Donna and Robin made my wedding truly spectacular. They expertly prepared all vendors and wedding party members with all information necessary for a seamless event. At every step on our big day Donna and Robin were readily available providing what we needed, most times even before we knew it. Their quick action and calm prevented multiple mishaps. I strongly recommend their services for their kindness, expertise and professionalism.
Mary Grace & Kim helped me with my zoo wedding, they were worth every penny. They anticipated not just me needs but all of my parties and even my guests. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed the wedding & none of the bridal party had any stress at all. Even my mom said whatever we paid was not enough for the service we received. Extremely impressed with Donna Angelo Signature Events- particularly Mary Grace!! I was in the bridal party for my friend’s wedding and from the moment we were getting ready, photos being taken, to the actual wedding at Brooklake Country Club Mary Grace was on top of EVERYTHING. I got married prior to my friend and never used a wedding coordinator but I highly recommend using one to help your wedding day go smoothly! We had an unusual experience: we had planned to have a day-of coordinator for the wedding, but had to change from the one we had initially hired just 4 days before the wedding. Everything was already planned and I am pretty organized, so I considered not hiring anyone to save the money. However, our venue required it, so after sending several last-minute emails, we finally found this company. I am so so happy that we did.
Mary Grace was our primary coordinator, and having her on board just made everything feel so simple. In just a few days, she took care of all of the loose ends. And then on the day of, her and Inez really made the event a huge success. My wife and I did not have to worry about anything, nor did our families. Instead, we were able to just enjoy the wedding knowing that every single detail was taken care of by them. They were one step ahead of everyone else all night long, even as we made tons of last-minute changes to things like introductions and speeches. The wedding was flawless and there were literally no hiccups-- we owe them a debt of gratitude for this outcome.
We live in the Washington, DC area but were planning our wedding at a country club in NJ. It was impossible to even begin planning a wedding without the ability to try everything out and interview everyone. Donna took care of us every step of the way. She has worked with top professionals/vendors and has wonderful recommendations. She was so great to work with. We had the perfect wedding and it wouldn't have happened without her!!

Donna and her team helped streamline my wedding day so I could let go and focus on the moment, looking back I could not have done it without Donna! The day went fantastic and I felt that I could just let go and that the Majestic Moments team had the rest taken care of.
Initially I had hesitated on putting costs down towards day of coordinator and now realize it was absolutely essential for our wedding! Even my husband (the most low maintenance guy ever) says the same. The day of coordination was much more than a DAY of help which initially I had thought the service would be. Donna involved herself 3 moths prior helping finalize the details of all things, going beyond her duties, available day and night.
3 months out, Donna was very accessible though phone, text, involving herself in all the final details the last month of the wedding such as the wedding gifts and paper goods, and helping with specific wedding advice and issues that came up thought the month to close up the decisions. She has helped finalize a couple of daunting questions that are stressful towards the end of a wedding process, like ideas for wedding gifts, how the order of people to walk down the aisle, paper goods, even keeping my hyper family at bay, etc. It was a huge relief!
The day of coordination timeline Donna created was very detailed and even going though the trouble of calling all parties; my parents, my fiancé and myself to make the timeline integrate what we all wanted. We must have went back and forth a handful of times with rounds of edits. She took over all of the vendor contracts and caught the missing details and vendor finalizations.
Finally, the wedding day, the team came ready for anything, coming equipped with every possible essential that could necessary for a wedding. The most unexpected touch, it rained that day and my hair had flattened outside during first look photos. Before the ceremony, she pulled a hair curler out of her back pocket!
She thought of every detail so I did not have to, she was ME, basically, I felt like I had another ME that day! I really don’t think I could have enjoyed the day without having her and the team as part of it.
