As a senior in high school, she was hired at Donatelli's in 2012, where she started in the soda fountain and excelled at making beautiful desserts and ice cream treats. She saw several expansions to the restaurant over the years and was brought on to the leadership team in 2017. After years of leading the Front of House team, she began her role in the catering department in 2023. She has spent the past few years learning the ins and outs of the catering business, honing her skills, and greatly expanding her knowledge to help customers with all their catering needs. Hannah works closely with restaurant leadership to ensure stability, communication, and coordination between the restaurant and the catering business. When away from work, you may find Hannah spending quality time with her son, Lewis, and fiancé, Nick, leading an OULA Dance class, directing or acting in a local theatre production, creating or crafting a multitude of art projects, eating her favorite foods at the Minnesota State Fair, or traveling to her favorite place: Walt Disney World! Hannah feels and understands the magical, nostalgic pull to Donatelli's that thousands of customers have felt since 1976, and she is honored to continue the Donatelli's legacy for years to come.

With decades of hands-on experience, Chris is committed to upholding the restaurant’s traditions while continuing to strengthen and grow its catering presence in the community. Outside of work, Chris is happiest exploring the world with his wife, Jamie — whether they’re planning their next trip or spending the day on a hiking trail. He loves quality time with his son, Landon, and can often be found at the lake, tending the smoker, or cheering on the Minnesota Vikings with friends and family. At the core of everything he does is a belief in hard work, loyalty, and showing up consistently for the people around him.

And wow — the food! Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was, especially the Cajun tortellini, which was a huge hit. The day-of staff was so friendly and efficient, keeping the buffet line moving smoothly so everyone was served quickly. They even went above and beyond by helping us cut our wedding cake (which was made by a friend). If we could do it all over again, we’d choose Donatelli’s every single time!

was a huge priority. I had eaten at Donatelli’s in St. Paul before and never once gotten sick, so I knew right away they were the first place I wanted to reach out to when planning our wedding.
From the start, they blew us away. At our tasting, every single dish was out of this world—it was honestly tough to narrow it down to just two entrées because everything was so delicious. Even the salads were incredible, and their gluten-free buns? Absolutely amazing! I’ve always thought pasta is one of the best foods to make gluten-free, and Donatelli’s proved me right—their gluten-free noodles were perfection and totally undetectable from regular pasta.
On the wedding day, their food spoke for itself. Guests raved about both entrée options (our red sauce pick: Lasagna, and our white sauce pick: Cajun Chicken Tortellini—available gluten-free). People had such a hard time deciding between them because both were mouthwatering! Beyond the food, Donatelli’s went above and beyond with service. The staff was thoughtful, professional, and so attentive—they treated us like royalty at the head table, making sure we had everything we needed for our very first meal as husband and wife.
What also really stood out to me was how well they handled dietary restrictions. Not only did they take care of me with gluten-free options, but they also accommodated our guests who needed dairy-free and vegan meals. That kind of care and flexibility made such a difference and allowed all of our guests to enjoy the meal without worry.
I cannot recommend Donatelli’s enough. Their food is phenomenal, their staff is top-notch, and their attention to detail made our wedding meal absolutely perfect. If you need a caterer—especially if you’re looking for gluten-free options—you will not regret choosing Donatelli’s!

Our guests continue to rave about the delicious food. Donatelli's also managed all of the special dietary requests beautifully (the gluten free guests were thrilled with the delicious options.) I highly recommend serving their gelato for dessert and ordering small, bite sized desserts to accompany it instead of serving a standard wedding cake. The gelato was an absolute hit! At the end of the dinner, we had Donatelli’s cater in some of their raspberry sorbet. It was a hit - not only because it was a great palette cleanser, but because it was DELICIOUS!
Our wedding had multiple people with dietary restrictions and Donatelli’s handled it superbly. I felt a sigh of relief when I knew Donatelli’s was able to feed EVERYONE at my wedding!

hire them for our wedding the minute we left the building. They went above and beyond giving us various foods to try in order to select the meal we wanted (and we even got to take home leftovers!). Initially our plan was to have a buffet style serving at our wedding but when the pandemic hit we changed to plated and Trish and the team at Donatelli's did such a wonderful job with multiple safety measures put into place to make us and our guests comfortable. The food is INCREDIBLE - you can't go wrong with any pasta and their braised beef and late night pizza was raved about from our guests! They were very accommodating for dietary restrictions. ty of questions being an out of town bride. They were easy to work with and super flexible. The food was fantastic, and our wedding guests couldn’t get enough. We had appetizers, cajun chicken tortellini, lasagna, chicken marsala, roasted veggies, salad and bread. Highly recommend the cajun chicken tortellini and Donatelli’s overall!

We can't say enough about how amazing Donatelli's was as our caterer. They catered, literally, to any and all needs we had when it came to any of our dining needs for the reception...
. For starters the tasting where you decide on the menu is reason enough to consider them as an option as they roll out an italian feast for you to choose your favorites from experience rather than what reads nice from a menu. From there they handle everything from linens (which they let us pick up a few days early to allow for decorating) to table settings to flipping the room from ceremony to dinner setting in seamless fashion. They were punctual, professional and truly made the dinner experience second to none as if the fantastic pasta buffet couldn't have made up for even the worst service. It was amazing how quickly they moved people through the line and nobody left hungry, something they take pride in achieving. They even took control of restocking our donut bar which was not part of our catering package from them. They rocked it and we had the leftover boxed up and ready for pickup the next day for us to enjoy later. Just as good reheated following their included instructions! Donatelli's is the ONLY way to go and we can't wait to continue going to Donatelli's now that we moved to White Bear Lake!

ous goodies. Trish was a great communicator and the day went very smoothly. We had a few guests with dietary restrictions and Donatelli’s was able to accommodate. A few of the comments from the guests were: “so delicious”, “best food I’ve ever had”, “best wedding food”, “I have to get seconds”, “super professional”, “and I want to go here for dinner”. Our family and bridal party tables were served and and the rest of the tables were dismissed in a quick organized fashion. Everyone had food within about 20 minutes (130 guests). The food was hot and water was on the table all ready to go when we were ready! We also got to pick up leftovers the next day-the best part!! Highly recommended! Thank you!!
