I went to Donna Beth Creations to alter my wedding dress, and they did an incredible job. I loved the team I worked with, and they made my dress so that it worked with my body so well! They're a fun and professional team, and I would recommend them highly!

My one of friend's referred me to Donna Beth Creations and I couldn't be happier. I really loved their salon (so professional and well styled) I was happy with the alterations needed and found everyone at DBC friendly and willing to help me with my wedding dress (I was a bride who waited until two months prior to my wedding to get my dress altered.) I have since referred friends to DBC for their alteration needs.

I had a really positive experience with Donna Beth and my alterations appointments were something I looked forward to. Staff was really kind and most importantly they did an amazing job. My gown was perfect, they took care and altered my grandmother's veil I wore, and overall was great. Would recommend!

I live in the Denver area and was referred to Donna Beth by my sister-in-law who was recently married and had her dress altered here. I'm SO glad I didn't entrust my wedding dress alterations anywhere else. They tailored the dress to fit me absolutely perfectly. They were on-time, professional, and made my appointments very quick and easy to save me as much time as possible. Highly recommend! I would definitely go back in the future if I ever need formal dress alterations again.

I had purchased my dress while still living in San Diego so I was looking for a seamstress in Denver due to our recent move here. Donna Beth was recommended to me and I realized that they also offered vintage redesigns. This combo was just what I was looking for as I had my great-grandmothers 80 year old wedding dress & great-grandfathers suit coat that I was hoping to wear for my rehearsal dinner. This was so easy feat as many people wouldn't touch the dress as the fabric was so delicate and the dress was so small on me, I couldn't even try it on. The staff at Donna Beth were so confident in their ability to transform the dress to my rehearsal dinner outfit and BOY DID THEY! I was impressed when they were able to completely rework it to a two piece that actually fit me and their confidence (literally cutting the delicate fabric while still on me) blew me away. The final product was better than I could have asked for. I received so many compliments and it is truly such a unique piece. They also altered my wedding dress which didn't need much but it fit me like a GLOVE the day of my wedding. This was worth every penny IMO and I would not hesitate to trust them even with your most precious items.

I was HIGHLY unimpressed with Donna Beth. I had read mixed reviews and heard negative experiences from a friend. I called them to ensure positive experience and was talked into using Donna Beth. Everything went wrong at my last two appointments. My dress was WAY too short even though I had my heels since the first appointment. The front hem of my dress didn't touch the ground. At my wedding people kept commenting on my 'High to low' wedding dress. It was never supposed to be a 'high to low' dress, but Donna Beth had other plans. When I asked for this short hem to be fixed by last appointment it wasn't. When I complained about this at my last appointment I was told it was my fault because of changes I wanted to make to the dress. I also had a part of the top that I didn't like, I asked for this to be fixed at every single appointment and was told fashion glue would be the only fix. Spending over $1,000 you would hope for a real solution. At my last appointment I brought the fashion glue and asked the girl to show me how it works. Shockingly it didn't work. Using Donna Beth was truly the only thing I regret from my entire wedding. I hated my dress after finishing with Donna Beth. I left my last appointment in tears because of how un happy I was with my dress. No one at Donna Beth cared at all. Truly a terrible experience. I wish I had listened to all the one star reviews.

Donna Beth and Alejandro are truly amazing to work with. I had a forgettable traditional wedding dress shopping experience (some brides love it, it just wasn't for me), UNTIL I found Donna Beth and Alejandro. They made my experience so amazing and the vintage re-design they did of my mom's dressed turned out spectacular. Would highly recommend them!

Amazing! The team was able to complete my alterations in a very tight timeline, and they did so with ease and an attention to detail I really appreciated. There were appliqués to move at the hem, they made really great suggestions as to how to handle the shoulders, and they did a double French bustle which turned out beautifully. It is just a lovely shop with lovely people, especially Peter who assisted me at two of my fittings, and I can’t recommend them enough.

I went to Donna Beth with a BHLDN dress that needed alterations for my Sept 2022 wedding. Everyone that I encountered there were so friendly and felt genuinely excited for me. I changed my mind about taking my dress up from the bottom vs. at the waist because of the nature of the intricate beading. I called them in a panic after my first fitting because of my change of heart and they were completely understanding, put my mind at ease, and continued to deliver beautiful alterations! I felt so amazng in my dress!