My advice to all brides, look out for yourself… planning a wedding is entirely consuming and stressful especially up to the weeks leading, make the right choices for yourself whatever they may be, on your day and ensure you you set your day up right so come that day you CAN enjoy the moment that your husband and you will share forever! Donna was absolutely amazing! Not only was she great dealing with all the little things that can come up at the wedding, she worked with us prior to the wedding and was crucial in helping with our Day of Schedule. I worked with Donna for my wedding, hiring her for day-of wedding coordination. She was absolutely fantastic, jumping in 8 weeks out and getting all the details set for everything. She took care of so many things that I would not even have thought of, and with ease and speed. She KNOWS what she is doing, and has a fantastic staff who work like a well-oiled machine. I say to everyone that this was the best money I have spent through the entire process, because it made my entire wedding day an INCREDIBLY seamless experience. Words cannot begin to explain how much we loved working with Chelsea, Nicole and Stefanie. My bridesmaids , and I couldn’t help but call them all our fairy godmothers. It was 100% the best decision to hire this team for our wedding. They helped the day go smoothly and our guests were raving about how amazing our wedding was. From the bottom of our hearts thank you all for your attention to detail and making the day as special as it was.
My husband and I were so busy with all the life changes that followed our engagement (moving, buying a home) that we sort of forgot to plan our wedding. Oops!! Once we moved, I realized I had three months until the wedding and I hadn’t done anything other than book a venue! This is where the panic set in and the frantic phone calls on New Years day to interview event planners with positive reviews. Donna immediately put me at ease by saying that she and her team could easily help us throw together our event in the short time frame. We effectively had a ‘party within a party’ since our wedding was a daytime affair that had children’s entertainment. Donna immediately got to work and helped us first plan a budget and then very within a week we had contracts set up booking the vendors, like the florist, DJ, and entertainment. After that, Chelsea took the lead for our event and she was just as thoughtful and efficient as Donna. One struggle in the ‘wedding business’ is the immediate cost markup! But I deeply appreciate how sensitive Donna and Chelsea were to our budget all along. They consistently would suggest cost-saving alternatives in one area to allow us to splurge in another that was more important to us. This included creative solutions like hiring Donna’s son as our magician to entertain the children during the dinner so the parents could have a break. What a sweetheart he was! The kids loved him! On the day of, Chelsea arrived with two assistants to help manage all the nuts and bolts of coordinating the vendors, moving the crowds, and keeping me on time (and I’m always late!). Not only that, but my parents mentioned that despite how much they were doing on our wedding day that they hardly even noticed them at the event. This is exactly what you want in a good planner- they manage to make everything happen in the background seamlessly and unobtrusively so the guests aren’t distracted from their experience by the set-up or take-down of the face painting table! For me, the entire day felt completely effortless, which just goes to show exactly how much effort they were putting into every little detail- right down to packing up my belongings and putting them on the shuttle for me after the party! All I had to do was wake up, enjoy my family, and get married. If you want to feel like it all ‘just happens’, then hire Majestic Moments! It doesn’t just happen, but they work so incredibly hard to personalize their services and take care of you, that it will feel that way.
Donna is amazing! If you want to be completely at ease on your wedding day and the days leading up then you must have Donna! She was great from the first phone call she was extremely knowledgeable and asked every question and detail about my wedding. Having her in contact with the vendors, making the timeline of events, and just making sure everything I spent months and months planning was executed exactly as I planned was amazing! She even retouched my hair after the ceremony before photos with my husband! Donna and Chelsea made my wedding day stress free so that I could enjoy every moment!
