This allowed him to catch the raw emotions of the night which made for some great laughs and memories my husband and I will cherish forever. It is so breath taking, heartwarming, captivating.... it had us crying and then laughing!!! The transition from one thing into the other.... we just kept holding our breath!! The mother/son and father/daughter dances.... oh my goodness, they are truly the most beautiful parts of the video!! Most importantly, and most special to us.... how Mr. Rob transitioned into our song of "Love Will Keep Us Alive" with the shots of us getting our pictures taken outside.. and to even incorporate us walking from our "Barefeet" to us walking down the aisle!!!! And then he focused on our most special dance... There are no words of gratitude to express just how much this hour long video means to my husband and I. Rob not only portrayed perfectly who we are, what our wedding represented.. but he captured our love story. Thank you just isn't even enough!!!! Rob Cross was the best videographer, friend and true "Uncle Rob" that we could have had beside us during our entire engagement process and wedding!!!

He designs your video for WHO you really are and in the end, you find a friend, not just a videographer. Now, let me tell you, my wedding was partly a disaster. My original outdoor venue flooded 2 days before the ceremony and we were scrambling to plan everything from Houston for the wedding in Austin. After the wedding was over, I was so sure that my wedding was such a mess that there was no way that he could've caputured anything but me running around and stressed out and the drama that I dealt with. When we received our wedding video, I was in tears. It was beautiful. He captured the most special moments, even in the midst of the crazy, and made them shine. I felt like I was about to stand in my wedding again and I was falling in love with my husband all over again. He protrayed my wedding, really, the way I wanted it. He is so talented. You can tell that he took care and time into the actual video and it was almost like you designed it for yourself. It's hard to explain! Do your future self a favor and get him. mes and I were married at Agave Real on January 30, 2016. Rob come highly recommended by the venue. Actually.. he came highly recommended by pretty much every venue we looked at prior to Agave. We first met Rob and his beautiful wife Franca at an Agave Estates open house. Prior to the open house I wasn't even sure we were going to higher a Videographer due to cost, but OH MY GOSH are we glad we did!!! Rob and Franca were simply wonderful and such a pleasure to talk to. After just a few minutes of talking with them it was evident that this was something Rob truly loved and was passionate about . He genuinely cares about the families he works with. He immediately made us feel like family and that was it for me! Rob called me several times prior to the wedding to see how I was holding up and how all of the wedding plans were coming along. He even called my mom to help calm her nerves!! He showed up several hours before the wedding and spent most of his time jumping back and forth between the Grooms Quarters and Bridal Suit to capture all of the pre-wedding excitement. He was engaged with the entire bridal party and family. He made us laugh and kept everything lively, heartfelt, and at some points downright hilarious!! He did the same at the reception and the video of the ceremony was so beautiful! We were also lucky enough to have his son Alex as our Photographer and the two of them together was amazing! We were so impressed with Rob that we suggested him to my brother who got married this May. While Rob wasn't able to do the Videography for their wedding due to booking, they were SO happy with the crew he scheduled for them. Basically, you can't go wrong with Rob or any of his team! If you are still on the fence or looking for the right person to capture one of the most important days of your life, Rob and his crew are it!! I know when you are looking at the price that it may be something you are hesitant to spend money on but trust me this is one thing you must absolutely have at your wedding. I watched my video for the first time with my husband and was in tears about how well Rob was able to capture the essence of the day! Like all the other reviews are saying he is amazing and this is something that you will not regret having to look back on when you and your husband are 50 sitting on the front porch sipping iced tea pulling it out to show your grandkids. (having to explain to them what a DVD is I'm sure) This was the best investment of my whole wedding by far and Rob is the perfect guy to do that! f our vendors were great- Rob was PHENOMENAL! I didn’t meet him until the day of the wedding, but man by the time we met face to face it was like I’d known him my whole life. I highly recommend trying out one of his side dishes as well- we did “Backstage” – he got a “Backstage” pass to the craziness of our big day. It was awesome to see the pre-wedding craziness, the beautiful wedding ceremony, and the fun and wild reception. I loved the entire way Rob put the show together! Part of what I love about the “Backstage” was to see how different the guys prep was to the women’s prep. If you are a bit hesitant toward getting a videographer (like I was) Rob is totally worth every penny. Your day will totally FLY by and it is completely worth it to have Rob there to capture the whole thing. There were things he captured for me in the video that I missed the day of the wedding- either because I was changing into a reception dress or I was in the photobooth with my friends. Even still- the first time I watched the video it was like reliving my wedding all over again. I was so nervous with how the video was going to turn out, but honestly, I don’t think anyone could have done it better. The way he handles the camera and just talks to you makes it seem like you are in the moment and reliving the event. I don’t even know how to describe it- watch some of the videos posted online! Not only is he completely charming and a joy to have at the wedding, but his editing of your video, the music he uses, etc is totally worth it! As for the entire process before the wedding, Rob was so awesome to work with! He called to check up during the process, and called the week of the wedding to see how I was doing and told me not to stress and was very prompt by email on any questions I had. He even called me while he was in Mexico! They were by far our favorite out of anyone else! For instance, it rained for a week straight before our outdoor wedding and my husband was yelling at his groomsmen a lot of the time. Was that in the video? No. And I didn't need to tell him to remove it. You don't have to worry about anything with Rob. He's an expert. My video makes my wedding look FLAWLESS. Every woman's dream memory.

