I can't say enough good things about Jesi! From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure all our wedding cake dreams came to life. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted absolutely amazing!! We got three different flavor choices and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting them! I would recommend her without hesitation and will absolutely be going back for any future events. Thank you for making our special day even sweeter!

Me and wife used Jesi for our wedding cake and I have to say, it was the best cake I've ever had! Not only was it beautiful but the flavor and frosting was unlike anything else I've tried. She was very friendly and helpful, and great to work with! A year later and me and my wife still rave about the cake and cupcakes we tried from Jesi and for our anniversary we will be ordering another one.

Jesi was so great, we loved her from the first tasting. Whatever your vision is for your wedding cake Jesi will definitely deliver and her flavors really speak for themselves, her cookie butter flavor was favorite with our guest. I would highly recommend Jesi to make your wedding cake.

What a wonderful woman! I had her make my wedding cake, which was gorgeous and delicious. She was such a dream to work with and helped my husband and I choose our flavors and what we wanted our cake to look like. It could not have been an easier or more enjoyable process. Jesi was so fun to work with! She has great energy and was able to not only make a beautiful cake, but also one that tastes amazing too! Our wedding cake was a 3 tier, geode cake that looked FLAWLESS! We also had a sheet cake in the back to accommodate the rest of our guests. THERE WAS NO CAKE LEFT! Seriously, people were raving about how it looked then even more about how it tasted. I can't wait to have a reason for another cake from her.

Jesi is very sweet. Our tasting session was wonderful and all of her cake flavors were delicious making it super hard to choose. She also provides a complimentary one year anniversary cake which was awesome!

When I saw Jesi’s work on instagram and visited her website, I knew instantly that I wanted her to make our wedding cake. I didn’t try any other vendors for cakes because I did not have to. I was super happy with everything! Communicating with her was so easy from start to finish. She is professional, quick to respond, as well as kind and friendly! She is an incredibly talented soul. The cake was gorgeous and the taste was absolutely AMAZING - I think I ate 4 or more whole cupcakes in one sitting at my tasting lol…she makes delicious cookies and macarons as well. We requested a gluten free tier on our cake (since my now…husband is gluten intolerant - which was super important for us)! And she was awesome and understanding to do that for us! It tasted so good I couldn’t really tell a difference (two of the flavors were the same but one gluten free and one regular). Jesi is an extremely talented baker and was one of my favorite vendors to work with throughout my entire wedding planning process. We were extremely happy with our cookies, macarons, and wedding cake! From the communication, colors, display, all the way down to the taste, everything turned out perfect. She is fantastic! :)

Jesi is a talented and charismatic baker! She offers a wide variety of flavors for the cakes and buttercream. We asked for just cake and cream, no fondant. She was able to create an amazing design, guiding us what each layer should look like and how they fit together as a whole. Our cake was a 4 tier cake: Vanilla with Lavender cream, Almond with Cookie Butter cream, Vanilla with Dulce de Leche cream, and Strawberry with Matcha Green Tea cream. We got our own topper and asked her to include it on the cake and to place fresh flowers from our florist. She listened to our requests and it came out better than we expected! Please do reach out to Jesi for a tasting as her cakes are certainly unique. What stood out the most was how her buttercreams did not have a gritty sugar texture and was not overwhelmingly sweet. We did many tastings around Houston, and hers was the best in flavors, taste, and price. We hope to reach out to her again for more celebrations in the future!

First, Jesi was amazing to work with and communication was amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Jesi and she delivered on our beautiful wedding cake. She even created our grooms tres leche cake and small desserts of macaroons. Overall Jesi is talented and all baked goods tasted amazing. We had 2 tastings before we could decide on a tasting, but we LOVED the cake and the flavors we ended up choosing. We also added additional desserts, but the star was definitely the cake. Moist, just the right amount of sweetness (which was a big deal to us) and interesting flavors very palatable to an asian crowd (matcha, black sesame) - the cakes were a hit and our guests were raving!

We absolutely loved working with Jesi and the cake she made for our wedding was as beautiful as it was delicious. We highly recommend her as she made a wonderful cake but she was also very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire planning process and we never had to worry about anything thanks to her. We received multiple compliments about the cake which turned out exactly as we had hoped. You will be extremely pleased if you choose her!

