From there we had pretty regular communication as we looked to print and mail the invites. He took all the hard work out by assembling the invites and placing them on plastic sleeves for safety in the mail. He gave us a recommendation on the post office as well. When it came time for escort cards, table numbers and thank you notes he was just as attentive. He made a special cheat sheet for the hall to use to recognize which cards were which and he once again customized our thank you notes to our exact specifications. It was amazing! His experience and skill allowed us to incorporate some cool, creative ideas into the invitations while still making sure they were beautiful and timeless. Most importantly, as we were re-arranging wedding plans for the pandemic, Ryan was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We changed wedding plans multiple times but Ryan made sure we were still able to seamlessly convert every component of our invitations to the new plan, which saved us a lot of cost, waste and time. We ended up sending the invitations for our live streamed wedding as we couldn't hold a large in-person event and it was a really nice touch that I think made our family and friends feel more included, even though they were attending the wedding remotely. Ryan and Nicolette also made sure everything was impeccably organized and ready to mail extremely quickly when our plans were finalized. They were so much fun to work with and made designing and printing the invitations easy for us even when the pandemic had made wedding planning pretty chaotic. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am not vey descriptive, nor do I have an eye for the details so had a hard time telling Ryan what I wanted our "look" to be. He worked with my newborn picture photographer and finalized my son's announcement. He even recommended I send him all the addresses so he could print the envelopes for me as well.