Even years down the road after we have lost loved ones and aged we have this beautiful memory we can visit. Rob is the best professionally and personally. He is passionate about what he does and it comes through in his work. He was always checking in with me to see how I was and was the first to contact me with questions about my preferences. Everybody at the wedding LOVED him and remarked on how nice he was. Honestly, he blended in so well with the guests that I didn't even feel like I had a camera in my face, but he still managed to capture everything. Rob feels like family now and he will be included in everything we celebrate throughout our marriage. I can't imagine why you are even searching for another videographer after finding this one. Don't make the mistake of going with someone else. Rob is the best! My husband was joking just last night that Rob has made me cry more times throughout our wedding video than my husband has witnessed throughout our entire relationship. My wedding day will always hold a special place in my heart and by default so will Rob Cross, because he so beautifully captured what I simply cannot put into words. I am almost in tears again writing this when I think about everything he captured for us. I thought I had dozens of sweet memories of my wedding day (which I did) but seeing our video for the first time really made me realize how much I would have missed without it. I just attended my best friend's wedding who did not have a videographer and I know she is going to regret not hiring Rob after seeing ours. If I could give advice to any bride it would be to find a way to make it work and hire ROB CROSS!! You won't regret it!!

Rob made our day smooth sailing, he made us laugh all day, and eased our nerves with his constant charisma and joy! Leading up to the wedding, Rob would call me randomly just to check up on me and make sure everything was going well! Rob always has the camera on his shoulder but you never really noticed it because he would just hold a regular conversation with you and ask you questions regarding the big day and made it feel as though you weren't being recorded! Rob was so much fun and got along with everyone, and made us all feel like he was our best friend. He even got on the dance floor and danced with us! He was in all of the right places at all of the right times! We couldn't stop talking about how awesome he and our photographer (Alexander Cross) were during our entire honeymoon! ve ever met. We decided to go with Rob because he was the videographer for my husband's cousin's wedding. My husband had showed me their wedding website and the video that Rob had created for them. I did not attend their wedding, but WOW after watching their video I sure did feel like it. When you book Rob, you will realize that he becomes more of a friend rather than just another vendor for your wedding day. He is literally there ALL DAY capturing every moment from getting ready, to the sparkler send off at the end of the day. He nonchalantly interviews the wedding party, friends and family throughout the whole day. Everybody that I talked to that day had NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT ROB. After the big day, you send all of your pictures from the photographer to Rob. He incorporates those photos into the finished wedding video. After you have given him your photos, it takes a couple months for him to finish the entire video. BUT let me tell you, the wedding video was SO worth the wait. HE EVEN CREATES A WEBSITE AND PUBLISHES THE VIDEO ON IT. My husband and I cannot believe that we can actually relive the most special day in our lives. I also have a bunch of family in Canada that were not able to attend and I'm absolutely pleased and excited that they will be able to feel like they were there. He manages to capture every detail and makes it into a beautiful video! I really can't enough about the video that he made for us. It was amazing! I got to see things that I missed or didn't remember. I laughed and cried. It was truly a blessing to have him for our videographer. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be there to capture our wedding!

