look which Donna nailed during our trial. I booked Donna for for myself and 8 of my bridesmaids, our makeup lasted all night and some of my girls even wore the eye makeup the next day to our brush. Donna was sweet, kind , and most importantly listened to exactly what I wanted for my wedding. I would recommend Donna to all future brides.

he time of contract signing, Donna was given the number of clients and the venue location. Our final agreed upon arrival time was 9am, which was confirmed in July 2022. The afternoon before our wedding I was informed that they would be an hour late, with a planned arrival time of 10:00-10:15am due to transportation issues. I was assured that we would still be finished by 2pm. I reminded her of our agreed upon 9am start time and she agreed to send her first hair stylist to the location at 9am although Donna and the second stylist, Jen, would be late. The first stylist Amy was on time and ready to start hair at 9am, but we soon realized something was wrong when she began to doze off while styling the girl’s hair and took multiple breaks and trips to the bathroom, which made much more sense when one of my bridesmaids saw her pouring vodka into her travel coffee mug. At this point Amy was visibly intoxicated and incapable of doing her job. There was no direct communication to me from Donna or Jen that morning, and they did not arrive and start their services at the venue until approximately 11am (one hour after their already late ETA, two hours after the contracted start time). Donna ended up having to call an Uber/Lyft for Amy and sending her home because she was unable to do her job. Once they arrived, Donna and her second stylist Jen were professional and quick. They did a great job on everyone’s hair and makeup and everyone was finished by 2pm despite having to redo every style that Amy had attempted earlier. Donna claimed she was late because the “venue was further away than she thought”, which is an unacceptable excuse in todays age of technology considering that she was aware of the location of the venue from the signing of our contract last year. At 2pm, after our hair and makeup was complete, Donna calculated the total of the services with no breakdown of cost. I did not question the price and promptly paid her the amount she requested because at this point I just wanted them to leave so that we could continue on with our day. I tipped her and Jen despite the events of the day because all of the girls did look great and Donna did finish on time as promised. She then “apologized for causing me stress” and left. I received a text message from Donna the next morning apologizing for being late and informing me that Amy had been removed from the company. She asked for photos of the girls hair and makeup styles and refunded me $100 for the trouble, less than 4% of what I paid including tip. Needless to say, I did not answer her message. I would not want any other bride to have to experience this level of unprofessionalism. While Donna and Jen did a great job once they arrived, they created an unnecessarily stressful environment for the morning. As a wedding vendor, Donna has no respect for her clients time and was difficult to deal with throughout the entire process (she was late to my trial and rushed through the process then as well). If you are flexible with your timeline, you may not have a problem, otherwise I would look elsewhere for a more reliable team.

er since I don't wear a lot of makeup. Day of, they were so much fun and put on some fun music to lighten the mood. They were chatting with us all day and really made it a fun time instead of a nervous/anxious time. They did me, my sister, and my mom, and all 3 of us had different desires and Donna and Christine made sure we were all happy with our looks. I was able to be fully confident in how I looked on my wedding day thanks to them!

up for myself and my bridesmaids, and even gave a little to my daughters to make them feel special! Jen did a fantastic job on our hair as well, even my 6 year old who can’t sit still! The conversation was relaxed and comfortable, and made a stressful morning much more fun! I highly recommend working with them!

touch ups done on their hair. One of the hair stylists waited until after photos with the girls and until I was in my dress so she could help pit on my veil. She even showed the girls how they would take it out. Also, throughout the tone before the wedding Donna was just a text away. She ALWAYS answered me no matter how silly my questions. All in all, I highly recommend Donna and her team as stylists for everyone’s dream wedding!

Donna is equally as pleasant and personable as she is talented. She will always put you at ease and treats you like a friend. As I said, 5 stars simply are not enough. None better than Donna Lance.

icture I took that day which, for me, is very rare lol. The wedding was planned very quickly and I had actually forgotten to book my makeup until 4 days before the wedding. Donna happily accommodated me and got my makeup done quickly on the big day to accommodate my hectic schedule. I will ALWAYS book Donna for my big events! Thank YOU Donna!!

my bridal party and 2 flower girls. They were SO great with the kids! Prices are great too. We got compliments all night about how beautiful hair and makeup looked, and it really stayed all together all day and though the night. Could not recommend them any higher. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank you Donna and Jen!

ke up and were able to enhance all of their beauty while still having them look like them! Donna and Jen are quick with their work and worked on 5 bridesmaids, 1 mother of the bride, and the bride in about two hours! I would highly recommend using them, and can see myself using them again!

say enough good things about Gloria (makeup) and Christine (hair). I felt like the most beautiful bride in the world after these two worked their magic on me! My bridesmaids all loved their look and we stayed perfectly on time. Definitely would recommend Donna or her team to anyone!

you usually wear, asks you for pinterest images of girls make up you like, makes you a better version of self both at the trial and the day of, and always checks in to see if like or not or if want less or more. The day of the wedding she came early, brought tunes, straws so we didn’t ruin our lip gloss, and touch up bag., My sister found Donna online for her wedding. Donna did such a beautiful job for my sis, mom, and sis’s bridemaids at my sis’s wedding that I asked Donna if she would do mine to which she said yes and I was so lucky, grateful, and thankful for. I would work with her again and would recommend her to anyone I know. If only she could pop out of my makeup bag every day ;).