Run, don't walk. My husband and I agreed that Donna was the best value added to our wedding of just under 200 people. Donna provided help in the final couple of weeks before our wedding and 'day-of' coordination. I am not a seasoned party planner and I can honestly say we could not have done it without her. Donna helped me with things I would never have thought of (Want your friends to love you forever? get the doughnuttery donuts - made fresh as our guests left the venue). Donna was calm and helped me remain calm. The days immediately preceding our wedding were actually fairly serene! All vendors and the venue were expertly coordinated by her, which was no small feat given it was 9 days before Christmas at Rockefeller Center, road closures galore... You get the picture. My guests asked how we had orchestrated the wedding, including entrances and exits, so well. The answer was Donna. In short, you are doing yourself a disservice if you don't contact her. Majestic Moments Event Planning is the most awesome wedding/event planner in the New Jersey area!!I could not say enough wonderful things about Donna, Chelsea and her team. Chelsea was a key part in making our wedding exactly how we wanted it. She alerted us to ideas we didn't even think of in our first meeting. She helped us through the entire process and made sure that every detail was exactly how was wanted it. She is wonderful and is extremely professional. She solved few last minutes minor issues but was magical like nothing really happened. Chelsea was extremely detailed oriented and she made sure that all of our vendors were aligned with our vision; She made me so relaxed and calm and I truly had a sense everything was under control; Chelsea and her team exceeded all our expectations as our wedding coordinator. Hiring Donna and her team for day-of wedding coordination was hands down the best decision I could possibly have made for my wedding. Even my photographer said to me during the reception-- wow I wish every wedding had coordinators that were as on-top-of-it as those three are. If anything went wrong during my wedding, I certainly didn't hear about it and that's the way I wanted it to be. They handled everything flawlessly to make my day the best that it could possibly have been. Amazing work, can't recommend enough.
I reached out to Donna when I first got engaged but didn't end up booking her until a few months later for the day of coordinator package. The package should have been called the wedding day life saver package. Donna not only created a timeline for the day of, worked with all of the external vendors to make sure they knew where to be and when and basically orchestrated the entire day. Donna and her assistants Marissa and Jason were so helpful the day of the wedding. When I was getting dressed a button on my dress popped off and I immediately freaked out but Donna sewed it back on in literally a few minutes. One of the groomsmen actually ripped his pants before the ceremony and Marissa sewed that back together and steamed all of the guys suits. If they weren't there to help I don't think I would have been able to be as relaxed as I was because I knew Donna had it under control. I didn't have to worry about a vendor not showing up, or falling behind schedule, or a bus getting lost- none of that was my responsibility that day and that piece of mind was worth every penny. Donna also knew exactly how to bustle my dress, put in and take out my veil without messing my hair up, and honestly put me at ease about the entire wedding day. My (now) husband and I are so grateful we had Donna and her team for our wedding day!

Leading up to the wedding, Donna helped me finalize last minute details with vendors and coordinated vendor arrival and departure times. She put together a concise and thoroughly detailed itinerary and was KEY to finding a vendor and getting my escort cards completed, when I only had a few days left until the wedding. Donna also attended my wedding rehearsal at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart the night before my wedding and worked with the parish's strict rules to ensure that my wedding day would go off without a 'hitch.'
On my wedding day, Donna and Chelsea were attentive and conscientious to my bridal party and stayed by my side until the end of the night. I am thankful to both for their help and was lucky that they were such excellent and dedicated professionals. I definitely recommend Majestic Moments Event Planning and would definitely work with them in the future!
Well I was a late booker, I thought I had everything under control.. until I met with Donna! She started talking and rattling off things I still have to do, and I freaked out and booked her! Her and her team did everything else! Donna, Chelsea, and Diane are so great! They did everything I needed last minute with a smile! I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is getting married!
All I can say is... I have no idea how any bride gets married without the help of these lovely ladies! Our team was comprised of Diane, Chelsea and Nicole and we had purchased Day-Of Coordination. Diane was so great with getting in touch with all of my vendors and making sure everyone had the correct info for the day of. Every where I turned on the wedding day, one of the Majestic ladies was there, one step ahead of me, with a huge smile on her face. When we got back to our apartment the next day and unpacked everything, we have no idea how they even THOUGHT to pack up so many of our things. Please please please, do yourself a huge favor and book Majestic Moments for your wedding day. In my opinion, it's the ONLY way to go! Thanks ladies! We love you!!!
I am extremely grateful to have Donna and her team at Majestic Moments Wedding & Event Planning for my daughters wedding. Donna made the entire experience fun & exciting, She understood my daughters vision and made her dream wedding possible. Every detail was thought of and the staff is kind, loving and professional. No stone was left unturned. It is six weeks since the wedding and the compliments are still coming in. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. Everything was perfect. Thank you for an amazing day that was flawless and thousands of beautiful memories.
