I used her for my daughters 10 year photoshoot. I messaged her in JANUARY and my daughters birthday is in MAY. I ask how much, she stated $350. Didn't specify that that was only for the photoshoot itself. I paid her in FEB the 350$. Our shoot was April 16th and she PROMISED me I would have something to display for my daughters party, May 7th. After the shoot, she messages me saying she has something special she wants to do. Not implying that I would need to pay for it although she wanted to do it. She then pressures me into purchasing framed photos after telling her more than twice I didn't want anything but the drive with the photos, she wouldnt take no for an answer. I then never hear from her again until I reach out in June, she says shes been sick for a month, but that whole time was still posting shoots she had done. I ask her where my pics are and she then says my balance is over $1,200. I tell her again, I just want the pictures nothing else. She responded that my balance would then be $5,265 to get my daughters pictures. I do not recommend her to my worst enemy, this is ridiculous and she should be ashamed and embarrassed!!!!

This woman is a scam artist and thief. She charged my sister $395 for a session and never gave her her prints. 3 months later after ignoring her messages about her prints that she took of her daughter for her birthday, she told her it would cost over $5,000 to release the prints to her. She was charging her $195 per picture. She never gave her any of the photos and is now holding the prints hostage and won’t return her money. She never told her that the photos would cost this ridiculous amount and has taken away a special moment forever that my sister can’t get back. She needs to return my sisters money since she is trying to overcharge her for the prints. She is an absolute nightmare or a woman. Go elsewhere.

Shanna is very professional, extremely talented and will go the extra mile to be sure you have a photo shoot you are happy with! Highly recommend!
