We first heard Tim DJ our friend's wedding two years ago, and since then we knew that we had to have him for ours. The most important thing to know about Tim is that not only does he select the perfect song for the moment, he also sings some songs live! Anything from Bruno Mars to Michael Jackson and he's got the mic. He also taught our guests The Wobble, which was a big hit for my parents and their friends.:) Later in the night he broke out the Limbo stick which was hilarious. The dance floor was full the whole night!
When we first talked to Tim before we booked him, we could tell that this guy knows what he's doing. He was relaxed and professional, and answered all of our questions. We were worried being in a big open reception space (Becket's in Oshkosh) that the sound quality might be hard to work with, but he reassured us that we'd be in good hands.
After booking, we got an online form to fill out which let us organize our song choices, "do not play" list, and top picks, along with names of important people, etc. We called a couple months ahead to go details, and we were set for the wedding!
