nd probable cellulitis waiting over 3 hours and still waiting says a lot about the effectiveness of this Emergency Room. It is not the triage nurse or desk staff. It is the facility who has poor staffing, limited resources, and clearly easily overwhelmed with minimal to moderate volumes.

k was an absolute TERROR! Non empathic horrible human being. She was rolling her eyes asking me to sit still, sighing in frustration when I couldnt. Meanwhile Im puking my guts up in a bag due to the pain, shaking while trying to take deep breathes. When we got in the back we ran into more HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF MEMBERS. NO EMPATHY AMONG ANY OF THEM. My direct nurse and doctor were the only ones who were kind and compassionate. All I needed was for them to give me a strong shot of pain killer and some flomax and I passed the stones along with a good stream of blood. Horrible experience. Will be calling their HR tomorrow to discuss. I know pain as Ive had my skull caved in before and had to have reconstructive surgery. I wasnt supposed to make it. Handled that well. Have passed kidney stones 8 times and this time was by far the worst. Not asking for a miracle but a little understanding and possibly some caring would be nice. Dont go here if avoidable.
