Jesi was so great, we loved her from the first tasting. Whatever your vision is for your wedding cake Jesi will definitely deliver and her flavors really speak for themselves, her cookie butter flavor was favorite with our guest. I would highly recommend Jesi to make your wedding cake.

Jesi was wonderful throughout the entire process of selecting and creating our wedding cake. We had a personalized private tasting with plenty of options to choose from. All of her cakes and icings were delicious and she offered some unique flavors in addition to traditional ones. Our wedding cake turned out beautifully and was even better than I envisioned. AMAZING! Jesi was a pleasure to work with. We had fun at our cake tasting. She communicated well and worked with us back and forth until we could decide on a style and flavor. Our cake was breath taking. She finished it off with florals from our wedding and it was perfect. And the flavors… so many to choose from and so many interesting ones. We went with lemon with lavender butter cream on one level and red velvet with black sesame buttercream on the other two. Delicious, creamy and moist…. the guests couldn’t stop talking about it! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful woman! I had her make my wedding cake, which was gorgeous and delicious. Jesi was so fun to work with! She has great energy and was able to not only make a beautiful cake, but also one that tastes amazing too! Our wedding cake was a 3 tier, geode cake that looked FLAWLESS! We also had a sheet cake in the back to accommodate the rest of our guests. THERE WAS NO CAKE LEFT! Seriously, people were raving about how it looked then even more about how it tasted. I can't wait to have a reason for another cake from her.

When I saw Jesi’s work on instagram and visited her website, I knew instantly that I wanted her to make our wedding cake. I didn’t try any other vendors for cakes because I did not have to. I was super happy with everything! Communicating with her was so easy from start to finish. She is professional, quick to respond, as well as kind and friendly! She is an incredibly talented soul. The cake was gorgeous and the taste was absolutely AMAZING - I think I ate 4 or more whole cupcakes in one sitting at my tasting lol…she makes delicious cookies and macarons as well. We requested a gluten free tier on our cake (since my now…husband is gluten intolerant - which was super important for us)! And she was awesome and understanding to do that for us! It tasted so good I couldn’t really tell a difference (two of the flavors were the same but one gluten free and one regular). Jesi is an extremely talented baker and was one of my favorite vendors to work with throughout my entire wedding planning process. We were extremely happy with our cookies, macarons, and wedding cake! From the communication, colors, display, all the way down to the taste, everything turned out perfect. She is fantastic! :)

Jesi is a talented and charismatic baker! She offers a wide variety of flavors for the cakes and buttercream. We asked for just cake and cream, no fondant. She was able to create an amazing design, guiding us what each layer should look like and how they fit together as a whole. Our cake was a 4 tier cake: Vanilla with Lavender cream, Almond with Cookie Butter cream, Vanilla with Dulce de Leche cream, and Strawberry with Matcha Green Tea cream. We got our own topper and asked her to include it on the cake and to place fresh flowers from our florist. She listened to our requests and it came out better than we expected! Please do reach out to Jesi for a tasting as her cakes are certainly unique. What stood out the most was how her buttercreams did not have a gritty sugar texture and was not overwhelmingly sweet. We did many tastings around Houston, and hers was the best in flavors, taste, and price. We hope to reach out to her again for more celebrations in the future!

First, Jesi was amazing to work with and communication was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jesi and she delivered on our beautiful wedding cake. She even created our grooms tres leche cake and small desserts of macaroons. Overall Jesi is talented and all baked goods tasted amazing. We had 2 tastings before we could decide on a tasting, but we LOVED the cake and the flavors we ended up choosing. We also added additional desserts, but the star was definitely the cake. Moist, just the right amount of sweetness (which was a big deal to us) and interesting flavors very palatable to an asian crowd (matcha, black sesame) - the cakes were a hit and our guests were raving!