Donna and her team are indeed a fantastic and solid option. Donna is an expert at event planning and has a wealth of knowledge and ideas. Our wedding was July 2016. We used what I call the hybrid package, which was affordable for our needs. My husband and I planned our wedding with little help from family or friends, which is why we sought an event planner/coordinator. Our wedding included a Church ceremony plus reception for 200 people. Our Majestic Moments package included phone consulting which started 11 months before the wedding date plus day of coordination and 2 in person meetings. Additionally, we opted for invitation assembly/rsvp tracking as well as welcome bag, party favor and bathroom basket assembly/delivery.
I will briefly touch on why Majestic Moments didn't get 5 stars. Donna always said that the goal in working with a couple is for their wedding day to be seamless and stress free. On our day, there were a handful of things that slipped through the cracks and that I had to handle instead of she or her team handling. I agree with another review that I think to truly get a 5 star experience, you probably have to book the full planning package. Of the things that went awry, none were monumental enough to specify in this review but they did not make for a perfect 5 star rating. That being said, Donna and her team were successful with the majority of details on our wedding day.
Donna was wonderful to consult with in looking for vendors and in having a range of ideas even in deciding on the type of reception venue. Our reception was at the Park Savoy in Florham Park, mere minutes from Donna's NJ office location. The Park Savoy was a reference, vouching for Donna’s experience and professionalism. Majestic Moments lead us to most of our vendors who were also amazing: Our printing person (invitations, programs, etc), our DJ and photo booth company, and our transportation/limo company came from Donna. While Donna had vendor suggestions for everything wedding/party related, Donna was great in not pushing anyone on us. And our consulting package included her reviewing all vendor contracts before signing off especially on vendors she had never worked with before like our florist and photographer. Donna also provided a timeline of when to have everything done from ordering rings, booking the rehearsal dinner, finding a dress/tuxes, etc. The consulting was always on point and realistic and also included a budget guide which helped us know what was fair and within our range with vendors.
As part of the Day of Coordination services, Donna attended our church rehearsal and helped start since the priest was running late, which was awesome. Donna also took time to identify family and those in the wedding party ahead of the big day.
On the big day, Donna and her team coordinated things on a humid and partially rainy day which wasn’t easy. Our ceremony was mainly on time due to her facilitating and had a receiving line. Donna and her team always maintained being professional, friendly, and helpful to our families and us. We will always be grateful and could not have successfully executed our wedding day without them. Donna is trustworthy as she handled all cash tip envelopes plus delivery to vendors which was so important. Donna was by my side, aiding with my dress bustle and helping me change into my party dress, which was amazing. My husband and I highly recommend Majestic Moments for your wedding consulting/coordinating needs!
Donna and her team are absolute treasures and deserve every recognition and award! As a same sex couple, we wanted to make sure that we found someone who was open and naturally fabulous, which lead us to choose her and her incredible team.
Donna doesn't try to butter you up, but is focused in creating an experience that is stress free and runs like a well oiled machine. She was open to frantic texts and e-mails to the littlest detail. From providing emergency dental floss, to stepping up to be an impromptu emcee, to carrying small scissors to cut off any lose threads, to knowing how to tie a bow tie... we felt extremely secure with one of the most important days of our life. We could not recommend and her team enough!
We are still basking in our afterglow of our wedding, and we have Donna, Chelsea, and Christine to thank! Words are not enough!
Working with Majestic Moments was for the most part easy and helpful. We hired them for the day of coordination and began collaborating about 5-6 weeks before the wedding. After my first meeting with my head coordinator, I did not hear much back. At the second meeting, just under two weeks before the wedding, the head coordinator was asking questions that I had anticipated would have already been answered through her contact with my vendors. This concerned me slightly, but we held a pretty non-traditional wedding and so some organizing still seemed to be necessary. A third and final phone conference meeting was held two days before the wedding and questions about arrival times of photographers and itinerary details were still not clarified by the coordinator. We did not receive an itinerary for our day until less than 48 hours before which caused my wedding party to be a bit unsettled because they did not know where they were supposed to be or when. However, regardless of all of this, the day still passed successfully. We were not reminded about signing the marriage certificate which we had to take care of afterwards and our guest book was left behind so weren't able to provide our guests with the opportunity to leave us notes when they arrived. These were two other frustrating components. The group of five coordinators did a good job at keeping me calm and clarifying situations. The coordinator assigned directly to me the day of, Chelsea, was really wonderful. I couldn't thank her enough for all that she did for us and it is because of her that the day really was a great experience. At the end of the night the coordinators did help clean up a bit before leaving and were kind and helpful throughout the reception. Overall though, I would suggest going for the more full service option if choosing Majestic Moments because it seems day of coordination doesn't get you as much of the attention to detail as you might want for your wedding day.