Run to get her cake!! I was struggling to find a baker that could create incredible cakes without breaking the bank. When I found Jesi, I thought, "This is too good to be true," and I kept thinking it until our cake tasting. My now-husband and I were completely blown away by all the incredible and distinct flavors packed into every bite. If I'm being honest, other than getting married, her cake is what I was looking forward to the most. I reached out a few times to ask a question or two, and she would get back to me within a few days; her weekends are always busy with all the cakes she makes and her family! She kept in touch the week of the wedding on 11/12/2022 and asked about all the small details to make sure everything was perfect. The cakes (a Wedding cake and a Groom's cake) were far better than I could have ever imagined them. They really took my husband's and my breath away. I could not have asked for a better experience. The cakes were so good that there was hardly a slice left! I cannot recommend a better cake baker. She will absolutely exceed your expectations and round out your wedding day with the perfect cake.

We were worried about finding a cake baker for our wedding because every wedding we’ve been to the cake has been mediocre. We did some tastings around Houston but weren’t impressed. We almost settled for just some “ok” cake. Then, we found Jesi at Dolce Designs and scheduled a tasting. Firstly, best tasting ever! We were able to try 3 different flavor cakes and 3 different frosting options. They have SOOO many different options so it was hard to choose, but at the tasting we were just blown away with everything. Jesi was so friendly and knowledgeable and what we tasted was so good. We knew right away during the tasting that Jesi was going to be our wedding cake baker. We decided to do a 2 tier wedding cake with chocolate cake on bottom, almond on top and nearly naked dulce de leche frosting. When we finally saw the final product we were blown away. Jesi had done such a great job at designing our cake, it was absolutely beautiful. The best part though, it was amazingly delicious. We had 2 pieces of cake left over after the wedding. Our friends and family are still raving about the cake. So, we want to give Jesi at Dolce Designs our highest compliment. You blew us away and we are so grateful!

Oh my gosh was our cake AMAZING! Sooooo many of our guests asked us where we got our cake from and were wanting seconds. We ordered vanilla with dulce de leche filling (MY FAVE) and marble with chocolate filling. Not only was our cake delicious but Jesi is such a friendly gal. Jesi was absolutely wonderful to work with, and our cakes were delicious! We loved that we got to choose so many flavors. I think we had at least 4 different cake and frosting combos! The list of flavor options we had to choose from was huge. The wedding cake and groom’s cake were as beautiful as they were tasty. We couldn’t have been happier with them! We appreciated how easy the entire process was and how sweet Jesi was to work with. She was understanding of our budget and at no point tried pressure us into more. We highly recommend!

Jesi did a great job on our wedding cake and grooms cake. Turned out beautiful. One thing that stood out to us - my husband wanted a poke ball on his grooms cake and we thought it might end up just being a Styrofoam ball or smaller piece of cake. Jesi surprised us with a giant cake ball and it was delicious! Great surprise!

Jesi was amazing! She is knowledgeable, capable, and willing to work with you whatever your request. All of the desserts were beautiful and delicious. Highly, highly recommend the croquembouche as a wedding cake alternative!

After I first saw these designs I knew that this was exactly what I wanted for our wedding. It is hard to find great gluten free cakes, especially aesthetically pleasing wedding cakes. Dolce designs was able to perfectly capture my vision for cakes and offered flavors that were great! It was so fun to customize our flavor combos and our guests loved everything about them. I would 100% reccomend them for your big day and they helped my day be as perfect as it was.

Dolce Designs cake was absolutely PERFECT. Beautiful and delicious, Jesi was such a pleasure to work with. Jesi is genuinely one of the kindest and most amazing people to work with during my whole wedding planning process. Her cakes are amazing and the flavors she uses are honestly, so very delicious. I can honestly say, I didn't have to go around taste testing other vendors because as soon as I spoke with her, I know I would go with her and her cake flavors backed her up perfectly. She was able to convince my super picky fiance at the time and that is a challenge of its own kind. As expected, there was no cake leftover at our wedding and people were in love with the flavors we had chosen. My husband and I wete super bummed we didnt get to take any home but we were glad that everyone left with nothing but positive things to say about Jesi's cake making skills. I 1000% recommend her and would choose her all over again if I had the chance.

