rror on their end regarding the sizes they offered. After a back and forth battle with such unknowledgeable and rude employees, NOTHING was done to help me. I had to call them several times before someone would actually allow me to speak to anyone in their customer service department other than the girl just answering their phones. Instead I was told that I could only send out an email, which never even got addressed. I had to continue calling them on a daily basis and I was finally told that NOTHING could be done to help me since I was not considered an existing client (meaning no order has yet been placed). No order had yet been placed due to them telling me they no longer carried anything over a size 18. The only reason I found out of this change was because I inquired about a size that was not on their list of offered sizes and measurements. The employees at Donna Morgan have no customer service skills, are NOT knowledgeable about their company or products, they do not own up to their mistakes, nor do they make things right for their customers. Their company mission statement is to design dresses that are flattering for women. However, anything over a size 18 is not considered flattering. This company is discriminatory towards plus size women. How do you expect to make bridal dresses when bridal parties are made up of all shapes and sizes. Please do not waste your time and go with a different designer, or else you will regret that you ever did business with such a TERRIBLE company like this one.

I couldn't figure out what was hurting so much until I took the dress off and had two large areas of cuts bleeding on my chest from 6 SHARP PLASTIC PRONGS that had been scratching into my chest the whole night! I was very uncomfortable, and still have scars months later. I expected Donna Morgan to respond when I let them know about the problem with their dress, but Customer Service refused to acknowledge my complaints. Trust me - you do NOT want to have a wardrobe malfunction as bad as this on your wedding day, for yourself, your bridesmaids, your mom, or anyone!
