Not a good experience! My engagement ring broke after 3 weeks of wearing it. They had to remake it 3 times before they could give it back to me, which made it awkward whenever anyo...
ne asked to see my ring and I didn't have it. The whole experience was ruined. Not to mention the customer service was horrible. I was told it was my fault the ring broke because I "rushed them" and because of my "lifestyle habits" - I work at a desk all day on a computer. Regardless, that shouldn't be justification for the ring breaking 3 weeks after wearing it. I asked for a refund and was told 'absolutely not', but when I asked what they were going to do for me and when I would have my ring back, the reply was "I don't know what you want me to tell you". Eventually it was remade, but the entire experience was devastating and awful. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - ANYWHERE ELSE!

ssociate also mentioned a new trend of getting Pandora bracelets and charms for my bridesmaids which was a brilliant idea. They had a huge Pandora selection which made things so simple. I will continue to go to Dominic's Fine Jewelry for years to come because of this wonderful experience. Thank you all for making my day the best it can be!
Thanks for all the beautiful repair work. I won’t take my jewelry anywhere else.
They always have what I’m looking for and they are very friendly every time I come in.
They repaired my chain which had broken at three different places and some links too were lost. They then polished and cleaned making it look as though it were new.