My experience with Donna Beth was lovely and wonderful, and I can truly and honestly say that she is the best seamstress in the city of Denver for wedding dresses. She made sure that everything was absolutely perfect prior to my wedding day by adding in extra and additional appointments to make any and all changes that were needed, and she made several specific customizations to my dress that I asked for in order to make sure that it was exactly how I had envisioned it. The bustle was absolutely beautiful, and my gown fit like a glove. I cannot recommend her enough.

I felt so well taken care of at Donna Beth Creations throughout the multiple fittings and alterations to my wedding gown- at my last fitting I felt like the stomach area of the dress was a bit too tight due to being taken in at the bodice, and the team there helped alter the dress to make sure I felt comfortable and confident when I tried it back on for a last time before my wedding. Would recommend them for alterations to your wedding dress!

I was so beyond happy with Donna Beth Creations! The staff was super helpful, kind and very supportive and answered all of my questions. They listened to me if I felt like something wasn't fitting right and they helped create my dream dress right up until the week before the wedding!

I was recommended to Donna Beth Creations by Luv Bridal where I purchased my dress. I knew I wanted to use someone who was used to working with my designer and felt they would be a perfect fit! From start to finish they made my alterations a breeze. They are fast and efficient and so welcoming! My dress turned out absolutely perfect and fit amazing! You do have to pay up front so be prepared for that, but it did make future appointments a breeze. Would highly recommend!

Going to Donna Beth Creations for my wedding dress alterations was a great decision. They have such a welcoming space and those that work there were so kind and helpful! They explained the process well, answered all of my questions, and instilled in me trust that my perfect wedding dress was in good hands. At the end of my fittings, my dress fit like a glove. I haven’t found my dress yet but my sister got her dress altered at Donna Beth Creations studio. The shop is beautiful. There is a misconception that Donna will be the one doing all your alterations BUT for most sizing we were helped by Michele. Michele was super kind and knowledgeable. She treated my sister as if she was her best friend all while giving her professional opinion. She gave us pros and cons for each change and was also very transparent and truthful. She continuously asked my sister how she felt and held her hand through the process. The dress ended up fitting like a glove. We were happy with the experience and felt at home. You may not get Donna in your sizings but she has an amazing team and they will take good care of you! I will surely be returning.

I had a great experience having my wedding gown altered with Donna Beth! Everyone who helped me with my fittings was so sweet and did a great job assuring the perfect fit. I was nervous to have a strapless gown, but it ended up not being a problem at all! I appreciated their flexibility in letting me come in for an extra try-on after my hair and makeup trial to get the full effect. They also assured me they would be able to make any changes up until I picked it up, in case anything changed. On my wedding day, my dress was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to pick it up after getting it cleaned and preserved through them as well!

Wanted to love this place but I discovered pins in my dress and it was unfinished on the day of my wedding when I went to put it on. Payed almost 2000 for an unfinished dress do not go here.

I am so grateful that my wedding dress shop recommended Donna Beth! There is no better dress maker. They can truly do it all! Donna Beth worked on my dress the length of our nearly 2 year engagement, made me the perfect custom veil, and made tweaks so I could feel as confident as possible in my dress leading up to 3 weeks before my wedding. I felt absolutely beautiful at my wedding, the staff is kind and knowledgeable, the bridal studio is beautiful and perfectly decorated, and they won't let you walk out with your dress until you feel that it is perfect! I would not trust anyone else with my wedding dress and wish I could go to Donna Beth for every alteration need!

Donna Beth Creations was a great place to get my wedding dress alterations done. They pre-schedule your appointments on the first call which is helpful to know how the timing for the alterations will work out. Their space is very comfortable with large changing rooms so you can move around in your dress to make sure your dress fits like a glove. Other reviews made me nervous that my dress would be too tight, but I never experienced that in any of my fittings. I have heard horror stories on other dress fittings, and I was thankful that my experience was enjoyable and felt like everything went smoothly.

