Dolce Darling offers a range of customizable packages for wedding celebrations. These comprehensive packages include setup, breakdown, attendants, and supplies. Packages start at $7.50pp with a minimum of $750.

as supposed to be outside at a park, but with last minute dreary weather, we ended up having to move the time and location. Even though she had another event that evening, she was so flexible with us and still showed up on time and with all of the awesome toppings and ice cream! She even bought stickers to add to the ice cream cups that went with our party theme :) All of my guests were so impressed by the Dolce Darling ice cream cart and expressed wanting to hire her for their next event. I certainly will be!

iped cannoli cart to the affogato station, everything was a huge hit with our guests. The desserts were not only delicious but beautifully presented.
The cannoli cart was such a fun touch—at one point, the girls were piping the cannolis right on the dance floor! Talk about top-tier service. It was such a unique and interactive experience, and our guests couldn’t get enough.
And let's talk about the taste—everything was out of this world! The flavors were incredible, and each dessert was perfectly made. It was clear that Annette and her team put so much care and attention into each treat.
The communication and customer service were also amazing. Annette made everything so easy and stress-free, and her professionalism was second to none. She really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

he perfect choice. We chose three flavors (vanilla, peach cobbler amaretto, and mango sorbet), and our guests were so happy and satisfied. Many got second servings! In addition to the gelato, Annette brought espresso to make affogatos (which was amazing and delicious) and assorted toppings/sauces. She even offered to bring other toppings if we had any specific requests.
We also loved that Dolce Darling had an add-on coffee bar since many of our guests enjoy night time coffee. She’s self-sufficient, so she brings her own cart set-up for gelato/sorbet and tables for the toppings/coffee. Annette provided AMAZING service, and we’re incredibly grateful to have had her on our wedding day.