When you are planning your dream wedding from overseas you want to know that every detail of your day is in the best possible hands- and ours most definitely was! Donna was professional and put us at ease from the start. She helped us through every stage of planning, taking the time to get to know us as individuals and turning all of our ideas into reality- nothing was too much to ask! From Skype calls throughout the months before the wedding, through to the day itself we couldn't imagine working with anyone else!
On the day, Donna and her team were amazing- making sure that both myself and the groom had everything we needed and did a fantastic job setting up the ceremony space and the reception venue. It looked magical- exactly as we had imagined!
I couldn't recommend Donna and her team highly enough. If you want your wedding in the best hands then you shouldn't look any further than Majestic Moments.

The best decision I made for my wedding was hiring Majestic Moments Weddings and Events. Donna was amazing from start to finish. When I first met with Donna, she took the time to get to know me and my now husband. She cared more about what kind of couple we were so she would be able to understand what we needed for a perfect day. I believe the key to have a stress free wedding day is trusting the professionals you have hired. From start to finish, Donna was able to recommend vendors that she knew were reliable and professional. Having her meant I didn't have to worry about the tedious things and I was really able to enjoy my day to the fullest. When we arrived back at our hotel at the end of the night, we found Donna and her team dropping off all of our things from the day (i.e photos, guest sign in canvas, ceremony items, etc.) It was everything I would have forgotten. It's been two week since our wedding and I am still hearing feedback from our guests about how incredible our wedding was. "Best wedding I've ever been to!" The feeling of being calm on the most important day of my life is priceless. I encourage any bride to at the very least set up a consultation with her. I have no doubt you will love her as much as I do. I'd give her 10 stars if I could.
Donna and her team were amazing. They made the whole process easy and stress free. We didn't have to worry about anything on our big day (or pretty much any day leading up to it). We contacted her only a few months before the wedding with nothing planned (and a lot of travels in between). She helped us every step of the way from budgeting, researching venues based on our criteria, recommending vendors (stationaries, flowers, hair, makeup, wedding dress, photographers, etc), working with the selected vendors through all the details, sending out invitation cards, tracking responses to ensuring the venue was set up the way we wanted on the day of. My husband and I both have very hectic work schedules and Donna more or less made wedding planning as simple and stress free as one can hope for. This is especially true during the last two weeks leading up to the big day (with finalizing seating charts, menus and programs, ensuring they are printed and ready to go, setting time table, coordinating with protographers etc.). On the day of, Donna and her team stayed with us every minute to make sure everything was in order (and fixed whatever small issues we had). They took care to get lunch for me and the bridal party, made sure my husband and I had enough to eat before the reception, packed everything up after the evening was over - they have thought about everything! Donna and her team made everything so seamless. The whole evening was absolutely amazing and we cannot thank them enough for all the help. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, you will be very happy with Donna and her team. They are very professional and experienced (and yet very personable) and will make the whole wedding planning much simpler and stress free. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN DONNA!!!!
Donna and her team (Diane, Chelsea and Christine) were fantastic, and I don't think I would have made it to my wedding day without them! We had so many planning disasters, and Donna was there to help us every step of the way. She found us an officiant after ours passed away 5 weeks before the wedding, she helped me figure out what to do when the bridal shop that my bridesmaids dresses were from closed down unexpectedly 5 months before the wedding... a lifesaver! The day of, she was totally on point and kept everyone in line. She and her team made sure that my fiance and I were comfortable, happy, fed, and calm. When it rained on our outdoor ceremony, they beautifully decorated an indoor space in about 2 hours for us. Our bridesmaids, parents and guests all complimented them! Money very well spent!