Could not have been happier with my experience with Donna Beth Creations. Not only is everyone so nice but they did an AMAZING job with my alterations. When you hand off your wedding dress, you are putting a lot of trust in that person/company. I had no doubts that my wedding dress was in good hands. They helped with figuring out how to tape the girls, undergarment options, the appointments were quick and easy, they were knowledgeable and every change that was made to the dress was perfect. I was so comfortable yet every inch of the dress fit me perfectly. Definitely worth the investment to know the work is going to be done right. As a point of reference, Davids bridal was going to charge me just shy of what I paid for DBC, and I feel like I would have had to lose sleep just to save a few bucks. Paying a tiny bit more is 1000% worth the peace of mind.

I used Donna Beth Creations to alter and customize my dress! They helped me add buttons all the way down the back of my dress as well as a belt. They also altered my rehearsal dinner jumper. They were wonderful to communicate with and held my dressed when I postponed my wedding!

Donna Beth did all my alterations for my wedding dress. They are extremely accommodating and made me feel absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day. Great people and business!

Highly recommend working with Donna! My dress turned out amazing - a small hem, tightening up straps and a bustle was all I needed. The French bustle turned out amazing - it fit completely with the vibe and lines of the dress. The hem was perfect - looks fabulous in all of my photos. My straps had me worried at first, but they didn't slip off at all during the festivities! They even let me try on the dress the final time during pickup so I could ensure the lines of my undergarments didn't show!

I used Donna Beth with the initial plan to have her just steam and press my gown after needing to fly with it to Colorado. Unfortunately, when I dropped off the dress, they discovered it was damaged. Ray worked very quickly to help me find a solution and save my dress and avoid catastrophe, all without me needing to come in and try it on which was impossible due to the crammed schedule of our wedding week. I'm really glad I trusted Donna Beth with my dress!

Donna Beth Creations did a great job on my dress! I had to buy a dress off the rack due to time constraints so, needless to say, it was nowhere near my size. The team was able to reconstruct the top to fit me perfectly, as well as remove and replace a terrible jeweled belt stitched into the dress. They also made me a simple yet beautiful custom veil to match. The number of fittings was totally worth it to get the exact dress I wanted!

Donna Beth Completely SAVED my Veil! I bought a really beautiful and intricate cathedral length veil from a bridal boutique. When I purchased it, I asked them to customize it into a drop veil. When i picked up the veil a few months later, it was not at all what I envisioned and was completely ruined. I already had a terrible experience with my wedding dress and had to buy an entirely new dress, at a different boutique, off the rack. When I purchased my new and beautiful dress, the boutique told me to go see Donna Beth. When I walked into their studio two months from my wedding with a completely botched veil and a dress that was three sizes too large, I was completely dejected and totally overwhelmed with stress. They immediately calmed me down and started discussing solutions to my predicament. While they were pinning me in my dress, they took my veil and analyzed it. They brought various tulle options for me and showed me exactly when my veil would look like when finished. They assured me they would be able to removed all of the appliqué and apply it to the new tulle! They worked so well with me getting my dress a week earlier than planned and fit me in for extra alterations when things were not fitting me exactly as I thought they should! When I picked up my veil and wedding dress two months later, everything was PERFECT! The dress and veil were exactly as I imagined them! The dress fit me like it had been made for me and my veil was an absolute dream! I cannot even compare it to what I had originally brought them! Donna Beth Saved my veil and my dress! I cannot recommend them enough to a bride who is in need of peace of mind, a calm atmosphere, and the best alterations in the area!

