Additionally, Windows provides access to the Elevations Event Space and the Outdoor Courtyard, allowing guests to meander inside and out all while holding conversation and delighting in the ambiance. I can not say enough positive things about this venue. We had both our wedding and our reception here. The venue was beautiful. They have done a major renovation inside and it is very upscale. The staff was fantastic from the front desk check in to the cleaning staff. We were treated so well from start to finish. Kelley was in charge of helping plan our wedding and she is a saint! Everything was perfect and beautiful. Our spaces were absolutely on point. She also coordinated from start to finish of planning and our day. She took all the stress out of our special event. The day was flawless and we owe that to the staff. The food was fantastic and we had so many complements. They were on top of the pouring champagne to serving the cake. At the end of the evening, they staff helped us gather everything and even saw that I had kicked off my shoes and brought me a pair of slippers. Anyone that wants to have an incredible wedding, I would highly recommend this location.

Overall this was a good place to get married. The reception room was beautifully decorated. The food was amazing. We got a lot of compliments from guests about how good the dinner was. The waite staff was awesome. They took good care of our guests. When we purchased the wedding package they included a room for the night of the wedding. They ended up upgrading us to a really nice suite which was a gorgeous room. I was able to get ready for the ceremony there. There are just a couple complaints that we had. We wanted an outdoor ceremony. It just barely rained a little before the ceremony was supposed to start. As I was getting ready one of my brides maids told me they were picking up the chairs outside. About 5 minutes later I got a call from Maggie, the Catering Sales Manager, telling me they had to move it inside. I felt like I did not have a choice in the decision at all. My family said that it barely sprinkled and did not get the chairs very wet at all and it really could have been outside. But we were told the chairs soak in water and once they get wet, they can't get them dry. My cousin sat down in one of the chairs and he said it was completely dry. Another complaint we got from our guests was the bartender. She was unfriendly and borderline rude to people. So a few of our guests just went next door to the lounge and got their drinks from the bartender in there. She was much nicer!

I had both my ceremony and reception here. Their little courtyard is a beautiful location for a ceremony and they're so helpful in getting everything just the way you want it. Stephanie Maloney was my PoC and she was just awesome. The peppercorn steak is heavenly and cooked perfectly, just make sure to request steak knives as they don't provide them. The suite we were given was gorgeous and had the best tub ever! A perfect way to relax after everything!

Overall I was pleased with our ceremony& reception. It did bother me that we had a ton of food left over and could not take it with us (even though we paid for it), they also had food items with nuts - which we specified NO NUTS!