We absolutely loved working with Jesi and the cake she made for our wedding was as beautiful as it was delicious. We highly recommend her as she made a wonderful cake but she was also very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire planning process and we never had to worry about anything thanks to her. Run to get her cake!! I was struggling to find a baker that could create incredible cakes without breaking the bank. When I found Jesi, I thought, "This is too good to be true," and I kept thinking it until our cake tasting. My now-husband and I were completely blown away by all the incredible and distinct flavors packed into every bite. If I'm being honest, other than getting married, her cake is what I was looking forward to the most. I reached out a few times to ask a question or two, and she would get back to me within a few days; her weekends are always busy with all the cakes she makes and her family! She kept in touch the week of the wedding on 11/12/2022 and asked about all the small details to make sure everything was perfect. The cakes (a Wedding cake and a Groom's cake) were far better than I could have ever imagined them. They really took my husband's and my breath away. I could not have asked for a better experience. The cakes were so good that there was hardly a slice left! I cannot recommend a better cake baker. She will absolutely exceed your expectations and round out your wedding day with the perfect cake.

We were worried about finding a cake baker for our wedding because every wedding we’ve been to the cake has been mediocre. We did some tastings around Houston but weren’t impressed. We almost settled for just some “ok” cake. Then, we found Jesi at Dolce Designs and scheduled a tasting. Firstly, best tasting ever! We were able to try 3 different flavor cakes and 3 different frosting options. They have SOOO many different options so it was hard to choose, but at the tasting we were just blown away with everything. Jesi was so friendly and knowledgeable and what we tasted was so good. We knew right away during the tasting that Jesi was going to be our wedding cake baker. We decided to do a 2 tier wedding cake with chocolate cake on bottom, almond on top and nearly naked dulce de leche frosting. When we finally saw the final product we were blown away. Jesi had done such a great job at designing our cake, it was absolutely beautiful. The best part though, it was amazingly delicious. We had 2 pieces of cake left over after the wedding. Our friends and family are still raving about the cake. So, we want to give Jesi at Dolce Designs our highest compliment. You blew us away and we are so grateful!

Oh my gosh was our cake AMAZING! Sooooo many of our guests asked us where we got our cake from and were wanting seconds. We ordered vanilla with dulce de leche filling (MY FAVE) and marble with chocolate filling. Not only was our cake delicious but Jesi is such a friendly gal. Jesi was absolutely wonderful to work with, and our cakes were delicious! We loved that we got to choose so many flavors. I think we had at least 4 different cake and frosting combos! Jesi did a great job on our wedding cake and grooms cake. Turned out beautiful. One thing that stood out to us - my husband wanted a poke ball on his grooms cake and we thought it might end up just being a Styrofoam ball or smaller piece of cake. Jesi surprised us with a giant cake ball and it was delicious! Great surprise!

After I first saw these designs I knew that this was exactly what I wanted for our wedding. It is hard to find great gluten free cakes, especially aesthetically pleasing wedding cakes. Dolce designs was able to perfectly capture my vision for cakes and offered flavors that were great! It was so fun to customize our flavor combos and our guests loved everything about them. I would 100% reccomend them for your big day and they helped my day be as perfect as it was.

Jesi is genuinely one of the kindest and most amazing people to work with during my whole wedding planning process. Her cakes are amazing and the flavors she uses are honestly, so very delicious. I can honestly say, I didn't have to go around taste testing other vendors because as soon as I spoke with her, I know I would go with her and her cake flavors backed her up perfectly. She was able to convince my super picky fiance at the time and that is a challenge of its own kind. As expected, there was no cake leftover at our wedding and people were in love with the flavors we had chosen. My husband and I wete super bummed we didnt get to take any home but we were glad that everyone left with nothing but positive things to say about Jesi's cake making skills. I 1000% recommend her and would choose her all over again if I had the chance.

