Naz and Scott (our day of video team) were incredibly personable and professional making our experience so fun and easy! Elisabeth and Naz did an amazing job editing and picking the best content for both the highlight and full video and were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. The full Dorosh team is extremely talented and we cannot thank them enough for allowing us to continue to enjoy our day for many years to come.

If you are trying to decide if you need a videographer for your wedding, you DO and you NEED to choose Dorosh Documentaries. Elisabeth and Naz arrived once we started to get ready and were very professional and fun during filming. It felt like they weren’t there which encouraged us to be more natural, which was very helpful since neither of us like being the center of attention. They helped to perfect each scene by providing cues and feedback to improve the shot. They also collaborated extremely well with our photographer (Kayla Lynn Photos) through shared ideas and made sure they did not get in each other’s way. Having these two capture the day was well worth every penny and seeing the documentaries they produced is absolutely priceless. They created a beautiful and emotional highlight (~6 mins) and full-length video (1.5 hours) that has perfect audio and visual clarity. All of the important moments of the day were forever captured in these beautifully created films. We are beyond thankful to have had Elizabeth and Naz on our wedding day, they will be cherished forever.

Booking Elisabeth and Nazari for our wedding videography was hands down one of the best decisions we could have made! I originally came across them online, and after our planner confirmed they were a fantastic choice, I got on the phone with Elisabeth and was instantly sold by how genuinely excited she was to hear about our story, and how incredibly easy she made the entire process sound. From that one call alone I was put so much at ease that I didn't even speak with any other video vendors - I was sold! When the actual weekend came, Elisabeth and Naz were beyond wonderful! I realize that I keep wanting to write about how incredible they are as people and how fantastic it is to have their energy around, which is maybe because it's already clear by looking at their work how incredibly talented they are! I had some specific preferences when it came to parts of the video, and they were not only super accommodating, but also did a great job educating me on how everything worked, right down to the microphones for the ceremony. They truly helped keep us at ease and having fun the entire weekend, and we are THRILLED with the end product. Not to mention, they sent us our trailer film less than 24 hours after the event, even after we insisted that it was fine to wait a few extra days since they had a long commute home. In sum, the Dorosh team brings everything you could want in a wedding videographer (including amazing drone footage!!), and I only wish we lived closer and had other events coming up so we could work them again!

When it comes to choosing people to capture your big day.. there are tons of options out there. In my opinion, the perfect wedding media person has to have two main qualities. First, they have to be technically sound. They have to own the right equipment, and maximize its potential. Second, they have to have a great personality and a sense of professionalism. I am not exaggerating when I say Naz and Lis absolutely have both. They are experts at all things poses, angles, amazing drone shots, capturing the moment, being discrete, the list goes on and on BUT they are also incredibly supportive, energetic, organized, and great with communication. They are so talented at being the perfect balance of decisive, but not controlling and excited, but not overwhelming or stressful. I am not a model, never have been, never will be. But on your big day, your wedding day “look” feels perfect. However, you get behind the camera and you start second guessing if someone is really going to be able to capture the footage that you want. As we were taking shots outside at the reception, Naz was screaming (literally, shouting) “I LOVE THIS SHOT!!! YOU GUYS LOOK AMAZING!! THIS LIGHTING IS INCREDIBLE!!” And whether we actually did, in fact, look “amazing” in that exact shot or not, I’ll never know. But what I do know is I felt absolutely at ease and confident knowing that he had a plan to capture our day in a way that would turn into something beautiful that I could keep and watch forever. (P.S. My video surpassed ALL my expectations!) They had previously captured my sister's wedding and I knew I had to have them available for mine. Choosing Naz and Lis to capture video footage at my wedding was the best decision. These two are genuinely good people, and they are excellent at what they do. They are professional, and they deliver when they said they will. Make the investment in Naz and Lis and watch all of your wedding video dreams come true, you will not regret it!!

