They were caring and considerate and made sure the band turned out just how we wanted it. I wear my band EVERYDAY with NO problems, meanwhile I can hardly wear my engagment ring and it's broken again! We trust them so much that we're going to see if they can rebuild my engagment ring the next time we go to Ohio (we live out of state).
