Hailing from Italy, Luca is a hospitality veteran who has worked in high-end restaurants since the age of 16. With experience in several award-winning and Michelin-star restaurants, he has a deep knowledge of fine dining. Inspired by his great passion for hospitality and great customer service, Luca opened dōma.
