Hotel is very good. Unfortunately when I get to stay here I'm driving a charter bus. The parking for a bus could use a lot of improvement. The room is very nice. Only issue is I have to go to the lobby for a microwave to warm water. The staff ...
, especially Jayla at the front desk, was very good and very friendly. They took good care of my group. But parking a $600,000 bus around the corner so far away does not make for a peaceful worry free stay.

The hotel was great on the lobby level and good enough in the room. Most importantly, everything felt clean. I noticed three times the front desk staff needed a hand within a 24 hour stay, yet they were still accommodating and kind, I just had ...
to be patient to wait my turn. They were flexible too and they helped make a hard trip easier. The location is prime. Great food all around you and right across the street from hospital so great for a hospital visit.

FYI, I am a Hilton Diamond Member, Marriott Titanium Member, and Hyatt Explorist. I was visiting this hotel for Valentine.
The front desk staffs were friendly, yet under-staffed in comparison to how many people are visiting based on my observa...
tion.
The first issue arose after I checked in. While I was in the bathroom, the maintenance staff entered without knocking. It was 3pm, no reason to enter right after I made the check in. The staff must have seen my bag, so they left immediately. Usually they should have noted an apology either verbally or leaving a note. Nothing.
Next morning, my girlfriend and I visited the restaurant at 9am. Little late, but not too late. Based on the glimpse, many people have already gone by, and saw only two waiters struggling to wait the tables, which was 1/3 full. Seems the hotel have given out free breakfast voucher to the guests. We waited to be seated for 5 mins. The lady came and I mentioned for one table without any coupons or vouchers. She asked us to sit anywhere we like. We looked around none was prepared or cleaned from previous sittings. I asked one of waitresses to help us getting the table ready. Waited another 5 mins to be seated. Since it was breakfast buffet, we went over the stands, but nothing was there. One bagel, burnt remaining scrambled eggs, dried up oatmeal’s. We were not going to pay for such, so I asked the waitress that she could give the table to next person.
Started 12am, an adjacent room was making loud noise till 1am, and couldn’t sleep. So, finally called the front desk. Called three times no pick-up, and on 4th trial, received my call. I put noise complaint, and he promised that he will have a security to warn. After 20 mins, it got louder. So I called the front desk, but no answer. I went down to the lobby and found the front desk staff on a headset watching some game/show. I stood there for 5 mins, he didn’t notice me until I yelled at him. He didn’t apologize and came to see what I needed. I told him that he needs to help me bringing down the noise. He finally reached the security and got it resolved around 2:15am. No apologies.
Next morning around 10am, while my girlfriend and I laid down in the bed naked, again the maintenance entered our room without knocking or any indication.
At our check-out, I kindly requested the manager’s attention and mentioned all the events and their details. He apologized but no compensation for inconvenience. I told him if he can provide a small gesture I will not post any negative reviews due to the incidents. He told me he will speak to GM and will get back to me within 24 hrs. I told him he can have 3 business days since the hotel seems busy. It has been over 2 wks, so I am posting.

Do not book a room with them. Tried to cancel and change the date of stay. They said it had to be done through the front desk. Sounds good. Only one problem. They won’t answer the phone for their own people or guests.
My wife and I bot...
h tried. I put the phone on speaker and then tossed it on the charger and after more than 2 hours of trying to get a real person instead of the auto attendant picking up occasionally and then back to ringing, I contacted reservations and escalated. No resolve. Told it had to be done through the front desk.
