I didn’t feel stressed at all which is really saying something. We couldn’t have pulled it off without her and it is so so worth it to have a coordinator. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!!

I can't recommend Sybree enough! Sybree was our 3-month out planner and day of coordinator. Not only did she exceed all of our expectations, she did so while 9-months pregnant. She even went out of her way to find us a back-up coordinator if she had to go into labor before or during the day of the wedding! She went above and beyond prioritizing our big day and making sure we were well taken care of. We were thankful for her calm demeanor when things were stressful and her willingness to adapt and fix any last minute issues. My husband and I did not have the typical wedding or reception, and Sybree had no issues personalizing for us and working within our means. If you're looking for a reliable, affordable, kind, and hard-working planner/coordinator, Sybree is the one for you!

We were a little late adding her on to our contract and we were in quite a bit of panic, Sybree was a breath of fresh air and we were able to breath even just after our first conversation. Sybree was the absolute best! I only had her for day of but she was so affordable I wish I’d had her for my entire wedding planner! She is so sweet and so organized. We had a lot of things go not as planned on the wedding day (due to no fault of her own but rather my fault and the fact that it was 100 degrees outside!) and she fixed it worked with everything. We were just so so thankful for everything she did. She got there at 9AM, helped us decorate, helped us stick to the schedule she made and helped us adapt when we got behind! She stayed until the very end, helping my family clean up. I am so thankful I had her! She is a true wedding maker!

Sybree was an absolute blessing during our wedding day!! Many people know that I am a planner and generally have everything all thought out, but there were some things that even I wasn't prepared for when it came to wedding planning, and I am so thankful we had Sybree to help us! I was incredibly nervous about having someone else assist me with my wedding, cause being the control freak that I am I felt like it was my responsibility to have it all together and handle the entire day. But at the insistence of my now husband, he convinced me to at least get a day of coordinator through our venue, which was Sybree! Now I am so thankful I listened to my husband because I truly could not have gotten through the day without Sybree! She was attentive to our details and incredibly detail-oriented, which is everything I needed. She took so much stress off of us not only during the day of our wedding, but also the few months leading up to it. She even stepped up in ways that I had no idea she would. We had a few issues with our caterer only a few days before the wedding, that if it were not for Sybree, I probably would not have gotten to work out. I wish I could have Sybree help me plan all of my events that I do! I would recommend her to anyone that is wanting to plan their wedding!

Sybree is the BEST coordinator out there! one of the most stressful things for me during wedding planning was thinking about how the day would unfold and what the timeline of events would be and Sybree came in and and made it all such a breeze. she's super professional and on top of things in ways that i never expected. She took so much stress off of me during the final month by contacting all my vendors for me and going through details, calling all my family members involved and making sure everyone was on the same page, and working seamlessly with my photographer to figure out the perfect timeline. we did walk throughs of the ceremony and everyone felt confident in their part and what they were supposed to be doing. (being in weddings myself sometimes you truly have no idea whats going on and what you are supposed to be doing) but Sybree made sure everyone was on the same page and fully prepared and i appreciated that so much! my wedding day was perfect and i owe a ton of that to sybree for working everything behind the scenes to help the day go so smoothly. if you are trying to decide if you should get a coordinator or not DO IT! truly the best investment and Sybree is your girl!! my family, photographer, and vendors were all raving about her and so impressed with the way she communicated and handled anything that was thrown at her that day and the days leading up. can't thank her enough!!! xoxo
