As soon as we chose a resort she helped us sign the contract with the resort and quickly put us in touch with the resort’s wedding coordinator. As far as booking and travel, Dorothy was amazing. She put together a wedding website for our guests that included resort information and links for booking. Our guests let us know Dorothy quickly responded to their questions and helped with anything booking related. Dorothy sent out out travel itineraries and travel info to all guests which was extremely helpful. She also helped us out the day we flew out to Mexico and ended up having to rebook onto a new flight. We highly recommend Dorothy to anyone wanting a destination wedding. She made the planning process extremely easy. She was able to help all of our guests so that we could focus on the wedding itself. Thank you Dorothy!

all we vibed so well! She helped me plan and organize my dream destination wedding in Mexico for ~70 guests. We had a few people who I knew would need more help with booking, etc. She handled it so well. Even me, being a type A, very anxious bride, she answered every single question I had and even anticipated most of my questions ahead of time. The few problems that we had during our travels, she said to let her handle it and we don't need to worry. SHE WAS RIGHT. red she could make sure I asked the right questions. I connected with Dorothy almost immediately, that is key as you will work closely together. I shared with her what I was looking for in terms of experiences and what we wanted to avoid (FH did not want to go to Mexico) and we started with a list of properties that met my initial criteria. Yes, it was initial as I thought of other things once I reviewed the first list. Dorothy was quick to make changes and we quickly selected a venue- sight unseen. Throughout the planning she kept a Google sheet so I always had the current status of reservations. That list was ultimately shared with the hotel as our final list of attendees. Our guests all commented on how much they liked working with her. Some booked online through the wedding site and only spoke when making changes and others called and she booked their entire trips. Everything was flawless and I ultimately used her to book another trip about a month later!
