The Owner & CEO of Dos Hermanos Taco Truck LLC, Lisa Gutierrez, was raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She was fortunate enough to identify her passions while young, which enabled her to live out her entrepreneurial dreams as a successful small business owner here in Columbus, Ohio. Her passion for food is actually what led her to central Ohio, as she was selected to be part of the management team brought to Columbus to open The Cheesecake Factory Restaurant located at Easton Town Center. Quickly realizing the limitless entrepreneurial possibilities here in Columbus, Lisa and her husband, Vicente, decided to join the early momentum of the mobile food truck industry by purchasing a food truck, which they named Dos Hermanos Taco Truck. Wisely predicting the market trend helped in positioning Dos Hermanos Taco Truck as one of Columbus’ favorite and most requested food trucks. Now, over a decade later, Dos Hermanos has four brick-and-mortar locations, three food trucks, a taco cart, a concession stand inside The Greater Columbus Convention Center, as well as a robust catering program. All of the delicious recipes from Dos Hermanos Taco Truck were created by brothers Vicente and Fidel. The fare that they curate is Oaxacan-inspired, from the culturally diverse and rich state of Mexico in which they grew up. This region is also credited as the most biodiverse in Mexico, offering the best gastronomy with dishes such as Mole de Pollo and distinctive banana leaf tamales.