g is great. He captures all the wonderful moments from getting ready, to the ceremony, to the reception, and the exit. Half of the time you wouldn't even know he was filming. He does an amazing job of getting everything in action..not just people giving advice to the bride and groom on camera. AMAZING! When we got our wedding video my husband and I watched it 3 times that night. It is so awesome to see the things that he captures...and a lot of it we never even knew was going on because we were so busy. His work is so amazing we hired him again to do my brothers wedding. Once again he did an amazing job. Anyone that is thinking about having a videographer for their wedding will not be disappointed with Rob!!

It truly makes the video that much more special to us. His editing of the video is SO impressive. You feel as though you’re reliving the wedding each time you watch the video. All of the special moments and the memorable ‘behind the scenes’ events are captured perfectly. Rob was always extremely accessible and professional. He was such a joy to work with, completely stress-free! Weddings aren’t cheap, but this is one expense we will never ever regret spending. y husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE our video. Even after only six months, we had forgotten some of the things that happened but Rob captured them all and you can't put a price on that (if you did, it should be for a heck of a lot more than he charges)! No kidding. I was one of those brides that was super budget-conscious (what bride isn't) but let me tell you - there are three things you don't want to cut corners on: 1) your videographer 2) your photographer 3) your DJ/Band. Your music keeps everyone entertained and makes it memorable for your guests but your video and photos are ALL, I repeat, ALL you will have left once time passes and the memories fade. The photos are great because you can reminisce or spark memories when looking through them but with the video, you GET TO RELIVE IT! Why wouldn't you want to be able to do that? It is the biggest day of your life and after spending so much money on flowers that die, food and cake that get eaten, a dress you'll never wear again...the list goes on for days...WHY on Earth would you not want anything and everything possible to remember and cherish such a special day and all the hard work you put into it?! Rob is THE ONLY way to go. I got one of his Side Dishes - the Backstage Pass one where he comes early to get footage and interviews of everyone getting ready and it was amazing. Rob got such special interviews/nerves/excitement from everyone and I cannot express into words how special that is. Seeing your nervous groom, teary-eyed mom and dad, your own excitement...it's amazing. When Joseph (my husband) and I were watching our video, we replayed parts 5-10 times cracking up at people and had a blast getting to relive our big day. I can only imagine how much more amazing it will be when we get to relive it years down the road when the memories are a little bit harder to recall. We cannot thank Rob enough for being absolutely wonderful - both at his job and as a genuinely great person. He seriously treats you like family and makes you feel like you are the only thing important to him when he is with you and that is not something that you can fake. He called a few weeks before the wedding, not for business or to collect money but just to see how I was and to remind me to take it one day at a time and to enjoy every last minute no matter how stressful because it goes by in the blink of an eye and he was SO right. But really, WHO ELSE DOES THAT?! I had friends and family that didn't do that! He barely knew me yet knew exactly what I needed and what to say and there are no words to express how much that means to a crazy, stressed-out bride. If I had to go back, there would be certain things I would change about my wedding but Rob would make my list of things to keep every. single. time. I want EVERYONE to have the opportunity to get him as their videographer because I feel truly blessed to have come across him and to not only have an absolutely perfect video that will be cherished FOREVER, but a great friend out of the deal. If you are on the fence about videographers or have no idea who to get or even if you aren't sure if you need one, STOP what you are doing and book him RIGHT NOW. You will never, ever regret it.

I was so nervous about being on camera, but you don't even know he is videotaping, it just seems like he is holding a conversation with you. All of my guests were very impressed and had no problem opening up to him, which made for a funny and wonderful video memory. He joined in the fun of the reception and made our day even more special. I highly recommend Rob! Don't get married without him! Even if you don't think you will want a video later, trust me you will. It is amazing to see everything from another's perspective!