I really hate leaving this review, as I was really optimistic when I started the process, but ultimately my dress was a disaster on my wedding day. We paid around $700 for alterations. Obviously getting married and wearing a wedding dress is every woman's dream. Wearing my dress was a nightmare. What should have been 3 fittings ending up being 6, and alterations were still being done the day I was scheduled to leave for my wedding. I was told to just use double sided tape to make the dress fit.. I'm sorry. But after $700 in alterations, I shouldn't be using double sided tape to make my dress stayed in place. The dress was taken in way too much, almost to the point that I couldn't breathe, and it looked awful. It was hugging in all the places that it shouldn't be hugging. I had dreamt about this day all my life, and when I put my dress on for my destination wedding I wanted to cry. It was awful. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up taking the dress off after the ceremony. The dress easy way too tight, and the way it was taken in and let out made a side boob appear in the boob area, and it created massive creases underneath the front bodice. My straps also did not stay in place. It was a disaster. I read reviews about this happening, but decided to go with my gut and was confident they would do a good job. And boy was I wrong. I would not recommend going here to anyone. The dress I bought looked better just being clipped at the bridal salon I purchased it from rather than spending $700 on alterations. I also wrote them two emails with no response at all with pictures to back up my statements and no one ever responded or acknowledged receiving the email. Very unprofessional. I would not go here ever again nor would I recommend anyone to go here. There is probably a reason they only accept cash or check up front, so that you can't make a claim on your credit card. It was an awful experience.

I was recommended to get my dress tailored at Donna Beth Creations from BHLDN in Cherry Creek, where I purchased my dress. DB Creations is a cute little spot, nice and professional employees. I also chose this place because of all the great reviews. I noticed on my wedding day that there was a noticeable gap between the straps and my upper chest area, a bit above the armpit. The dress was not laying smoothly on my shoulders/chest This was NOT due to poor steaming as I steamed alllllll the wrinkles out of my dress after traveling with it! This was not because of my bra, I used the same sticky bra on my wedding day that I used at all my fittings. This was not due to weight loss either. I'm petite and can't imagine losing an inch off my chest between my last fitting and wedding day! Proceed with caution and make sure you have double sided tape on your wedding day :) Its unfortunate I cannot stop noticing the ill tailored dress in my photos.

Donna Beth & her team were amazing! She was recommended by the bridal salon where I purchased my dress and I could not be happier with their work! Our original wedding plans got cancelled because of COVID and she was nothing but supportive and understanding. In the interim between our two weddings, she gave us a full refund. I definitely wanted to see her again for the alterations and she was very punctual and willing to work with our shortened timeline. I was still able to have 3 fittings and each time she was very efficient and attentive. My dress was an absolute dream! It fit perfectly and was so comfortable I could walk, dance, move in it all night without any issues! -- Thank you!

Donna beth did such an amazing job making my dress & veil vision come to life!! I originally picked my dress in Dallas and planned to do all my alterations there, but when COVID hit, I didn't want to travel back for my final few changes. I found Donna Beth based on a couple recommendations from friends and I am so happy I did! they were a little pricier than my original plans, but it was well worth it. I wanted to add some lace to the train and they created the most beautiful train! I even had some extra lace, so they helped me create a custom cathedral veil and it was absolutely breathtaking! I plan to visit them again to get my dress altered into a cocktail dress that I can wear again. I would highly recommend them.

I got my dress from Brilliant Bridal and was referred here. Everyone that I worked with was amazing. My appointments were always timely, and I felt like I had enough time to enjoy my dress when I went by myself or with friends. I appreciated all of the consultants attention to detail, excitement for me and willingness to help take pictures for my family when I went alone. I bought my wedding dress from BHLDN and was referred by them to Donna Beth Creations. I'm so glad I got this referral. Donna Beth's team expertly sewed in cups and created the most beautiful French bustle. The bustle highlighted and preserved the delicate lace edging on the hem of my dress, and it was super easy for my maid of honor to do. The team is also easy to work with and clearly communicates dates and reminders for fittings. I felt confident that I was in expert hands. I think this company is worth the money!

I was referred to Donna Beth Creations from my bridal shop and so glad I went there! First of all her space is huge and gorgeous. Each appointment I felt more and more beautiful in my gown, it looked incredible! I also had to postpone my wedding due to covid and they were so sweet and accommodating - held on to my dress for 5 extra months. This dress fit me like a glove and definitely looked like a "made for me" dress! Just gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Donna did an amazing job altering my wedding dress. She offered excellent advice and guidance. She was prompt and on time every step of the way. The bustle she created was so easy on the day of my wedding. I bought my dress off the rack, and they did an excellent job cleaning it up before my big day.

