wedding was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding, and she made our day a dream come true. We worked with Sybree as a full-time planner, and she was at the venue the whole day and she set up the entire venue and coordinated all the vendors. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy, it was glorious. She was very flexible; she was very responsive to all our texts throughout the entire process, no matter what time of the day or how silly the questions were. Sybree made the entire wedding planning process so easy and stress-free. She continuously checked in on us and how we were feeling to make sure our worries were accounted for. Sybree helped us make our wedding vision into a reality and gave us recommendations and opinions when we were indecisive on a subject. f things go not as planned on the wedding day (due to no fault of her own but rather my fault and the fact that it was 100 degrees outside!) and she fixed it worked with everything. We were just so so thankful for everything she did. She got there at 9AM, helped us decorate, helped us stick to the schedule she made and helped us adapt when we got behind! She stayed until the very end, helping my family clean up. I am so thankful I had her! She is a true wedding maker!

wasn't prepared for when it came to wedding planning, and I am so thankful we had Sybree to help us! I was incredibly nervous about having someone else assist me with my wedding, cause being the control freak that I am I felt like it was my responsibility to have it all together and handle the entire day. But at the insistence of my now husband, he convinced me to at least get a day of coordinator through our venue, which was Sybree! Now I am so thankful I listened to my husband because I truly could not have gotten through the day without Sybree! She was attentive to our details and incredibly detail-oriented, which is everything I needed. She took so much stress off of us not only during the day of our wedding, but also the few months leading up to it. She even stepped up in ways that I had no idea she would. We had a few issues with our caterer only a few days before the wedding, that if it were not for Sybree, I probably would not have gotten to work out. I wish I could have Sybree help me plan all of my events that I do! I would recommend her to anyone that is wanting to plan their wedding!

She took so much stress off of me during the final month by contacting all my vendors for me and going through details, calling all my family members involved and making sure everyone was on the same page, and working seamlessly with my photographer to figure out the perfect timeline. we did walk throughs of the ceremony and everyone felt confident in their part and what they were supposed to be doing. (being in weddings myself sometimes you truly have no idea whats going on and what you are supposed to be doing) but Sybree made sure everyone was on the same page and fully prepared and i appreciated that so much! my wedding day was perfect and i owe a ton of that to sybree for working everything behind the scenes to help the day go so smoothly. if you are trying to decide if you should get a coordinator or not DO IT! truly the best investment and Sybree is your girl!! my family, photographer, and vendors were all raving about her and so impressed with the way she communicated and handled anything that was thrown at her that day and the days leading up. can't thank her enough!!! xoxo
