ions that I really wanted to meet with him to discuss a few months before the wedding and he was eager to open his schedule up for me which made me feel so confident in their services. We were in close contact with our DJ, Sean, throughout the process which really helped us to share playlists and specific requests before the day of. Music was a HUGE priority for us and OH MY GOD did DJ Sean deliver. He paced the whole day perfectly, was calm cool and collected throughout, and tailored the playlist perfectly to match the vibe as the night went on. Seriously what a party he was able to facilitate. Their other services like lighting and sound equipment were also awesome. We can’t recommend Bill and his team enough! 

as there by 3PM for our ceremony, dinner, etc. the photobooth showed up right at 6PM and started setting up in the middle of dinner. I guess its what we paid for, but I just assumed everything would be set up ahead of time. Not the end of the world. However, the quality of the photos were not very good. I also thought the photobooth would be self service (an ipad on a ring light type of situation was what was described to me) but they actually had a photo booth person taking and printing all of the photos. Another disappointment is still not having online access to the photos, but people who had their wedding after ours have had theirs uploaded. Its small, but it still matters. I will say we were given a photo album of all of the photo booth photos from the night which was a nice touch and did not go unnoticed!

, our DJ Connor listened EXACTLY to our song requests + do not play lists. He even came up to us during our reception to ask us how we wanted song requests handled. Only thing I wish is that we had a longer meeting prior to our event, we had about a 2 minute phone call and I felt this wasn't enough time to really go over all the details. Thus our DJ did not know where to place our monogram when setting up, luckily our event coordinator as well as my mom were able to help during set up.

The night before my wedding, the DJ that we had been assigned got sick and Double Platinum did an outstanding job handling what could have been a very stressful last minute change. Connor stepped in as our DJ and did a wonderful job! Something we really wanted at our wedding was the option for Karaoke but we didn't want to go so far as having a screen with lyrics. DPDJ was happy to accommodate our vision and we basically had an open mic and anyone could request a song to sing! The Karaoke was a hit and my guests can't stop talking about how it was one of the most fun weddings they had ever been too!

s i requested especially for the older generation- I had to go up to the dj about 5x maybe more to ask ? Finally I saw my playlist next to him and had to pick the songs out.. I’m sorry, but I’m the bride I shouldn’t be doing that! The younger crowd had fun with the music but did older? No… they sat the whole time! I’ll get over it but next time don’t even bother making a playlist as they won’t even look at it.. at least they played the last 5 songs I wanted. Would I recommend this DJ? Nope! Sorry.

He was able to make my dreams come true with the most perfect walking down the aisle song. He was also able to help me surprise my family by fading our father daughter dance into my parents first dance song and then my grandparents first dance song- not a dry eye in the room. Loved having them for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception all of which was in my budget!!! Uplighting provided was the cherry on top. I could rave about this experience for hours 10000/10 recommend. Thank you so much DPDJ for helping make my wedding night everything I could’ve asked for and more!

We truly didn't have to worry about a thing! Having a real, professional DJ at your wedding is not just about someone who picks the music, it's about someone who can act as the MC for your evening- keeping things on schedule, telling your guests where to go, organizing any chosen activities, and making choices as the night goes on to keep the party going! Nolan was incredible and followed through on every specific song selection and request we had. He arrived early and stayed late, making sure everything was handled perfectly. We had an incredible wedding day, but we truly felt that our DJ was one of the best decisions we made and made the entire evening go off without a hitch. Could not recommend more!

By the time the evening rolled around, everything played out great and we got tons of complements on the "bangers" Conner played. He was super organized and I appreciated that he was willing to ask me about things throughout the night to make sure that it was exactly how I wanted it. Double Platinum is another vendor that works well with the Terrace so Conner was super familiar with the place and the people.

with, the emails that I’m not receiving are condescending and insulting from the owner. We hired a wedding coordinator that works over 50 weddings a year and has been doing this for over 25 years. I asked the coordinator after what WE experienced what his thoughts were since the coordinator has the most interaction with this specific Dj with double platinum. He said in all all his years he has never worked with such an unprofessional company and would never recommend them to any of his clients. With this being said, here is what we experienced. Dj was swearing and complaining while setting up our ceremony music. He didn’t have our music downloaded so when he went to set things up he wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi down below where the reception was being held. He had to ask the coordinator to use a hot spot connection from his phone in order to play music. Not prepared. Then when lining up for the grand march the Dj mentioned our “first song”. We planned to do first dance right after grand march. He mentioned the song and the one he mentioned was one that wasn’t even on our playlist. We had filled out a packet for Dj months in advance and he was missing a page-per the Dj. Thank god he asked because it was not our first dance song. He asked what it was and my brain is in a hundred different places. Thank god for my amazing coordinator because he went to find my phone to get it off the phone. I was drawing a blank on the name of the song. We got it all taken care of but still was not something I was expecting to have to deal with on our wedding day. Moving forward we had a faux cake for display and a real sheet cake in the back to be cut up and served to guests. The Dj announced we would be cutting the cake. We had to motion to him that we couldn’t because it was not curable! Moving on from that, we heard multiple people say that there were multiple repeat songs, along with him not making announcements for our venue which would be courtesy such as “don’t forget to tip bartenders” “make sure you make your way over to the Photo Booth” “dessert has been served”. I double checked with our coordinator about the announcements. He made non of them and told the owner of this business that he in fact had. I will go with my trusted coordinator who has had my back and helped to plan an amazing day while being organized and efficient and calm. My coordinator mentioned that he had to go ask the Dj to make an announcement for late night snack. We were never initiated to do a bouquet toss which I had bought one specifically for. Never got to do that and will not be reliving this day. Was disappointed about that. I had reached out to the owner and just let him know that theses were the things we experienced and in my opinion if I was a business owner I would want to know. The owner instead of taking responsibility and leaving it at that with an apology has been arguing with me back and forth via email. His employee lied to him and yet I’m getting heat through these emails. I have gotten multiple lengthy emails about how great his business is and how this just can’t be possible. I sent him the feedback from my well known coordinator in the area and it didn’t seem to hold much weight with him either. Owner will not call me. Only emails. Don’t walk, run!

Double Platinum also had a variety of add ons we could choose from for great prices and we ended up selecting a confetti canon to go off at midnight of our New Years' Eve wedding which was a hit! We received so many compliments from guest and Conner really went above and beyond to make the night amazing!
