r. I called down and asked that housekeeping come to deal with it while I took the girls down to the pool. We returned to find no one had been there. I called again. Finally someone showed up with sheets. I explained, again, that it was the comforter. He returned with the correct item and handed it to me, indicating that I neede to change the bedding myself. It was well into the evening by then, and I didn't want to ruin my daughter's birthday, so I said I would address it the next day. I reported it all upon checkout and was told someone would be in touch. More than 24 hours later, nothing. The whole situation is problematic; the lack of any real communication or meaningful apology is the worst part.
