for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in before heading to the church. A hospitality room (we provided the food and drinks) that they serviced it the entire weekend!!!! Beautiful center pieces for the table, back lighting, etc. etc. (too many small touches I can't list them all here.) They offered a great room rate for our out of town guests. The reception was perfect. The food was delicious, the drinks kept coming (plenty of bars and bartenders that no one waited in line very long for a drink). Bruce and the rest of the staff are exactly the kind of people you want helping you plan a wedding reception!

Everything from the first "fact-finding" meeting and tour, to signing the contract, to fun (and delicious) wine and menu tasting, to the the day-of, until the minute the last guest left was flawless. Our friends and family have been calling and texting about how wonderful the reception was. We had about 206 guests. Everyone commented on how delicious the meal was (a duet of beef tenderloin and chicken piccata) -- the ample portion sizes and the fact that it was served hot. About ⅔ of our guests were from out-of-town. We had a fantastic room block rate, and the guests have access to all the amenities at the attached Chesterfield Athletic Club. Additionally, we had access to two smaller conference rooms. One we used as a hospitality room with snacks and beverages for our out of town guests. The other was for the groom and his guys to hang out and have pictures before heading to the Church ceremony. The bride/groom and each set of parents were also given a complimentary room for the night of the reception. And as a surprise, there were several beverages and a cheese tray in our room when we arrived. The Bride and Groom had champagne and other treats when they arrived. The staff was friendly, polite, and efficient. The tables were set perfectly, even with the extra things we had (chargers, menu cards, and favors.) One of the guests dropped a glass on the dance floor (oops!) and a staff member was there immediately to sweep it up. Also, Bruce checked in on the "VIP" tables (parents) several times during the evening. What a nice touch!! He really made us feel so special and wanted everything to be implemented exactly as we envisioned. The hotel is in a very safe part of town and had plenty of complimentary parking. If you are planning a wedding, or any event for that matter, you should definitely contact Bruce at the DoubleTree.

solutely amazing. The food was the best food I ever had at a wedding! We had the salmon, chicken, and beef tenderloin plated meals and everyone told us how good the food was! I am so happy that we went to Bruce and the doubletree for our wedding reception! I highly recommend this beautiful venue that gives the modern feel with all the wonderful hotel amenities!

l Bruce Winter is! He answered every question we had promptly, and consistently provided everything we asked for. We had the Ceremony in one Ballroom, the Reception in the other 3 and the Cocktail hour outside these ballrooms. Bruce and his team provided a Hospitality room for our guests staying, a Hotel block for overnight, a Hair/Makeup room, a Groom’s room, and continued to service these, provide ice etc., and just take great care of us and our guests. All of our vendors loved working with Bruce and the guests were very impressed with the facilities and flow of the events. The food was amazing and what fun the tasting was to decide what we would serve at our event! We were treated like royalty! Bruce made the entire planning a breeze and was helpful in so many ways; promptness, professionalism, kindness, hard worker at all hours, and great sense of humor - all words to describe Bruce working tirelessly to make sure we had the Wedding of our daughter’s dreams! We will miss working with him. Truly a spectacular Wedding!!

who truly wanted my daughter to have her dream wedding. He went over and above to make sure every detail was covered. The Food, the Service,, the Room, the dedication to details, all exceeded our expectations. We had about 280 at the wedding with about 80 from out of town. Our out of town guest raved about the facility and all the activities. We had a yoga class and pickle ball tournament the day of the wedding for everyone staying at the hotel. Plus they had access to tennis-racquetball-fitmess center-excersise classes etc. Bottom line we were so happy with the weekend and HIGHLY recommend this venue. Our family can't thank Bruce and the team enough. As a father to hear your daughter say this was her dream wedding is all that counts!

was very nice, clean and the decor was actually incredible contrast for the pics we took in the living room of me and the bridesmaids getting ready. While we were at the reception downstairs, they also delivered champagne and chocolate covered strawberries! It was such a nice surprise!!! The ball room was a great size for our big fat greek wedding too. We had nearly 200 people and there was still room for plenty more. Not to mention, Bruce and the catering staff checked on my husband and I several times throughout the evening to make sure everything was going well. He noticed we didn't eat but a couple bites of our food before we started dancing so he brought two fresh plates of food to us and encouraged us to have some food before we drank too much LOL the weekend was AMAZING and literally everything was perfect. They even boxed up the top layer of our cake and held it until we came back to get it the next day! We had a fantastic time and the great customer service was a huge part of that. Thank you to Bruce and his catering staff!!! to top it all off, my mother is not in good health, and the room service staff checked on her several times throughout the weekend and even made sure her oxygen machine was plugged and running properly. She felt so cared for by the hotel staff and was very impressed as well. We could not be happier!!!! <3

The price my family paid for the reception ended up being less expensive than going to a venue where you have to bring everything in yourself. The hotel accommodations were a nice touch for all guest, my family and my husband and I.

When STL county restrictions interfered with our plans, Bruce thought outside of the box and presented us with options. He knew that it was important to us to get married before my husbands military deployment....and boy did he ever make it happen! Bruce coordinated with Jayson, General Manager, and Chris, director of catering at the STL Hilton at the Ballpark and moved our reception downtown within weeks of our wedding date. Bruce thought of ever detail to add personal touches to our reception and enthusiastically corresponded with my parents and I, to ensure our satisfaction. Even during a pandemic, Bruce kept us smiling and looking forward to the best day of our lives....and it was exactly that!!! I cannot recommend this venue, Bruce, and the staff at the Hilton Doubletree in Chesterfield enough. Thank you Bruce Winter for your Honesty, sincerity, and vision. We are still on cloud 9!

Both rooms are beautiful and unique in their own ways. We were able to also reserve a hospitality room for the duration of the wedding weekend as a safe and private place for us to mingle with all our out of town guests. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Our guests had a wonderful time and it was a stress free and happy evening for us after a chaotic 6 months.

one of the biggest reasons we picked the pavilion here to have our reception. He seriously goes above and beyond in any way he can to help with literally anything. Everything went absolutely perfect for our reception. There were not even any little hiccups throughout the night. The food was AMAZING! The bartenders and staff were all great and so friendly. None of their hard work went unnoticed. Even by the guest. We had so many people tell us how great the staff, food, drinks, etc. were.

The event staff took care of everything for us as far as putting out our decorations. I would warn that the hotel/front desk is where we had most of our problems. They are not very organized. They day of my wedding they were not going to clean my hotel room because they said it was a free with our reception:( Pretty sure that cost was covered in what I spent on the reception. There seems to be a disconnect between the event staff and the hotel staff.

g! The Doubletree recently restructured its wedding packages and they are very competitive now with other reception spaces, but execute it with exceptional quality. Even with a change in catering managers only weeks before our big day, the hotel reassured us the reception would go off according to our plans, and it really did! I would highly recommend this venue for a beautiful and different hotel location.

The price was affordable, the food was good, the bar was fantastic (we had a Bailey's Bar for our St. Pat's Day wedding) and they set up the tables exactly how I wanted them to look. I was very pleased.;I wouldn't really warn anyone about the Doubletree, I'd recommend it actually. It's a basic hotel reception room, and doesn't have great views or anything like that, but for the price during the winter when I didn't want to be outside anyway, it worked just fine.
