Donae is truly incredible. I first met her during a boudoir photo shoot, and from that very first session I fell in love with both her and her work. Going into it, I was so nervous...

as a plus sized girl, especially having my body out like that, but Donae made me feel completely comfortable and confident the entire time. Every single photo made me feel beautiful and amazing. I have honestly never felt that pretty in my whole entire life. I am not even joking when I say I feel like I need to print them the size of my wall. I originally did the boudoir shoot so I could gift the photos to my future husband on our wedding day, and now not only do we have those beautiful images, but we also get stunning engagement photos and wedding photos too. It just feels so special knowing all our biggest moments are being captured by the same amazing person. When she found out we were planning a Star Wars themed wedding, she was just as excited as we were, and that energy made the decision to hire her for our wedding so easy. Our wedding package also included a complimentary engagement session, which we did at the Desert Botanical Garden, and I honestly do not even have the words. Saying the photos were beautiful does not do them justice. They came out absolutely amazing, beyond anything I could have imagined. On top of that, Donae turned everything around so fast, which just blew me away. She makes you feel comfortable, has an incredible eye, and captures moments in the most magical way. I cannot wait for our wedding and to see the beautiful memories she creates for us. If you are looking for a photographer who is talented, kind, professional, and genuinely passionate about what she does, Donae is it. Highly, highly recommend.

ing to be at our home so Donae made a few visits to see the site and discuss scene options. I also wanted to have 2 photographers; one on the ground and one shooting our ceremony from the low roof outside of our bedroom window. Donae liked the idea. Normally she has a second shooter so she could easily accommodate the request. We also wanted to have more of a photo journalism series of pictures that told the story of the day and captured everyone who attended, rather than just having a bunch of family poses, although we did a few of those too. We hired her for 6 hours. About 4 months before the wedding, she came to the house and took engagement pictures. Like many, I seriously dislike being photographed, but somehow, she captured the best of both us in her pictures. We were both delighted with the result. They are the best pictures I have ever seen of myself! On the day of the wedding, Donae and her assistant Ben came to the house 4 hours before the ceremony and took pictures of the site prep, the makeup session with my sisters, and all the other "getting ready" pictures. We also had our photos taken before the ceremony. I do not yet seen our final photographs but Donae published a sneak peek of some pictures on her Facebook page a few weeks after the wedding. I am very happy with everything I've seen so far. Donae clearly loves her work and she is very talented! We felt very lucky to have her!

ng and we instantly clicked. She was instrumental in keeping us on track the day of the wedding. She helped us with the timeline and picked awesome places for us to have pictures taken! We cannot say enough about Donae. She is hilarious and everyone, from the bridal party to the guests, loved her! She had a second shooter with her as well, Dan, and he was great! We had decided, early on, that we were going to pay good money to have good pictures, what we didn't realize was that we didn't pay for just a photographer, we also got a day of coordinator, someone to refer us to other vendors (who were all great!), and a new friend! We cannot sing our praises about Donae enough! The pictures are more than good, they're more than great, they are absolutely stunningly gorgeous! We will go back to Donae for all of our photogrpahy needs! She's so easy to work with and doesn't make wedding photos stuffy and awkward. She's simply the best!
