I had a late check in due to a delayed flight and notified the hotel of my status and checked in via the Hilton app. Melody was on duty, very welcoming and efficient!

s. BUT the room was very clean and spacious with a nice couch and desk and a very comfortable bed. I’ll provide an update after I check out.

h-baked chocolate chip cookies are a highlight every time. The pool and gym are well kept, and the hotel restaurant and catering team are fantastic. The rooms are on the smaller side, beds are a bit too stiff for my back, and the elevators are definitely showing their age, but we know renovations are planned for this year and are excited to see the updates. Overall, a comfortable stay in a perfect downtown spot.

The staff is excellent. The location is great. The consistently postponed renovations were not so excellent. Dont accidentally go one floor past the lobby, it looks like a scene from a Freddy Kruger movie or a scene from hoarders - SCARY.....

ough the walls of our room. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The problem was cleanliness or complete lack of it. The room was filthy, especially the bathroom. They do not mop the bathroom floors. When you exit the shower, mud prints are left on the bathroom floors from our bare feet. During the three days we spent here, the bathroom floors we never mopped once. The same dirty footprints were left on the tile the whole time. Bathroom sinks were never wiped clean. The carpets had debris and fingernails during the entire stay. I understand the rooms are outdated but good lord, you still have to clean the rooms. As a business owner I would be all over this issue if it was my hotel. I pray the ownership takes these issues seriously and works to correct the cleanliness problem. I do not want to see any business suffer and I sincerely hope they can improve. I have attached some pictures, one showing the muddy footprint on the bathroom floor. Another was a nail on the floor that was left there for 3 days.
