she stated that she makes her couples a 1st anniversary cake. With that being said, we did not worry about saving our top tier. However, when our anniversary came around and when we tried to reach out via text and Instagram, we were ignored. Overall, we enjoyed our wedding cakes and our guest raved about them!

e cake beautiful, but it tasted absolutely amazing!! We got three different flavor choices and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting them! I would recommend her without hesitation and will absolutely be going back for any future events. Thank you for making our special day even sweeter!

have to. I was super happy with everything! Communicating with her was so easy from start to finish. She is professional, quick to respond, as well as kind and friendly! She is an incredibly talented soul. The cake was gorgeous and the taste was absolutely AMAZING - I think I ate 4 or more whole cupcakes in one sitting at my tasting lol…she makes delicious cookies and macarons as well. We requested a gluten free tier on our cake (since my now…husband is gluten intolerant - which was super important for us)! And she was awesome and understanding to do that for us! It tasted so good I couldn’t really tell a difference (two of the flavors were the same but one gluten free and one regular). Jesi is an extremely talented baker and was one of my favorite vendors to work with throughout my entire wedding planning process. We were extremely happy with our cookies, macarons, and wedding cake! From the communication, colors, display, all the way down to the taste, everything turned out perfect. She is fantastic! :)

e an amazing design, guiding us what each layer should look like and how they fit together as a whole. Our cake was a 4 tier cake: Vanilla with Lavender cream, Almond with Cookie Butter cream, Vanilla with Dulce de Leche cream, and Strawberry with Matcha Green Tea cream. We got our own topper and asked her to include it on the cake and to place fresh flowers from our florist. She listened to our requests and it came out better than we expected! Please do reach out to Jesi for a tasting as her cakes are certainly unique. What stood out the most was how her buttercreams did not have a gritty sugar texture and was not overwhelmingly sweet. We did many tastings around Houston, and hers was the best in flavors, taste, and price. We hope to reach out to her again for more celebrations in the future!

d I kept thinking it until our cake tasting. My now-husband and I were completely blown away by all the incredible and distinct flavors packed into every bite. If I'm being honest, other than getting married, her cake is what I was looking forward to the most. I reached out a few times to ask a question or two, and she would get back to me within a few days; her weekends are always busy with all the cakes she makes and her family! She kept in touch the week of the wedding on 11/12/2022 and asked about all the small details to make sure everything was perfect. The cakes (a Wedding cake and a Groom's cake) were far better than I could have ever imagined them. They really took my husband's and my breath away. I could not have asked for a better experience. The cakes were so good that there was hardly a slice left! I cannot recommend a better cake baker. She will absolutely exceed your expectations and round out your wedding day with the perfect cake.

. We almost settled for just some “ok” cake. Then, we found Jesi at Dolce Designs and scheduled a tasting. Firstly, best tasting ever! We were able to try 3 different flavor cakes and 3 different frosting options. They have SOOO many different options so it was hard to choose, but at the tasting we were just blown away with everything. Jesi was so friendly and knowledgeable and what we tasted was so good. We knew right away during the tasting that Jesi was going to be our wedding cake baker. We decided to do a 2 tier wedding cake with chocolate cake on bottom, almond on top and nearly naked dulce de leche frosting. When we finally saw the final product we were blown away. Jesi had done such a great job at designing our cake, it was absolutely beautiful. The best part though, it was amazingly delicious. We had 2 pieces of cake left over after the wedding. Our friends and family are still raving about the cake. So, we want to give Jesi at Dolce Designs our highest compliment. You blew us away and we are so grateful!

os! The list of flavor options we had to choose from was huge. The wedding cake and groom’s cake were as beautiful as they were tasty. We couldn’t have been happier with them! We appreciated how easy the entire process was and how sweet Jesi was to work with. She was understanding of our budget and at no point tried pressure us into more. We highly recommend!

might end up just being a Styrofoam ball or smaller piece of cake. Jesi surprised us with a giant cake ball and it was delicious! Great surprise!