From our first email exchange to receiving our wedding video, Dorosh Documentaries exceeded any expectation we had. Where to begin…… 2016 was my first experience with Dorosh Documentaries. My sister chose them to film her wedding. They were efficient, pleasant and very respectful of capturing the day while remaining invisible to my sister, the bridal party and even the guests. I watched my sister and brother-in-law’s wedding video countless times; I could NOT stop watching it – each time it got better and caused more chills to overtake my body! The moment I saw their wedding day come to life in the video, I knew without question, that whenever my wedding day came, Dorosh Documentaries HAD to be the videographer and photographer. Fast-forward 2 years… the minute I got engaged, the first people I wanted to contact after my family, were Elisabeth and Nazari! They were absolutely amazing throughout the entire experience. All of the planning and logistics can be overwhelming, but they are so organized and pleasantly on top of everything. They really put my mind at ease and were beyond helpful with the timeline of the day. There was a special song I wanted to use for our video and they made it happen. They had to put in extra work (contact the artist, get permission etc) in order for me to get my wish, but they did so happily and willingly. One of the first decisions that we made for our wedding was that we wanted to capture our special day with a video, and our first choice was Dorosh Documentaries after we watched some of their other wedding videos. They create videos that capture every emotion and feeling of the day, and they got moments that we didn’t even notice. "That is a God given talent" was my mother in law's first reaction to the way the Dorosh Documentaries beautifully captured our wedding day. Nazari Dorosh and Elizabeth Dorosh were so professional throughout the entire process! I actually went to college with Nazari and always knew he was a fantastic storyteller and videographer, so I hired him as a freelancer for a former job and he knocked it out of the park. ...but when he was capturing my big day, it was another level!!! Lis and Nazari are the dream pair to work with. They somehow manage to be super professional and get all the perfect shots while also taking the time to make everyone feel comfortable, happy, and beautiful. We could write books about them!! We knew we wanted a wedding video to capture our day, but I was concerned that I would feel awkward being recorded or find myself looking at the camera and it wouldn’t feel natural. Honestly, I never once felt Naz’s presence. He has an amazing ability to capture EVERY moment while making himself nearly invisible. There were so many times while watching our video that I said to my husband - “I had no idea he was even there for that”. All of this led to a completely candid, natural video that took our breaths away. The finished product was astounding and exceeded our expectation in every way possible. Nazari should be working on motion pictures in Hollywood, because that’s what our wedding video looked like. He edited the audio and video content to match our chosen songs perfectly and even tastefully inserted a few funny clips of my husband (who is not at all camera shy) being silly with the camera. We received so many compliments on the video and the majority of those that watched it said it brought them to tears. Those that were unable to attend said they felt like they were there with us! We are so grateful for this amazing keepsake that they created for us and will cherish it forever. Please, do yourself a favor and hire Dorosh Documentaries for your next event, they are worth their weight in gold! I can not recommend them enough and wish we could get married all over just to hang out with them for the day again!

Amazing! When we decided to add a videography component to our wedding plans, we reached out to many businesses. Elisabeth of Dorosh Documentaries got back to us the same day! From our first conversation, we knew we had the team for us. We met for coffee with Nazari and Elisabeth and they explained in detail their processes and took the TIME to get to know us for who we are and what we wanted. We never felt that we were just another client. They were so personable and professional. Elisabeth kept in close contact with us all the way to our wedding day and was receptive to any ideas we had. On our wedding day, Nazari did such a great job to ensure that he captured everything that we wanted including parts of the cocktail hour, our guest tables and all dances. When we received our wedding video, we were amazed! Naz & Lis are the kindest most delightful couple not to mention they make the world's BEST wedding films. The number of snapchats that I got from friends of them weeping after watching our wedding short (4-5 minute video) speaks volumes about how much of the emotion and excitement your day they can pack into just a few minutes. They were respectful of the photographers time and weren't competing for shots or attention and were still able to make us such a beautiful finished product. You will absolutely regret not hiring these two for your wedding. I pink promise you that.

Never once did I worry they wouldn’t do their absolute best, nor did they ever make the process hard for me. AMAZING! That's all I can say. Elisabeth and Nazari were absolutely amazing! From the minute we booked them (after seeing their amazing wedding highlights), Elisabeth was extremely responsive and so excited for us! They both made us feel so special and pumped for our day--their enthusiasm and pride for their work spills out and shows in the finished product. We were very picky about our videographer, looking specifically for the type of equipment they used to produce very smooth movement and transitions. After getting our highlight and video back, it was everything we had hoped it would be! It brought us immediately back to our day and our guests really liked getting a glimpse of parts of the day that they weren't part of. It's something that we are going to treasure! From our engagement photos (multiple locations and long walks to sites) to the wedding planning all the way until we left our wedding reception, we can say without a doubt that we hired the right people to capture such an important moment in our lives. The professionalism these special people showed (along with their co-workers) was hard to beat, until we received the final product. The wedding highlight, photographs, full wedding film, and even the sweetest card and gift (yes they sent US a wedding gift!! Who does that??) blew us away. Quality production each second of the video (audio, lighting, editing/pacing, music selection) and in each photo. Without a doubt the best photographer/videographer combo that I've ever met.