Donna not only helped with the wedding day but also help my parents get transportation for a prewedding event we were doing, she made sure the shuttles knew where to pick up and drop off. Donna really blew me away the day of the wedding. She was there on time (to the minute!) with a team of professionals ready for anything that came up, answering my phone, different bobby pin colors, last minute double sided tape, entertaining children, having more escort cards made during cocktail hour and rushed over b/c of a small issue, anything that was needed she was on top of it. Donna was a life saver the day of the wedding, she was there to organize EVERYTHING so my parents, myself and my now husband could really enjoy ourselves. Donna reassured me when I was anxious and made decisions when I needed her to b/c I was too overwhelmed. We had the best experience with Majestic Moments Event Planning. Our coordinator Diane and her team were so easy to work with and really listened to what we wanted for our April 2015 wedding. They were there every step of the way with us and helped ease the stress that naturally comes with planning a wedding. Diane and her team was a blessing in disguise! I booked only a few months before the wedding and Diane was only an email or text message away every day. She made everything seamless! They stayed with us and every moment throughout our day and truly helped make it amazing! Diane attended our rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what they needed to do. The morning of our wedding, Diane texted me just to wish me a happy wedding morning and to let me know she would be there soon! As soon as Diane and her team arrived I did not have a worry in the world. She made sure everyone knew the timeline and stuck to it. Tina and Christine went to assist my husband with behaving and getting ready and they were awesome! The guys really put them through the ringer and Tina and Christine held strong. Diane and Tatiana stayed with me every second while getting ready and made sure I had everything I needed. Tatiana even helped my mom (who just had surgery) put her shoes on. Once we got to the church, Diane made sure that everything was perfect and Tatiana stayed on the bus with me until the second I was ready to walk down the aisle. For pictures, Diane stayed with us the entire time and made sure there were no issues. Once we arrived at the reception, Diane and Christine bustled my dress like pros! They then made sure that we had food from the cocktail hour and even put some on our sweetheart table so we can enjoy during the reception. Once everyone went into the reception, Diane put together a few plates for me and my husband to enjoy together for a few minutes before introductions. The rest of the night was absolutely amazing and Diane and her team were there every second we needed them. I even had a dress change and Diane and Christine helped me get into my party dress and all prepped! They were truly a God send and we would have been lost without them. Donna and her team were with us every step of the way. She made sure we were on track with budget and vendor selection. Moreover, she took care of our families on the day of the wedding which was very important to us. We wanted everyone to feel special on our day. She also negotiated great pricing for us. where to begin - Maureen, Donna, Christine, Tatianna = THE "A+" Squad. We hired Majestic Moments a month prior to our wedding for day of coordination - our only regret - NOT HIRING THEM SOONER! My husband and I planned our big ol' italian wedding for 20 months, and in the weeks leading up the big day I came to the realization that unless we had the RIGHT team (right being key) to follow thru on our vision, there is no way we would be able to enjoy the day as much as we should. We were so stressed, and as soon as we signed on with MM we finally exhaled. We met with Maureen to turn over all of our details and contracts and the rest was history. Maureen and team took care of EVERYTHING, and I mean E V E R Y T H I N G. On the day of our wedding our butterflies took a nose dive upon release due to the unseasonably cold day in late April and the team quickly scooped them up and warmed them up in the car in hopes we could try again at the venue. IT WORKED! My bridesmaids flowers died, and Maureen took care of it, all I had to do was pick the replacement and she made sure the florist got it done. I don't tell anyone this to scare them, but these are the types of unforeseen things that the team can take care of. WE COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITH OUT THEM. They are the most professional, caring, detailed and organized group I have EVER met. Without a doubt, we would not have enjoyed our day had it not been coordinated so carefully by Maureen working with our vendors. Worth EVERY single penny-I wish we could do it again to have Majestic Moments plan the whole wedding! A girl can dream :) The next event I have, the 1st call is to MM. Period
When my wife and I got married our lives were hectic. I was working and she was finishing her residency, which required studying extensively for her boards. We were in the process of moving from Wisconsin to Virginia for a job transfer and had the task of finding a place to live in an unfamiliar area. On top of it all, we were getting married in her home state of NJ. We desperately needed to hire a wedding planner.
