asm for the local area. In particular, Pam was proud of her role and her work and warmly welcomed us to Front Royal and Warren County. She had many great recommendations and represented the Hilton brand and Front Royal well. The room was clean and well appointed with the needed amenities.

We knocked off one star as we got off to not a great start as the previous occupant’s half eaten food and drink was still in our fridge in the room.

pful. We asked for full daily housekeeping and it was great, they made the bed, fresh towels, coffee, etc. everything was done as expected.
We recommend and we would return again.

I recently stayed there with 3 of my coworkers. One stayed 6 days and the rest of us stayed 5. While the hotel looks nice, updated and clean. We all experienced different situations that made us feel the same way. It's not properly clean. One...
could smell in the sheets someone else's body odor. Like The sheets were never changed. Another found pills and glasses on the floor when he 1st arrived. He left them there until he checked out. I ended up closing my room and not having Housekeeping go in there anymore. I didn't see anything done other than my bed made. The We were here messages were starting to pile up bc those were never picked up even if they did come by to check on the room. That's too bad... It's really disappointing. This is the most convenient location as far as distance for the plant I come to visit from home to time.
