el the day before the wedding. We had many out of town guests so I wanted to give them a nice thank you for making the trip. At the end of the night, there were 7 welcome bags still left over. We had 25 rooms booked... so some guests were obviously not given their welcome bags. Some even told me that they saw them behind the counter and asked for one, and the hotel guests told them that they were only for guests who made reservations through the wedding name.. But these were guests who did. We also had a shuttle service (this does not come with the hotel group rate)that transported guests to and from our reception venue. When some guests asked the hotel front desk workers about the shuttle they said that there was no shuttle. Not that they didn't know about it, just that there was not a shuttle. I went above and beyond contacting the hotel making sure that their employees knew about this and it was frustrating to hear this.

Andria, was a real pleasure. She was very responsive, pleasant, and generally easy to work with. She was very organized and willing to work with us on any requests. It was great to have someone to handle a lot of the venue details, from the chair covers to deliveries. The food was really delicious, from appetizers to the main course, and the staff were all very friendly. The service was really outstanding and we were treated very well throughout the process. I would highly recommend using the Hilton!