This is the best cake baker you could pick for your wedding! She made it so easy for my husband and I during the planning. We visited her home for the tasting and tried a variety of delicious flavors. She was creative and friendly when discussing ideas with us, and her pricing was very reasonable. She delivered a beautiful finished product that exactly matched what my husband and I wanted. She worked with us to create our vision and used her expertise to create the perfect cake for us. We had a two weddings because of COVID and each time Jesi's cakes were so DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL. She was super easy to work with and super understanding through this difficult time (we rescheduled 3 times our bigger celebration). First of all, let me just say that you NEED to hire Jesi as your wedding cake vendor!!!! That being said, she was just wonderful during the whole wedding cake design and execution process! As a pandemic bride who has had to postpone my wedding several times, Jesi just made working with her so effortless and easy. She is such a delightful person to talk with, and she offers so many cake design options, cake flavors, and icing choices! I am a huge critic when it comes to cake flavors, and I can honestly say that in all my travels national and international I have never tasted a cake more delicious! I ordered a two tier cake with two different cake flavors and icings. Do yourself a favor and try the almond cake with mocha icing. It's mouthwateringly delicious. That was my bottom tier flavor combo and my guests loved it! Even my difficult to please father in law was raving over cake. My top tier was chocolate cake and lavender icing, which was equally incredible. The cake itself is super moist and actually has flavor -- not dry and bland like most cakes you'll find out there (even compared to other top vendors in Houston). She has 20+ flavor combos you can try out and you can have a sample box or tasting prior to committing to your ultimate choice. She was also nice enough to arrange flowers on my cake for me at no extra cost! I brought her some flowers from the store and she arranged them beautifully. I was very sad to finish off the cake, and I cannot wait to find another excuse to order another!! You will not regret hiring Jesi as your wedding cake vendor. Just do it. My husband and I loved working with Jesi! Her home office is so so cute and although we had to push back our wedding date she was so accommodating and understanding. Our wedding cake ended up being the cake of our dreams!! It was simple and detailed and she really nailed our vision. Also the cake itself was such a hit! The raspberry buttercream was to die for and the cake itself was perfectly moist and delicious. Looking forward to celebrating more milestones with Jesi!

My partner and I knew since we got engaged that one thing that would be super important to our wedding would be an amazing cake. Jesi's cakes blew us away and after tastings with several different vendors we knew she was the right person to go with. She is also incredibly personable and responsive and really works with you to deliver a cake that you will be happy with. Dolce Designs is hands down THE best company you could use for your wedding cake needs. Jesi was absolutely amazing to work with as she is super friendly and accommodating. We met with her for a tasting and had a difficult time selecting flavors for our wedding cake as all the flavors and combinations were so delicious (and I'm not even really into sweets). We gave her a rough design idea of what we had in mind and let her take the reins from there. The cake turned out gorgeous! Even better than we imagined! I've never really been to a wedding where the cake looked as good as it tasted (and vice versa). Lots of compliments from guests. Honestly, don't bother looking any further. Ahhh the cake was soooo amazing! I’m not a huge cake fan but let’s just say I am now! Can’t wait to get home from my honeymoon to eat some more! Two bottom layers were vanilla cake with white chocolate raspberry and two top layers were lemon cake with mixed Berry icing. Then the grooms cake (firefighter theme) was cookies and cream! They were bother gorgeous and delicious! I loved the lace detailing and edible glitter !

One of the things that people still talk about from our wedding is the cake! Jesi’s cakes are flavorful (the icing is my favorite) and moist. Jesi was very communicative with us throughout the whole process from tasting to drop off. We will definitely be using her for our future cake celebrations!

