think through our priorities without any time pressure or bother about trying different options - I just told Margaret our final selections two weeks before the wedding. Margaret let me arrange dessert separately (I wanted a wide variety of desserts), and was nice enough to supply a bunch of cake stands to supplement the dessert serving arrangements I had been able to find. She and her staff were very pleasant and helpful, and helped the day go smoothly. And have I mentioned the food was delicious? And nicely presented! Margaret even took photos throughout the afternoon and evening. We got them before the official photographer’s pictures, so it was our first real look at the day! That made for a lovely and unexpected bonus. We went with a buffet, and there was plenty of food. The salmon was wonderful. I was a little worried beforehand - it can be a bit dry, and a large service is not the most forgiving context - but it was delicious! The mac and cheese was the surprise hit, though :) I had ordered it mostly for the kids and vegetarians, but Margaret told me everyone would have some - and she was right! Excellent food and excellent service helped make my wedding reception wonderful.

guests that had already sent in their meal choices. We called Dombrowski's and Margaret was such a blessing! She did not seem frustrated or overwhelmed in the least. She even was able to come close to the costs that we thought we would spend in "doing it ourselves". As the date approached I became nervous that in getting such a great deal, Dombrowski's being so helpful, and with so many guests in attendance that it was too good to be true and the food would end up not being that great. However, the food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. All of the staff was so pleasant and hard-working. They did great passing the appetizers during the cocktail hour even though it was so many guests in a small space. I have received countless compliments on the catering and am so, so happy that Dombrowski's was able to be a part of our wedding! I could have never guessed that I could have passed appetizers and a seated dinner at my wedding, so thank you Dombrowski's for making my big deal even better than I could have imagined!
