rope hill, a slide, musical chimes had them very entertained. The room was comfortable and clean. We also purchased our tickets to Dollywood through the resort which offered fast passes for us & Trolley service so we did not have to drive and park. The trolley took us straight to the front gate. Also as a bonus, they sold the famous Cinnamon bread in the store inside the hotel. We enjoyed a snack and the live music before bed. Breakfast at the resort restaurant was delicious before our park visit as well. We would definitely stay here again.

ather. We could see the fireworks from our balcony, which was nice but not everyone will. Staff was all very friendly and polite and ready to assist with anything. The shuttle to Dollywood was great and the extra hour at the park before it opened was worth the extra to purchase your tickets at the resort! The room we got had 2 queens and a balcony with comfortable beds. Everything was clean. We texted the bellman to assist with luggage when we were ready to leave but they sent us a luggage rack. I went down to the bellman to ask when they would be helping us but our text went to housekeeper in error. They helped us right away and everything went well. This was our only problem the entire time, I was very happy with our stay. We will definitely go back.

Excellent resort. Has everything you need. You do not have to leave the resort to have a great time. If you’re traveling with small children, the pool and splash pad is plenty fun for them, don’t bother going to Dollywood Splash Country. If you...
chose to go, they have a trolly every 15 minutes to take you to Dollywood Theme Park or Splash Country water park.
They have a handful of dining options. The pancakes for breakfast are a must have. They are delicious. Room cleaned daily, staff is excellent and helpful. Valet parking $30 a night and worth it in my opinion.
Overall, come here, enjoy the resort and avoid going out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Again, the resort has everything you need. Will definitely be back again.

Let the magic of the smokies blend in this unique rustic resort. From checking in and any and all needs my family enjoyed our stay. We celebrated my mother 66th birthday. She loved the chocolate covered strawberries and the cinnamon bread.

he resort had a great pool and hot tub for adults. My son made many friends and enjoyed Camp Dollywood. We also enjoyed the complimentary time saver pass and door to door transportation.
We stayed in a family suite and had amazing views of the fire work show at Dollywood. We made wonderful memories and look forward to our visit in November.