We started our search online. We met with a planner we both really liked. We were on the verge of hiring her but thought it would be prudent to talk to one or two more people. Donna, at Majestic Moments, was the last planner we spoke to. Her services were the same as the two planners we spoke to earlier. Donna's vast experience in the industry gave us a sense of comfort, however. She communicated in a clear and concise manner and had a plan for our vision. We did our due diligence by reading the reviews of past clients. To our delight, we found nothing but positive reviews.
Donna represented herself in a professional manner and built trust early in the process. She was always accessible and had a great network of vendors. Her communication skills were uncanny. If she did not know the answer, she would get it for you, often in 10 minutes or less. She would even communicate with the father and mother of the bride and groom. She lent her feedback and made recommendations every step of the way. Because of our schedules, we put our trust in Donna to make some decisions for us. The results were flawless.
Donna developed a timeline early in the process for when decisions had to be made. This was important because it helped us stay on track and ensured nothing was done last minute where errors could occur. The experience for our guests was stress free as well. Donna booked the hotels and transportation for our 150 guests, most of which were from out of state/country. The timeline she developed for the week of the wedding was extremely helpful because it took the guess work out of it. Donna and her crew executed this timeline flawlessly. Everyone knew where they had to be and what time they had to be there.
The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. The service we received from Donna and her staff the day of the wedding was outstanding. We did not lift a finger. As an example, Donna and her staff would bring us refreshments while taking pictures with the photographer. She made sure our room had food and drinks so we could take a break before socializing with our guests. She coordinated with the DJ to make sure they were on que throughout the night. Any questions from the reception staff were directed to and handled by Donna and her staff. They were always poised and under control, which was soothing because it is natural for the bride and groom to be nervous the day of the wedding.
Donna's objective is to make sure the bride and groom have fun and enjoy their big day. She will even seek you out if you take too long of a break from the dance floor. Having fun is much easier when that is your only job. Majestic Moments gets my strongest recommendation. There is nothing we would do over about our experience, and that is solely because of them.

My husband and I got married in June and employed Majestic Moments to help plan our wedding. I had no idea how to put together a wedding! Donna readily helped us to choose a venue by providing us with various options that met our criteria. All of the vendors that Donna recommended were wonderful and I'm so thankful I had her to help guide me along all the decisions that had to be made. Planning and putting together a wedding can be a really stressful experience. I don't know how I could have done it without her! In addition, she and her team were amazing on my wedding day. Everything was a seamless transition throughout the day (even though my ceremony space had to change three times because of the weather!). Donna and her staff at Majestic Moments were absolutely wonderful!!!! I got married on July 12, 2015, with a huge wedding party and tight schedule. Before the wedding Donna and I met and worked together to make a schedule to keep things organized. Donna listen to everything I was telling her, and was very attentive to my expectations for the day.

I knew finding a day of coordinator vendor would be one of my hardest decisions. I am a corporate event planner and very Type-A, to find a team to turn over the logistics of my big day to was not going to be easy for me. From the moment I placed an inquiry into Majestic Moments I was continually impressed. They responded almost instantaneously with a phone call and a Skype interview. The in-person interview was when I knew they were my perfect vendor. Their itineraries went down to a level of detail that I would do myself. They asked insightful questions, gave informed recommendations - they got my complete confidence in that meeting.
Even though I hired them for their day of services - they made themselves available to me via email and phone to recommend vendors, advise on contracts etc. They also did a site visit of my venue with me.
About 4 weeks out is when we got serious transitioning everything over into Diane's capable hands. She confirmed my vendors, created my timeline, ironed out last minute details, made a site visit the day before.