Not only was she a dream to work with, she blew us away with how beautiful and delicious our wedding cake was. We wanted florals included on the cake, all she asked was that our florist provide the flowers and she placed them all on the cake herself. Highly recommend Jesi and her Dolce Designs bakery! She was very professional, friendly, and helpful since day 1. Our wedding was postponed due to COVID, but Jesi made everything stress-free and worked with us in rescheduling to our new date. We did all of our planning out of state and if we had questions, Jesi was quick to respond with helpful answers. We enjoyed the cake tasting trials and it was difficult to narrow down the flavor choices because everything we tried was delicious and heavenly! We were impressed by how talented and skilled Jesi was in creating these flavors with real fruit and no artificial flavors. We ultimately chose a vanilla buttercream, 3 tier, semi- naked with these combinations: 1. Vanilla cake with white chocolate raspberry filling 2. Almond cake with mixed berry filling 3. Lemon cake with strawberry filling The cake was a hit at the wedding as everyone kept complimenting about how perfect the cake was days after! The cake came out beautifully and tasted delicious. Not too sweet, moist, light and flavorful. Everything arrived on time and no complaints at all. We really were impressed with Jesi throughout the whole process. We highly recommend giving Jesi your business!

After various hours spending stalking local bakers online, I came across dolcedesigns Instagram page and instantly knew my wedding cake would come from her. Her printwork was breathtaking. When I first contacted her, she was extremely timely in all of my inquiries, answered all of my questions, and provided us a stunning cake that was admired and raved about at our reception. Planning a wedding from out of the state was difficult, but she made the process so easy. Dolce Designs made our wedding cake dreams come true! Working with Jesi was such a joy as she was very accommodating, honest and warm. She created a stunning minimalist 3-tier cake with 3 of her delicious flavors (we couldn't pick just one), and she placed the floral that our florist provided for the cake decor. She has an amazing eye for elegant design. I would highly recommend Jesi to anyone that is looking for a fairly priced, delicious and beautiful cake for any occasion.

Jesi is the nicest person and the best cake baker! We were supposed to get married on March 20th, 2020. With the coronavirus crisis, we had to postpone it just 4 days before. Jesi was completely understanding and supportive as it was a very difficult decision. She also was the sweetest to coordinate with our day-of planner Shannon and husband to make a small cake of our favorite flavor, red velvet, for a mini surprise celebration after the last minute ceremony we decided to still have on our original date. The cake was absolutely delicious and everyone LOVED it. I cant praise her enough and recommend her with my eyes closed !!

Dolce designs cakes are by far the BEST cakes I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried MANY. I’m so HAPPY we chose to go with Dolce Designs cakes for our wedding cake. My guest loved it and were coming back for seconds. I will def be ordering from Dolce designs for all of my future events!

Dolce Designs saved our wedding by providing us a beautiful cake last minute! We had a previous vendor (who shall not be named), closed their doors without any notice. It was a stressful moment; however, Jesi made the transition very smoothly for my husband and I. Our cake was delicious and very elegant! I would refer anyone to dolce design. Professionalism at its finest.

Talk about a wedding cake designer! We absolutely loved our wedding cake and our groom’s cake. Jesi was so sweet about helping us find flavors both of us would love: vanilla cake with white chocolate raspberry filling for the wedding cake and chocolate cake with dolce de leche for the groom’s cake. For the wedding cake, she came up with the perfect cake design to reflect of adventurous and traveling relationship. It featured a gold world map. Our guests couldn’t stop saying how unique it was. For the groom’s cake, she designed a mountain themed cake with a toy helicopter cake to represent our engagement. My husband loved his rustic looking cake. We had so many guests compliment the cake flavors. In fact, my brother who doesn’t like desserts loved our cakes. My husband and I feel like we had the best wedding cake ever.

Hands down the best baker out there! Jesi was always so nice and professional. She’s amazing at what she does, not only do her cakes taste good but she makes the most beautiful cakes as well. She works with you in whatever design you are wanting. We chose red velvet/vanilla and almond/dulce de leche, she has tons of flavors and it’s hard only choosing one.

Jesi was a spectacular person to work with. And her cakes! OH! Her cakes! And, full disclosure: I typically don't even LIKE cake (more of an ice cream gal)! Her cake was so good and looked so beautiful. The cake tasting was a lot of fun as well. Her prices are very reasonable. I highly suggest her!

