We recently stayed at HeartSong with our 5- and 6-year-old boys and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly set up for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

huge hit—the bunk beds alone made the trip for our boys. They absolutely loved it and were genuinely upset when it was time to leave, which says a lot. The resort does a great job creating a fun environment for kids, with activities like s’mores at night and a really fun outdoor play area that kept them entertained.
The staff throughout the resort were patient, friendly, and welcoming—especially with young kids, which we really appreciated. The shuttle to Dollywood made transportation incredibly easy and stress-free, and the on-site restaurant was excellent. We were consistently impressed with the quality of the food.
One of the biggest highlights of our stay was Amanda (“Mandy”) in the restaurant. She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Mandy was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure our family had a great time.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Big thanks to Mandy for making it extra special!

This is the in between week for Dollywood spring and summer configurations. Everything positive you read about this place is so true. I did ding service by one star and this is why. A waiter (Dan I think) told us there is a strick card everyone...
on every drink requirement PERIOD!!! No mention of this at check in! No mention of this at ticket pickup. We were having a wonderful experience and a waiter - doing his job - had to spoil it. He would not budge and would not offer any type of solution. He could have handled it a lot better!! My wife had locked her purse in the room safe and was happily moving about without it. So, our wonderful time got rained out!! There is so much good to say about Dollywood and the hotel but we never set foot in their main restaurant the rest of the trip!!

was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept great every night. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We completed our stay here this weekend. It was beautiful stay, i love the location, esp it feels tucked away on a corner, away from the bustle of the parkway. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The amenities were great...
and everything was thoughtfully arranged. One small suggestion would be to consider adding towel hooks in the washing area by the sink for added convenience. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

e checking in and promptly grab a cart to help you with your luggage. I understand that HeartSong is slightly different in that they have personal luggage carts as well for those who want to handle their own luggage. However, no one approached or asked if we needed help. There was an older bearded gentleman standing in front so I assumed maybe we were supposed to get our own luggage cart. I asked him and he said those were only if you needed assistance and the personal carts were inside then instead of asking if we needed help looked to this other couple approaching behind me and asked if they needed assistance and started helping them. We managed to get most of our stuff on one personal cart but before we could get it all up to the room and put the cart back the man asked if my dad could move his van. Dad said you mind if I get the cart put back first? Also a note with the thermostats is that unlike Dreammore they are locked at 67 degrees and won’t go lower which while not hot if you’re used to lower it can be uncomfortable and was a bit for my parents. They did give us a small credit because it actually wouldn’t go lower than 68 and we really appreciated that:). Anyway, just expected the same level of service as its sister hotel. Had hoped to convince my parents it was just as good as Dreammore but I believe it did the opposite. Still a lovely room and grounds