I chose Donna Beth Creations for alterations based on a recommendation from my Chicago Bridal Salon. I was nervous about timing to get my dress in time but Donna Beth was so quick! My first fitting was only 20 minutes and we went through all the changes to make on the dress. Donna is an expert at this and it shows! She knew exactly where to take in and out and how to modify the dress to ensure it fit the right way. The second fitting was only 10 minutes and that was the last one! Donna did a fantastic job altering my dress to look absolutely perfect on me. The alterations cost slightly more than I was hoping to pay but the alteration quality made up for it. Donna is a one of a kind person. She is very punctual, and gets things done in a timely manner. Everything about Donna Beth Creations is easy, and worth the money. She is able to explain your options clearly, and the end product is always of amazing quality. She did two bridesmaid dresses for other weddings and my own wedding dress. When my wedding dress was ordered too small (every bride's worst nightmare), she was able to make it so I could breathe. All of her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Amazing experience! Was able to get my Mother’s veil altered to match my dress and she happened to have the exact lace that was on my mother’s veil from 1990! It turned out beautifully as did the dress!

Donna is amazing! I wanted to re-design my mom's wedding dress that is over 30 years old and I only had a few ideas of what I wanted to do. I came in to try it on and show pictures of a few ideas I had in mind. Donna goes over all my possibilities and gives you her best feedback. I had 4 different appointments, and it took about 9 months from start to finish. Each appointment I got to see my dress' progress and it was so cool to watch it evolve. Donna made sure the dress was on time and I had no issues throughout my experience. Needless to say, my mom's dress turned out beautiful and was really modernized. It was a special experience and Donna and her staff made it a positive one. I highly recommend!

Never let her touch your dress, she has ruined my dress, my wedding and after I contacted her she hasn't even have the audacity to respond. She left safety pins at my dress and didn't do agreed work, I can't believe she can continue be in business.

I brought my dress to Donna Beth because I had bought my dress is Maine and needed to have it altered in Colorado where I live. This alterations place is in the nicest part of Denver, so I was hopeful it would be great. My initial visit to Donna Beth was pleasant, however it seemed early. My wedding was in June and she had me come in in November for my first fitting. Then, when I went back for my second fitting in February, almost NONE of the alterations had been completed. My dress was getting a considerable amount of work done because of how the top fit, and when I arrived in February it had been shortened and the bustle had been done but that was it. Most people say the length should be the last thing done since if you change any straps that will affect the length. Then, when I went back again in March, the dress was pulling in the chest and not quite right. I had not gained or lost any weight since my initial fitting. Ultimately, when I went back two more times, the dress was still not right. When I brought it home, I noticed stitching was already coming undone, it was still pulling, my dress had been stained with a faint black line across the back and the quality of work was very, very poor. Ultimately, I had to bring my dress to someone else who did their best to repair what had been done and improve my dress, but there was no fixing all of it. Additionally, the dress on the whole did not turn out how I had envisioned it. I called Donna and she was kind enough to give me a refund for all of the work that had been done that I was unhappy with, however with the initial price of my alterations being over $700 dollars, I had a certain expectation that the work would have been of much higher quality and perfect. I would not recommend this salon.

Donna did an incredible job altering my wedding dress, and she is just the sweetest! It’s always nerve-wracking to imagine someone cutting into your precious once-in-a-lifetime dress, but she did so with such precision and care. My dress fit absolutely perfectly!!

I went to Donna Beth Creations for my wedding dress alterations. I heard from others in the Denver area that there was simply nobody better than Donna Beth. My dress was fairly detailed with a ton of lacee, so it was very important to me to find a seamstress that knew what they were doing and could handle the job. From the very first moment at Donna Beth, I felt like I was in good hands. Each alteration session I went to, my dress just looked better and better. They were very professional and respectful, paying attention to my needs and how I wanted my dress to look as opposed to what they thought it should look like. The bustle work was so intricate and detailed, it was exceptionally beautiful. It’s definitely pricey as far as alterations go, but I felt that it was worth it. It is worth noting that Donna Beth books out super far in advance, so if you want to have your alterations done by her, you should reach out to her no later than nine months before your wedding.