This is the best cake baker you could pick for your wedding! She made it so easy for my husband and I during the planning. We visited her home for the tasting and tried a variety of delicious flavors. She was creative and friendly when discussing ideas with us, and her pricing was very reasonable. She delivered a beautiful finished product that exactly matched what my husband and I wanted. She worked with us to create our vision and used her expertise to create the perfect cake for us. Our guests absolutely loved the cake and we are enjoying the leftovers immensely. She also made us a delicious and adorable groom’s cake, making it look like a soccer ball at my husband’s request. The cake tasting was so fun and Jesi is warm and easy to work with. The cake was delivered on time, decorated by Jesi with the florals we provided and it looked perfect. Simple and elegant. We had a two weddings because of COVID and each time Jesi's cakes were so DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL. She was super easy to work with and super understanding through this difficult time (we rescheduled 3 times our bigger celebration). She offers a ton of flavors and buttercream options so youll definitely have several favorites to chose from after tastings. She is not just a baker but and artist and would 1000% recommend her!

First of all, let me just say that you NEED to hire Jesi as your wedding cake vendor!!!! That being said, she was just wonderful during the whole wedding cake design and execution process! As a pandemic bride who has had to postpone my wedding several times, Jesi just made working with her so effortless and easy. She is such a delightful person to talk with, and she offers so many cake design options, cake flavors, and icing choices! I am a huge critic when it comes to cake flavors, and I can honestly say that in all my travels national and international I have never tasted a cake more delicious! I ordered a two tier cake with two different cake flavors and icings. Do yourself a favor and try the almond cake with mocha icing. It's mouthwateringly delicious. That was my bottom tier flavor combo and my guests loved it! Even my difficult to please father in law was raving over cake. My top tier was chocolate cake and lavender icing, which was equally incredible. The cake itself is super moist and actually has flavor -- not dry and bland like most cakes you'll find out there (even compared to other top vendors in Houston). She has 20+ flavor combos you can try out and you can have a sample box or tasting prior to committing to your ultimate choice. She was also nice enough to arrange flowers on my cake for me at no extra cost! I brought her some flowers from the store and she arranged them beautifully. I was very sad to finish off the cake, and I cannot wait to find another excuse to order another!! You will not regret hiring Jesi as your wedding cake vendor. Just do it. Thank you Jesi for your passion and love of all things cake and flowers!!!!

She was very kind and offered lots of cake flavors, icing flavors, and designs to choose from. It was exactly what we wanted and our guests LOVED the cakes! Some even said it was the best cake they’ve ever had! Thanks Jesi!

My husband and I loved working with Jesi! Her home office is so so cute and although we had to push back our wedding date she was so accommodating and understanding. Our wedding cake ended up being the cake of our dreams!! It was simple and detailed and she really nailed our vision. Also the cake itself was such a hit! The raspberry buttercream was to die for and the cake itself was perfectly moist and delicious. Looking forward to celebrating more milestones with Jesi!

My partner and I knew since we got engaged that one thing that would be super important to our wedding would be an amazing cake. Jesi's cakes blew us away and after tastings with several different vendors we knew she was the right person to go with. She is also incredibly personable and responsive and really works with you to deliver a cake that you will be happy with. She was extremely accommodating when we had a last minute change due to COVID/our venue double booking us and really worked with us to modify our order just a month before our wedding. Most importantly, the cake was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend booking Jesi for your wedding or other special events, and we will definitely be doing so in the future as well!

Dolce Designs is hands down THE best company you could use for your wedding cake needs. Jesi was absolutely amazing to work with as she is super friendly and accommodating. We met with her for a tasting and had a difficult time selecting flavors for our wedding cake as all the flavors and combinations were so delicious (and I'm not even really into sweets). We gave her a rough design idea of what we had in mind and let her take the reins from there. The cake turned out gorgeous! Even better than we imagined! I've never really been to a wedding where the cake looked as good as it tasted (and vice versa). Lots of compliments from guests. Honestly, don't bother looking any further. I highly recommend them!!

Jesi is awesome to work with and has the best tasting cakes out there! She uses fresh ingredients and the guests at our wedding still are talking about how good the cake was! Jesi was super flexible with us through the pandemic and our changing wedding dates and even worked with us when we needed to downsize and change our original cake plan! Our cake turned out perfect!