Our big day ran flawlessly due to the professional efforts of Diane, Tracy and Christine. They were beyond stellar! They had everything under control, on time and anticipated my every need/wish. My husband and I were able to be complete focused and present on our day - not worrying about the little details. I now recommend hiring a day of coordinator to any engaged person I chat with, and I always love talking about my experience with Majestic Moments Event Planning. I recommend them to EVERYONE!! This is the Groom by the way and I usually don’t write reviews but Donna and her staff (Christine and Tatiana) were amazing. From the first consultation she was on point I knew she was going to be good. She wanted to know the details of our bridal party, vendors, location etc. She made the Day-Of Timeline and was on point to every minute that day. If we were falling behind, she would politely let us know and tell us where we needed to be. She made sure that my wife was taken care of (which is the most important) all throughout the day. She took care of everything that needed to be at Addison Park (pictures, table cards, favors, etc.) that needed to be displayed for the guest. Even when my groomsmen complained they were hungry before the ceremony (because the guys were dropped off to the church first), Donna and the team arranged to have sandwiches at the party bus after the church ceremony. We didn’t even expect her to do all this until we came on the bus to 3trays of subs. I remember seeing Christine and Tatiana “guarding” the gift box throughout the reception which to me is important because you never know and cards could get lost/stolen etc.
We really appreciate her and the team. She worked really hard so we, as the celebrants, didn’t even have to think that day. You let her know what needs to be done and she will do it for you. I contacted Donna at Majestic Moments one month before my wedding when my first planner backed out leaving us high and dry with no flowers, cake or hair and makeup team. Donna called me back within 2 hours of my message and by the end of the day we had an appointment with a florist and a hair and makeup team. Donna, Diane and Nancy were all wonderful. They kept me at ease and helped my now husband and I so much that we were able to enjoy our wedding. They took care of everything. I had a little bridal party issue and These ladies helped me to keep things in perspective. I asked Donna a few times where their wings and halos were because these three women were my guardian angels that day. It may sound ridiculous but any woman that has planned a wedding and had some bridal party problems can agree that having someone take that stress off you is priceless. I can't say enough great things about these women. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know for event planning. My aunt throws a lot of parties and asked me for their card at the wedding because she was so impressed with their work. They are professional, yet personal. At no point did I feel like this was just a job for them. They made us feel like they were helping family not just a client. A job well done.
Donna and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! We had several unforeseen problems the day of my wedding and she handled it all swiftly and efficiently. I never had to stress about anything!
In particular, two hours before our ceremony was supposed to start, my husband learned that Men's Wearhouse gave him someone else's Tuxedo. Donna immediately took control of the situation and commanded the attention of Men's Warehouse. She had their employees jumping through hoops for my husband. She resolved the issue in under an hour.

Where do I begin. Majestic Moments Event Planning came recommended to me through a mutual friend who had only good things to say. Being a perfectionist I knew that on my big day, I wanted to have someone I could trust, to make sure the day went on without a glitch or at least no obvious glitches anyone would notice! Donna was easy to work with her first step was to give me realistic budget expectations, and to find the right vendors that both met the criteria I was looking for and fit in with the budget and size of our wedding. Before I had Donna I was beyond confused and overwhelmed with the amount of things that needed to be done. I was planning my wedding in 5 months and in my in-laws backyard.
Donna was amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. We highly recommend her! Her price was perfect and the package was well described. We loved our vendors and the event was a seamless experience from beginning to end. Donna served as a perfect liaison between the vendors and us, making sure they had all the relevant details and did what they were supposed to. She organized all the meetings with the vendors( who were all fantastic) and made the whole process fun and easy. Our guests are still talking about the caterer and delicious the jerk chicken. She held my hand throughout the entire process, and was always promptly responsive, understanding, and professional. She went above and beyond what was described in the package and attended to many details I never would have thought of. She made sure I was aware of everyones duties gave me a detailed timeline of what was supposed to happen and when. On the day of, Donna’s team of 5 people were with us every step of the way. Two with me at my parents home and three with my husband at his parents home. We never had to worry about a thing. I wouldn't have been able to do it without her and her team.