Jesi from Dolce Designs is absolutely amazing! We couldn’t decide between 2 cake flavors and wanted both so she helped us figure out how we can achieve that! It was a total success. Our guests loved the cake & can we also talk about the decor on the cake? She decorated it exactly to how we envisioned it to be. Amazing!

Her cakes are AMAZING. To me I wanted something different and unique than the average heavy icing wedding cake and Jesi delivered on just that. We got a three tier multi flavored cake. Two layers were almond with a mixed berry filling and one layer was vanilla with white chocolate raspberry. Her icing is so refreshing and flavorful where I didn’t feel like someone would have to wheel me out of the wedding haha! She’s so easy to work with and very responsive to email. Made working with her a breeze. Our cake was beautiful and I’d use her again in a heartbeat. I was so happy with her work! She has a ton of flavors to choose from and was happy to adjust along the way! Use Jesi! She won’t let you down!

We absolutely loved working with Jesi! I wanted a cake that didn't look like every other wedding cake I had been seeing that year but also didn't want to break the bank. She definitely understood my vision and executed it perfectly. I found it was rare to find a cake that is affordable, delicious, and pretty and she did all of those things!

Jesi is not only a talented artist but a lovely person! She listened to our needs and translated them into our vision flawlessly. We did a dessert table with a small cake for cutting. It was absolutely stunning and everything was delicious and beautifully displayed. Our guests raved! Pricing was very reasonable and portions were ample. I would highly recommend Jesi and will definitely ask her to bake for me for future events. She was a pleasure to work with and her work is amazing!

Jesi is beyond incredible! Our dessert table was not only beautiful but so yummy. Our guests were so excited to try all the little desserts that we had & could not get over how good everything was. Jesi with Dolce Designs was absolutely amazing! From the tasting, to the design process, to the finished cake, everything was perfect! She was super flexible along the way and explained everything to us with great detail. Not only was the cake beautiful and exactly what we had envisioned, but it was delicious as well and a favorite omg family and friends!

My wedding was 2 months ago but I am still getting compliments of the cake. She made my bridal shower cake and wedding cake and I should say the quality and design is the best. Her cakes are so moist and rich of flavors.. not like some bakeries that pour tons of sugar to make it sweet. It's all about technique and recipes. The final look was better than I imagined. Her prices are so affordable compared to some of her competitors that are in Houston. I am definitely going to order my husband birthday cake this December from her.

Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect! Jesi was amazing to work with and very thorough in finding out exactly what we envisioned for the look of our cake. The cake tasted amazing and we were able to pick three different flavors!! She is extremely talented and we highly recommend her!!

BEST CAKE EVER! I am very happy I booked Dolce Designs for our wedding cake. We got married Sept. 7th 2019. Everyone was complimenting on the cake on how beautiful it looked and how tasty it was. Jesi was so helpful and during her cake tasting she opened our taste buds to more options we didn't even thought we would consider. I am definitely going to Dolce Designs again for any special occasions I will have in the near future. My husband and I are VERY happy how Jesi made our cake and we definitely recommend her to all of our friends and family.

Jesi at Dolce Designs was so great to work with! She took the time to learn about what our vision was and did an excellent job executing it! The cakes were absolutely beautiful. She even was able to accommodate a last minute design change. My only complaint is that I only got one bite of cake at the reception because we were so busy talking to people. Luckily my mom saved some and we were able to enjoy it when we got back from our honeymoon. It was delicious! Jesi was such a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to my many many emails. I would highly recommend Dolce Designs if you’re looking for someone who will work hard to deliver a beautiful and delicious cake that exceeds your expectations.

I got married in June 2019 and Jesi made the most beautiful and delicious wedding cake for us! We did several tastings and I just couldn't get her filling/icing off my mind...made deciding easy! We went with white chocolate raspberry and it was so flavorful and light without being super sweet. She made a 4-tiered semi-naked cake and added fresh flowers from our florist. It was stunning and definitely a hot topic at our wedding. Thank you Jesi for making all of my cake dreams come true!
