igh Note lounge, she is amazing and makes the best Old Fashions (Buffalo Trace of course). The handhelds and salads are delicious. It's always our first stop of the evening when visiting. What a great way to escape, relaxed, listen to live music and just take in the atmosphere. We highly recommend this lodge and my wife Amy and I will definitely be returning for a fifth stay. 🎄💙

I have virtually nothing bad to as about this place. The feeling, ambiance, substance, everything was what I had hoped for and more. This place outdoes most of the hotels I’ve stayed at in the Orlando area. It reminded me of Wilderness Lodge, j...
ust a tad smaller. It felt positively quant but modern. The room had its own relaxing background sound maker, multiple USB charge ports, proper upkeep and absolutely clean as can be.

Stayed at Heartsong lodge and resort prior to Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful! We are so happy with our choice of stay and would definitely book again! My husband requires ADA accessible accommodations and this hotel suited his need...
s perfectly. I want to give a huge shout out to our Bell Team member Shaun! He went above and beyond to help us in and out while he was at work! He is definitely a great help getting us situated on his days at work!

We had a great experience at HeartSong when we stayed there in December. The lodge was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The trolly and restaurants were very convenient. After we checked in, we didn't get back in our car until it was ...
time to leave. I made a mistake with our reservations, and Laura at the front desk was very patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you!

We just finished a 2 night stay. All of the staff went above and beyond my expectations. The room was quite large, impeccably clean and the amenities were top notch. The staff and the food in the Ember and Elm were excellent. We loved our flat ...
bread pizzas. And the breakfast wraps in the market were terrific. One last remark - the trolley to and from Dollywood is a Godsend.
The Heartsong is among my favorite destinations.
